• Katriena (6/5): Goede locatie maar verder moet je niet veel verwachten. - De locatie was heel fijn. Dicht bij de metro en het centrum. Het appartement zelf viel wat tegen. Geen kookplaat, geen servies. Een tafel met 4 stoelen en een relaxestoel. En een bed met nachtkastjes maar verder was er geen gezelligheid en nogal wat achterstallig onderhoud. . Balkon kon je niet gebruiken want daar stond de airco. En de kit randen in de badkamer was verschimmeld.. Verder was het wel schoon.

• Cristina (8/5): Sitio agradable y con todas las comodidades. - La ubicación, estaba muy limpio y tenía todas las comodidades necesarias. Las almohadas eran de muy mala calidad y la comunicación con los gestores para el día de la llegada fue caótica.

• Hernandez (9/5): Muy buena estadía - Tiene una ubicación excelente cerca a restaurantes, tiendas y gran vía; estaba muy limpio y es cómodo. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para la estadía. Todo me gustó.

• Annelies (7/5): Apartamento sencillo y limpio. - Está bien por la ubicación, la limpieza y el acceso. La ducha está dentro de una mini bañera incómoda. La lámpara de noche en una mesita no se podía encender porque no había enchufe cerca.

• alicia (10/5): - El apartamento impecable, la cama muy comoda y la ubicacion excepcional. el chico que nos recibió nos explicó como funcionaba todo a la perfeccion y lo mas cercano para ver que habia al rededor junto con las paradas de metro mas cercanas. Necesitábamos hacer el check-out mas tarde de la hora marcada y sin problema nos dejaron mas tiempo. Muy amables, atentos y cuidadosos con los detalles.

• Pingarrón (7/5): Un buen estudio, pero sin cocina - La ubicación, la cama cómoda y el lugar tranquilo a la hora de dormir pese a ser céntrico y concurrido de día. Muy amable y servicial el anfitrion también. Realmente no tiene cocina, no hay fuego para poder guisar ni lo mas simple, ni utensilios de cocina para guisar. Solo un microondas, una cafetera de cápsulas, un calentador de agua, tostadora y nevera. Solo puedes calentar un desayuno simplicísimo y punto, no pienses que puedes hacer ni unos huevos en una sartén para cenar. No nos molestó mucho, solo ibamos dos dias. Pero es engañoso. Cuando uno alquila un apartamento con cocina supuestamente lo hace porque le apetece cenar ya algo en casa relajado. De no ser asi podria haber ido a un hostal.
• Maria Isabel (8/5): Fue todo un acierto. Lo malo es que el coche tiene que estar en parkings si o sí - La ubicación es muy buena si quieres tener acceso a todo. Y los anfitriones muy atentos. No había nevera en mi estudio y al día siguiente de llegar nos llevaron uno. Si no quieres estar con el bullicio de gente este no es el alojamiento. Calle muy céntrica y llena de tiendas y restaurantes

• dominique (8/5): Très bien - Appartement très bien situé dans une rue très animée et très centrale. La gentillesse de l'hôte. Pas de double vitrage, on entend beaucoup le bruit de la rue (voitures, poubelles, gens..) la nuit et tôt le matin.

• Emilia (10/5): Exceptional - It was very nice, very clean and in a great, central location. The stuff absolutely friendly and very helpful and welcoming. 10/10 also considering value for money. I recommend it to all people who don't want to pay much but would like to get a very central location (Gran Via and Fuencarral are full of shops). Literally everything important is within walking distance. I.e. Palacio Real, Puerta del Sol or Plaza Mayor max.20 min. And we usually are not crazy for walking 😀 We rarely used the metro. Maybe to go to the airport or Santiago Bernabeu (that is also only 4 tube stations away - 4 days ticket 27€ for all lines). We highly recommend Estudio Grande Madrid Centro! PS. Try the PizzaArt restaurant just across the street, we had lovely pizza, foccacia, salads, avocado alla legna and veeeeery good apreol spritz there. Yummy 😀 and full of the good food we only rolled ourselves home (on the big, full bellies) across the street (10m). It was a lovely time and we will come back! 😀👍 Nothing, we are 100% happy!

• Martin (5/5): Great location but very average apartment. - Location Smelly drain smell in bathroom. Lots of noise from street throughout the night and first thing in the morning. Expected us to pay the entire bill when we arrive in cash which we obviously didn’t have. Made us go in search of a cash point late at night after a very long journey. This definitely was not stipulated anywhere on booking.com
• Darren (10/5): Great apartment in a perfect location. - The host was a gentleman meeting us with the keys and explaining the area. The apartment, with Aircon, was perfect for our city break. The location was unreal, close to everything in the Centro, including cafés, restaurants, street food, bars, shops and the busy Gran Via. The city noise in the evening was great, Madrid is such a fun vibrant city.
• Carmel (9/5): As advertised. Enjoyable stay. - Very cosy for a short stay. Elevator was great and someone was waiting to greet us. There was a bit of oder in the bathroom. It was clean, but I think its from the drains.

• Luca (8/5): Great price/quality ration - Very good quality/price flat, ideal for friends or a family, with a large double bedroom and an extra bed in the living room/kitchen area. The location is very close to a metro station (tribunal) and you can easily walk to the centre. Fornitures and the bathroom were quite dated, but you cannot complain about that for the price you pay. All in all no major issues
