It was located right around the corner from yuyuan garden with many shops and restaurants right downstairs! The staff were so kind and helpful. One night I wanted to order food for my son but the app was not in english so the guy working the night shift helped me order the food. He was so patient with me and got me exactly what I wanted. And then it got delivered to my room by a robot it was so cool!! The room was clean and perfect for a few nights in Shanghai. It was also walking distance to the bund and other tourist attractions. Would definitely recommend! N/A

Celia (7/5): Regular. - Las habitaciones de la sexta planta están bien. Las camas muy comodas y la terraza es muy amplia Sobre todo la recepción, es muy dificil que un taxi/didi llegue a la entrada, de las 6 veces que fui/me recogieron en Didi solo fueron capaces de llegar 2 de ellos. El resto me dejaban o recogían en calles cercanas. Si vas con maleta grande esto es un impedimento. No tienen nada de hospitalidad en el hotel, ni cafe, ni te, ¡ni baño en la recepción! tuvimos que utilizar los lavabos publicos que habia en el edificio de al lado y eran vomitivos.

Yasushi (10/5): Fantastic location and a great place to explore Shanghai. - The location is unbeatable, right at Yuyuan Garden and only ten minutes walk to the Bund. A metro station is at the end of block too. For the first time visitor to Shanghai, this hotel is the best price for the immersion into China. This is definitely a more local hotel but it is very spacious inside and quiet. What it lacks in polish, it makes up in comfort, space, and proximity to the exciting Bund area! The hallways are worn, but the rooms are clean and have high ceilings.

Au (8/5): Excellent, will stay here again when I am in Shanghai next! - Superb location - Metro station is right opposite the hotel and the popular Yuyuan Old Shopping Street is very close by as well. There are a lot of eateries options surrounding this hotel. Staffs are very helpful & friendly. Noisy neighbours during our stay; room sound-proofing needs to be improved.

Lei (9/5): - Great location.Right outside the Yu Garden mall. It’s hard to get an e-hailing ride outside the hotel. A public security guy yelled at the drivers and at us every time we got picked up. It’s not the hotel’s fault though, I just found it unnecessarily chaotic. The hotel is very close to a subway station, so in the end we just took the subway whenever we didn’t feel like getting emotionally damaged.

Olga (9/5): Удобное местоположение - Месторасположение отеля самое классное, что можно придумать, если приехал на 4-5 дней. В самом центре. Близко к туристическому старому городу с кучей еды, близко к видовой набережной, метро. Так же в отеле отличное белье, удобная постель и теплый унитаз. Работники ресепшн помогли чем могли. При бронировании не было очевидно, что номер без окна на улицу. Конечно, мы не сидели с номере, несмотря на плохую погоду. Но! Номера прокуренные, пахнут дошиками и вообще вонь ужасная, потому что окно декоративное и выходит во внушений колодец, к которому нет доступа воздуху. Пришлось доплатить еще 1000 юаней, чтобы жить в комнате с доступом к воздуху, а это уже очень очень приличная стоимость. Думаю, за 3300 юаней можно найти вариант поинтереснее. Так же из-за праздника доступ такси к отелю был закрыт, что неудобно с чемоданами. Номера уставшие. Особенно объекты общего пользования. Ее ждите ничего белого, как на фото.

В номере есть все, номер большой, хорошее качество белья, удобные подушки. Нам ещё попался номер с видом на перекресток, вообще огонь. Слышимость - да, есть немного. Но после целого дня на ногах - вообще ничего не слышно). Не всегда такси подъезжает прямо к двери отеля. Но это вопросы не к отелю. В качестве преграды для авто на тротуаре вплотную друг к другу стоят полусферы и перетаскивать через них тяжеленный чемодан 2 раза девушке нелегко.
Nuria (3/5): Es un quiero y no puedo. Valorando diferentes hoteles y ciudades tiene un coste elevado para lo que es. - La habitación es amplia y la cama cómoda y grande Demasiado ruidoso. Tiene muy mala insonorización. Se escucha cualquier ruido del pasillo y sobre todo de la calle. Había una obra que trabajaban de noche y fue imposible dormir. Se aprecia que han hecho alguna reforma para modernizar las instalaciones pero hay detalles que se nota que no han llegado. Valorando diferentes hoteles y ciudades tiene un coste elevado para lo que es.

SERGEI (5/5): - Location is the main and about the only advantage of the property. It is located very close to Yu gardens, and very easy to reach by public transport. Not far from the Bund area, walking distance to old town, and overall very acceptable. Property needs a major overhaul. Floor in my room was in a horrible condition. Main reception door out of order, overall impression is pretty sad. However, property is still better than 50% of hotels in Europe that cost twice as much, so no major complaints.

Maríajosé (6/5): - El hotel tiene una inmejorable ubicación pero el lobby deja mucho que desear, en el hall hay personas que no son del hotel y se quedan sentadas, comiendo o durmiendo, es bastante incómodo y poco seguro ya que no es un lugar privado. También el mesón y piso están bastante sucios y hay un mueble con pedidos todos desordenados. El hotel sería mucho mejor si cuidaran esos aspectos básicos de un hotel. Igualmente todo cambia al entrar a la habitación ya que es limpia y bien equipada.
Johannes (8/5): Shanghai is indrukwekkend en dit hotel is een uitstekende basis voor je bezoek - De ligging: dicht bij alle toplocaties, zoals Yuyuan garden en de Bund Het internet: de wifi was openbaar en zeer traag op tijden dat er veel mensen in het hotel zijn. Ik kreeg m’n berichten via Whatsapp niet verzonden; pas in de nacht als het rustig was.
IVET (10/5): Muy recomendable!! - La habitación era mas grande y bonita de lo que esperabamos, muy comoda y acogedora. La cama era muy comoda y la ducha grande con buena presión de agua. El personal muy resolutivo y atento, el servicio de limpieza muy amable y la localización inmejorable a 10min o menos andando del rio. Lo unico es que las paredes son muy finas y se oye mucho si alguien habla en el pasillo o en las habitaciones de los lados pero no fue algo que nos molestó especialmente.

Esther (7/5): Prima - De locatie was echt top! Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en het was een prima kamer! Echter is het hotel enorm gehorig! Ik kon gesprekken volledig meevolgen van de kamer naast me en in mijn raam zaten allemaal kieren, waardoor ik al het geluid van de straat hoorde. Dit was onprettig.
Choon Teow (8/5): - The bed's were very comfortable and the location is good. The hotel is close to areas that we intended to walk around. The staff is friendly and allowed us to keep our luggages there for 3 days, free of charge while we travelled else where and needed a place to put out extra bags at. There was a strong cigarette smell down the hallway (not inside the bedroom).

Shirley (5/5): just a normal hotel for every night sleep - Meituan order can deliver to doorstep 1.the rooms are a maze and really need to remember how to get to the room 2. taxi/cars cannot go all the way in front of the hotel 3. Entrance is not obvious. Due to #2, my daugther and I had to pull our luggage to find the hotel in a drizzling day.
