• Стаценко (5/5): - Место расположение не плохое, станция метро не далеко, 2-3 минуты пешком, магазин рядом, напротив дома. Прилетели в 22.00 доехали до 23.00 и вот тут начинаеться самое интересное, с улицы двери не открываються, не только ночью но и вообще ни разу, пробывали звонить, но в 23.00 работает автоответчик, который не очень помогает. Хорошо что сосед проходил по коридору и открыл дверь. Дверь в квартиру открылась электронным ключом. Горячая вода была только в чайнике 🙂, что не очень удобно, особенно в душе. С розетками тоже очень мало и нужно постораться найти.
• Igor (10/5): confortável, limpa e super agradável. - O apartamento é ótimo para duas pessoas, bem espaçoso, limpo e muito confortável. A cama é excelente e o banheiro é enorme, tudo estava novinho e bem cuidado, o que fez toda a diferença na estadia. Não houve pontos negativos durante a minha hospedagem, foi tudo muito agradável.

• Ana (9/5): Apartamento confortável em Barcelona - A localização era ótima, perto de estações do metro, autocarro e comboio. Havia supermercados perto e um pequeno parque. O apartamento era espaçoso e confortável. O isolamento acústico era muito fraco, a certa altura a meio da noite achei que nos estavam a entrar dentro do apartamento.

• Brigitte (9/5): Unterkunft war toll, hat alles gut geklappt. Danke Wir können die schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen - Super bequeme Betten. Wir konnten sogar früher einchecken. Danke nochmals dafür. Vermieter war nur über Booking erreichbar, Antwort dauerte sehr lange.
• Anca (7/5): - Apartament confortabil, dotat şi utilat cu tot ce este nevoie, aproape de staţia de metrou şi alte staţii de autobuz, având multe restaurante şi supermarketuri în zonă (inclusiv un Lidl). Accesul în incinta imobilului se face cu ajutorul unei aplicaţii self-check in, ceea ce este extrem de facil în situaţia în care ajungeţi la o oră mai târzie. Este necesr însă să aveţi conexiune la internet. Din păcate, nu a funcţionat sistemul de încălzire din niciuna dintre camere, aspect care în mod sigur era cunoscut de proprietar. Cu privire la această deficienţă a fost informat proprietarul, însă acesta a răspuns de-abia a doua zi, că va trimite pe cineva în apartament să verifice, în lipsa noastră, însă, având în vedere că aveam lucruri personale în apartament, am preferat folosim aerul condiţionat din living, pe modul căldură, care a încălzit cât de cât apartamentul. În dulapul din dormitorul mic era o aerotermă nefuncţională. În ceea ce priveşte curăţenia, ar trebui insistat pe acest aspect, fiind făcută doar la suprafaţă. La o primă vedere, tot apartamentul pare îmbâcsit şi murdar, perdele rupte şi pătate, pereţi murdari, canapeaua murdară, praf pe mobilă şi pe jos. Precizez că măcar lenjeriile şi prosoapele erau curate, la fel şi baia şi bucătăria. Totodată, în baie este un miros groaznic de canalizare, miros care se simte în tot apartamentul, chiar şi cu uşa la baie închisă.
• De Souza (7/5): Nice apartment; a fair warning to be quiet beforehand would have been nice - Nice, cozy apartment. Comfy beds and a convenient location, just a short, 10-minute walk from the metro. It was very unpleasant that neighbours had to ask us to be quiet. I thought the walls were noise-proof. Another neighbor blasted their music, and we could hear it.
• Péter Tamás (8/5): - A környék nyugis, családi övezet. A lakás olyan mint a képeken kényelmes volt 4 fő részére is. A tulajdonos a teljes tartozkodás alatt elérhetetlen volt.

• neviuz (2/5): Quite bad experience and misleading description of the services - The location is good due to its proximity to public transportation (bus stop right outside the building and metro station a 10-minute walk away) and supermarkets. The host is totally absent and it is almost impossible to get a response to any request. The apartment description stated: a) dishwasher - there is no dishwasher at all. You have to wash yourdishes by hand in a sink with only a very small basin. b) wi-fi internet connection - no internet connection at all. Despite several requests, the internet connection was never available. For those who are roaming and need a connection, this is particularly annoying. c) air conditioning - coincidentally, there was no remote control to operate the air conditioning unit at our arrival. We had to wait several reminders and a few days to get it. Functionality: broken bedroom window shutter. Cleanliness: sheets and curtains with obvious stains... I would not recommend it at all.

• Anderson Podmore (7/5): Spacious apartment in nice area - It was spacious, nice big kitchen and living area for our group of people with washer. Five minute walk to metro and bus and right around the corner from two supermarkets. Electric door system worked fine and link was easy enough to share access. Lack of circulation meant ac was only in the living room and did not move around to the bedrooms. There were two fans we found in the cupboard and only one of them worked the heat was quite unbearable making it really uncomfortable at night times with 33 degree weather. Also when cooking the power kept turning off, we had to switch it on by the switch board each time but that wasn’t much of an issue. Aside from this the stay was enjoyable.
• Irena (4/5): - Банята беше чиста и леглата удобни.В близост има метро Най голямото неудобство беше че имаше климатик само в хола и буквално хола неможеше да се използва тъй като трябваше да държим климатика на много ниски градуси иначе в спалните не се дишаше.Бях пезервирала за 5 човека -дивана чаршафите небяха сменяни много време защото като разпънахме дивана за да легне детето бяха мръсни и с пясък върху тях,наложи се детето да спи при нас в спалнята а при положение че няма климатик по стаите беше ужас.Не сме доволни от мястото -за тези пари които платихме на вечер изобщо не отговаря цената на това което предлагат.

• Boštjan (1/5): The response of the owners was overwhelming or non-existent. There was no hot water. - The apartment itself was quite OK. The lock code system works great - but I don't know how I would get into the building if I didn't have my phone. The response of the owners was overwhelming. In fact, we couldn't summon them or get in touch with them in any way. They did not respond to phone calls, nor to messages via email or the booking page. The worst experience was that the second day there was no hot water or something broke and we were without hot water for 4 out of 5 days. We could not contact the owners in any possible way. They also couldn't call them even from booking.com. The horror of vacation. Find another apartment, but don't go to this one.
• Hanan (5/5): Overall it was ok. It could have been better if the heating system and water heater would worked. - The apartment was clean and the location was good. The size of the apartment was nice and well decorated with necessities. The building was equipped with an Elevator was a plus. The heating system in the apartment was not working properly and most importantly the water heater was not giving hot water for baths most of the time. Had to shower kids with cold water. I contacted the host many times with no response.

• Githu (7/5): It was quite good. - Clean, peaceful, location ( metro Sant Andreu) is 10 mins away, there are good restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The main doors are opened using digital locks( the links to which are provided to us right before arrival).
