• Paolo (7/5): - Casa moderna, abbastanza pulita e location ottima a pochi passi da metro e duomo. Lo staff non risponde quasi mai ed è stato difficile accordarsi per il check-in. Impianto elettrico della struttura un po' da rivedere con prese che non funzionano e altre che tendono a far surriscaldare il caricatore.

• Lassi (7/5): Great location - Host was not able to communicate in english properly. Extra bed was not too comfortable, and it did not have good quality blanket nor pillows
• Gabrielle (1/5): Unresponsive Communication Before Arrival - We booked this property due to the location and amenities, however, we did not stay here due to property’s non-response. On the day of booking, I contacted the property through Booking.com to ask about early check-in or luggage storage. We received an automated message directing us to two WhatsApp numbers for check-in and questions. I followed up both through Booking.com and via WhatsApp but did not receive a response for over 48 hours on any of the three modes of communication I tried. By the morning of our scheduled check-in, we still had not received any response. This was particularly frustrating given that check-in required coordinating a meeting time in advance. The lack of communication made planning our arrival difficult and added unnecessary stress to our trip.

• Cristina (10/5): If the owners respond quickly, it's the perfect apartment! I highly recommend it. - Clean, spacious apartment with a kitchen, and very well located. Just 10 minutes from the Duomo. The elevator wasn't working, and it's a third-floor apartment. And the worst part is trying to contact the owners. Once they reply, it's fine and they are lovely, but it's difficult to reach them via WhatsApp because they have three phone numbers, and each one tells you to contact another.

L'appartamento è molto più grande della media degli appartamenti che si vedono su booking, il bagno è grande e comodo Gli appartamenti si raggiungono tramite una scala stretta e ripida, al nostro arrivo ci è stato segnalato che l'ascensore era guasto (come in tutte le recensioni da almeno un anno ad'ora) Il nostro appartamento presentava segni di usura (un'anta mancante, mobili rovinati), pulizia sufficiente, ma non eccezionale.

• Russo (7/5): Ottima posizione ma qualcosa da rivedere - La posizione è molto comoda perché si trova a 10 minuti dalla stazione di Milano Cadorna. Inoltre la zona è davvero bella. L'host è stato gentile e disponibile. Ci è stato fatto anche trovare qualcosa per colazione come fette biscottate e caffè. La stanza non sembrava pulita a fondo Le lenzuola del letto non erano del tutto pulite. IInoltre le asciugamani forniteci erano solo due ed erano destinate a fare la doccia (per il viso o il bidet non c'erano). La televisione non funzionava e il frigo era vuoto, sarebbe stato gradito trovare almeno l'acqua.

• Paula (9/5): Would recommend to others great value for a short stay in the centre. - Location was excellent really close to the centre of Milan. Apartment was clean and spacious, good equipment in the kitchen. Snacks, coffee etc provided. Bedroom was clean and comfortable. Quite a few steps to go up to reach property thin stairway and no lift. All was fine for our short stay.

• elio (1/5): Non prenotate assolutamente - L appartamento è ok e molto carino. Check in terribile,quasi un ora ad aspettare fuori al caldo,nonostante avessimo comunicato più volte orario di arrivo. Personale straniero che si occupa di più appartamenti,fa le pulizie e si occupa della burocrazia e intanto i clienti attendono giù perché chi gestisce le telefonate è un completo incompetente e non risponde immediatamente ma solo dopo tempo. Sconsiglio assolutamente . Non sanno comunicare e gestire i clienti.

The accommodation doesn’t look like in the photo, the idea is there but the reality doesn’t matches. Over all has everything you need tho

Manque d'entretien : lave vaisselle inutilisable (cassé). 1 seule cuillère à café. 1 seul mug.tiroir à couvert cassé. Canapé dévissé. lumière du couloir d'accès allumé H24, et pas de volets. Pomme de douche haute jamais lavée. Pour une nuit, cela ne m'a pas vraiment gêné.

• Shubhra (1/5): The worst stay of my life - There was nothing to like except the location. Quite near the Duomo I disliked literally everything. The property advertises itself as having a lift, but it was not functioning. When asked why, we were told that it's gone out in the morning and will be sorted in half an hour. However, after I enquired from neighbors we found out that the lift has not been working for more than 6 months. The residents don't even bother pressing the lift button anymore. Now imagine that the room is on the 4th floor, with an exceptionally narrow staircase. We had a child stroller, and I had my mom who is 60 years old and had knee issues. One of the reasons to choose the property was the lift. However I was willing to overlook it, but the final straw was when we went in the room and tried to switch on the air conditioner. It didn't work for both the rooms. We called the manager Kumar, and he told us that it would work in half an hour, but it was another lie. We had to sleep in the sweltering heat, and the only saving straw was that we had an early flight and thus we had to go from there pretty early the next morning. I would never recommend this property to anyone ever

• Nicol (7/5): Good - The accommodation had a good location. The bathroom was clean. There were cafes and places to eat nearby. The furniture was shabby. We were afraid to sit on the chairs in the kitchen. But since we were only staying one night, it was manageable. The elevator was out of order, so we had to walk all the way up. Upon arrival, we didn't know where to go, we called the owner about 5 times, but he only responded to our message via booking.

• Aleksandra (5/5): pleasant stay and excellent location - Location was the main reason for our choice. The place was close to the main tourist areas, as well as some small options for food. The place is visibly aged and some installations not finished, appliances were not working (dishwasher door completely locked). There is an elevator, but very slow.
