- Valeria (10/5): Soggiorno autentico in una splendida casa coloniale - Soggiorno molto piacevole all’Hostal Arraigo Casa Colonial. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, dandoci tanti suggerimenti utili su cosa visitare nei dintorni. La struttura è davvero bella, una casa coloniale tipica, molto colorata e ricca di fascino. La stanza era ampia, luminosa e molto confortevole. Il bagno si trova fuori dalla stanza, vicino alla reception, ma questo non ha creato alcun disagio durante il soggiorno. Nel complesso un’esperienza molto positiva, la consiglio!

Un accueil chaleureux, à nous orienter pour les thermes à choisir :) vous rentrez et vous avez : chaleur d’accueil et couleurs merveilleuses :) Il y’a aussi un petit chien Bruce qui vous ramène des cailloux pour jouer !!

- Massimiliano (8/5): Piacevole angolo di relax a Santa Rosa - Ottima posizione, centralissima. Location molto tranquilla e silenziosa, con un'ottima vista sulla montagna. Personale gentilissimo, ci hanno offerto una lavatrice gratuita per sopperire al problema dell'infiltrazione che ha bagnato alcuni nostri abiti. Perfetto per gli amanti dei gatti. Acqua poco calda nella doccia, nessun appoggio utile in camera da letto, due gatti un po' curiosi, se non si sta attenti te li ritrovi sul letto o sui vestiti. Manca un lume di lettura, e un comodino.

El hostal es muy completo, las habitaciones son cómodas, dispone de una cocina muy bien equipada, una sala con juegos de mesa y algun instrumento musical y un patio exterior. El personal tambien fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo!

Cada detalle en el lugar, amplios jardines y salas, vista a la montaña, buenos colchones, duchas impecables, cocina super limpia, la atención de Laura y de su madre margarita es excepcional , me guiaron en todo, me prestaron la plancha , me trataron con cariño ,igual q a mi perrita, tienes un perro y dos gatos super amorosos, volvere sin duda . Muy recomendado . Cerca a todo . A dos cuadras del parque. Me hospede en la habitación colibrí muy tranquilo allí.
- Ecem (10/5): Perfect for a short stay - I loved my stay at Hostal Arraigo. I felt like a guest of the house, not a customer. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The common areas are very nice to spend time in with great view and there are games. The toilets are impeccably clean. The cats and the dog are very friendly and hang out at the common areas. The shared room smelled a bit damp but it went away when the windows were open.

El lugar es hermoso y la limpieza fue impecable en las habitaciones, baños y espacios compartidos. El perrito Bruce y los gatitos también ayudaron a hacer especial mi estancia.

- Levnorkin (5/5): Not welcoming place - Not only was I charged a tax that, as a tourist, I shouldn’t have had to pay when paying for the accommodation, but I was also told to go walk around outside until the official check-in time, as that’s the hostel’s policy. I understand that it’s their policy, and indeed, Booking stated that check-in starts at 3 PM. But I’ve gotten used to a different level of hospitality in absolutely every hostel I’ve stayed at throughout my journey in Colombia so far. I can’t say this place felt welcoming.

Fantastic location, only 3/4mins walk to centre. Kitchen is ample for cooking everything. Lovely space in the garden to chill and also sofas upstairs to relax on. They have a water filter!!! Highly recommended 🥰
