- Andrew (8/5): Great base for few days exploring Villajoyosa and surrounding area. - Location, in the heart of the old town easy access to restaurants and bars . Tram station an easy 10 minute walk away . 5 minutes into town or promenade Fully equipped quirky self catering accomodation, spotlessly clean . All measure been taking to reduce moisture with dehumidifiers in every room . You have to appreciate its a very old building as mentioned by others there is a problem with damp but measures are in place to minimise this .

Está totalmente equipado, horno, lavadora,........, hasta máquina de café y tostadora. 2 TVs. En la parte vieja de Villajoiosa, a pocos minutos de la playa. Nada en especial
- Daniel (9/5): Great place in old town of La Vila Joiosa - Great location, close to the beach, tram, stores and other nice places. Clean and comfortable beds. Good kitchen with everything we needed. Somewhat loud neighbors. I think they did a renovation of their apartment.

Nos dejaron algunas cositas para el desayuno incluso, completamente equipado para cocinar, limpiar, etc. No les faltó detalle alguno Espectacular! Que no tenga luz natural la planta de abajo, aunque se entiende por el tipo de vivienda que es.

Muy buena urbanización Una de las habitaciones, que era un anexo que se le cogió a la terraza, no tenía aire acondicionado y hacía calor. Las puertas de la cristalera de la terraza no se podían abrir. Éramos 5 personas y solamente había en el frigorífico 2 botellitas pequeñas de agua, al menos 1 por persona o una de litro y medio.
