• Kinga (8/5): - Przestronny apartament z pełnym wyposażeniem. Czysty i wygodny. Bardzo blisko stacji metra i sklepów, kilkanaście minut spacerkiem od plaży. Problem z wyjściem, gdy już zostawiliśmy klucze w apartamencie po wyprowadzce. Prawie spóźniliśmy się przez to na samolot. Ponadto przez drzwi mieszkania wszystko słychać, gdyż zlokalizowane są dokładnie naprzeciwko windy.

• Alessandra (9/5): - Ottima posizione, appartamento grande, fornito di sale, zucchero, caffé, spezie, tisane e biscotti (cosa che abbiamo molto apprezzato) e host velocissimo nel comunicare con noi. Nel complesso siamo stati molto bene e ci torneremmo volentieri.
• Dichka (10/5): - Very clean apartment, next to bus, tram and metro station. 20 minutes walking distance to the beach. Neighbourhood is quiet and safe, many restaurants and shops nearby. Very supportive host, no issues with the remote access. There were coffee, tea, milk and biscuits :)

• ALBERT (8/5): - La ubicacion y el apartamento en si La mampara se encalla al abrirla y no se podia cerrar del todo. Un mensaje de whastapp antes del checking con las instrucciones estaria bien para saber donde ir y que hacer, antes de llamar a los contactos.

• Giuliani (9/5): Valencia a tutto tondo - Posizione strategica, in una settimana siamo riusciti a girare tutta la città facilmente. L'appartamento era pulito e confortevole, non mancava nulla. Consigliato anche per soggiorni più lunghi. Grazie mille ancora.
• Claudia (1/5): Mala experiencia - No me ha gustado nada porque no he podido ir, y la anfitriona no tuvo ni siquiera el detalle de contestarme cuando le informe que no podiamos ir por fuerza mayor. Me ha parecido muy mal, que ni siquiera me haya contestado a nuestro mail ni nuestro mensaje de WhatsApp

• Olena (6/5): - Excelente ubicación, justo al lado de la estación de metro Marítim - Serrería. Zona con tiendas, farmacias, transporte público y toda la infraestructura necesaria. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. Acceso remoto muy cómodo, con llegada y salida flexibles. En el apartamento había cafetera, hervidor de agua, té y cápsulas de café, lo cual fue un buen detalle. También dispone de aire acondicionado, algo fundamental en el clima caluroso. Sin embargo, el colchón resultó muy incómodo y había un olor constante a alcantarillado en el apartamento. Además, hubiera sido deseable un poco más de limpieza general.

• CrazyTraveler87 (10/5): - The apartment was really nice and the owners were really friendly. The location itself was perfect for us. It is 20min walking from the beach and some great shops. To the Ciutat Vella bus is the best option and there are at least 3 buses that go there. Highly recommend the place. Also as someone mentioned the apartment was equipped with basic stuff for early morning (milk, coffee, etc.). We didn't ask but the owners also provided us the mini cot for our 2 year old.

Не смогли доехать на такси до пункта назначения. Пришлось выйти в начале улицы и связываться с хозяином. Ждали ответа, а потом шли пешком 5 минут. Возле дома пришлось ждать пока кто-то с соседей не выйдет. Смогли зайти в дом, нашли квартиру, в которой убирала женщина, которая и впустила нас. Квартира находиться в районе где идут какие-то стройки, на улицах грязно, вечером бегают тараканы довольно крупные, ночью шумно. В Apartamento Ciencias y Playa двери в душевую кабинку ели открыли. Оставили небольшой проход и не двигали больше. Моя ошибка - я не пожаловалась хозяину. После выезда пришло сообщение от хозяина, что это моя семья сломала крепление на дверях и еще счет на 120 евро. На третий день в квартире появились муравьи, причем именно в ванной комнате. Очень понравилась Барселона. Жалеем, что не остановились там.
• Andrea (7/5): - Buena comunicación con la dueña, metro, bus y tranvía cerca. Amplio apartamento. Faltó limpieza en los utensilios de cocina, y falta algunos utensilios. No se encuentra muy cerca de la playa y tampoco del centro.

• Konstantin (10/5): Perfect Value for the money - Accomodation is remote, fast and efficient.Thanks to Natalia! Location is next to metro station which has direct line to airport. The neighborhood is well organized, stores, restaurants, beach is very close. A bit noizy street, but nothing dramatic as it has good balcony with openair.At the end this is Valencia, never sleep city 😀

The location was excellent, very close to the metro and bus stations. The hosts spoke very little English, which made communication a bit challenging

• John (9/5): A Clean, convenient spot! - Great location: we wanted to visit our daughter studying abroad and it was a short walk to her dorm. It has convenient access to the metro (Airport!) and bus lines. A comfortable walk to Ciutat de Les Arts y Ciencias. Lots of restaurants, bakerys nearby. Supermarket next door. Everything you'd need is right there.
• Papaya (6/5): Value for money - Will only write positive things to avoid contestations. Excellent location close to metro station and a main street with buses/ taxi etc. Direct connection to airport, and Close to beach. Excellent value for money (roughly 30% discount to market rate). Has everything one needs in the kitchen. Rated 9+ I expected bit more, a lot more.. Low price should have indicated me that there is lots to improve. As a start, the smells coming from drainage in sink and the bathroom. Not even the carefully placed air fresheners are enough to mask it.
• Kristína (9/5): Superb - Nice, spacious and clean apartment. It is located in Maritim, everything is reachable by public transport (for us it was the only choice due to kids). The owner was helpful. We were missing hangers and one more cabinet in the bathroom. The kitchen equipment can be also better - e.g. bigger pot, wiping cloth. Nevertheless, we solved it and had a nice stay.
