• Vlad (8/5): A fost un sejur liniștit! - Curățenia și view-ul! Faptul că am stat intr o cameră unde venea de pe ventilație miros de mâncare. De asemenea, hotelul nu are o plajă, cobori 3-400 de scări pentru a ajunge oe nisip, nimic amenajat!

• Adam (8/5): Don't look too hard and this place is stunning. - The look of this hotel is stunning. The layout, the pools that feed one another and flow between the two buildings and the decor is beautiful. The staff were all lovely and friendly Although we were happy the hotel was very quiet it also meant that some facilities we were looking forward to weren't available. Such as some of the spa, hot tubs and the food was lacking due to such low demand.

До моря действильно не далеко , весь путь до пляжа проходит по живописной лестнице через лес. Персонал на высоте, принял нас очень тепло, приветливо и гостеприимно. Номер в отеле очень хороший с добротной и качественной мебелью. Не в каждом пятизвездочном отеле увидишь такую мебель. Уборка в номерах происходила каждый день, что тоже большой плюс. Сын в восторге от бассейна. Наш отдых в этом отеле был великолепный.

Трудно се разбирахме с персонала на ресторанта , някой от храните , които се предлагаха , не заслужаваха цената си . В резервацията на стаята пишеше ,че имаме закуска , а на място се оказа ,че няма , но вероятно е грешка на booking .

• Виктория (1/5): - Единственото хубаво нещо, което мога да споделя за хотела е отношението на персонала и също така гледката беше добра. Да започнем с това, че снимките не отговарят на реалността. Матракът беше крайно неудобен. Пружините му се виждаха. Входът за стаята ни беше през тераса, на която летяха стършели. В стаите има обособени уреди за готвене, но никой не предупреждава, че когато в съседната стая готвят и в твоята мирише по същия начин. Докато се къпеш, рязко тръгва ледена струя вода, за ободряване. Хотелът се рекламира като първа линия, но всъщност за да стигнеш до плажа, трябва да извървиш около 20 минути по стръмни стълби надолу към брега, което никой не споменава. За капак храната в ресторанта е отвратителна иии уединеното място на хотела всъщност е разположение извън града. Това означава, че където и да искате да отидете, трябва да го направите с личния си автомобил. Като цяло хотелът изобщо не отговаря на съотношението цена качество, което е много разочароващо.

• Ivo Yonchev (9/5): - Big and spacious hotel with nice pools and restaurant with good food, nice breakfast, places to park the car next to the hotel, big enough room with nice balcony, comfortable bed and clean sheets/towels, very helpful staff, the beach is in walking distance with couple of restaurants on it and the city is not so far from the hotel. The sun beds could be better and the spa didn't worked at all while we were there, no shops nearby.

• Alina (9/5): Sea and Serenity with a Lovely Touch - The accommodation is cosy and blends beautifully with natural surroundings. Whether you're meditating, reading, or just breathing deeply, this is the kind of place that helps you reset. Ideal for nature lovers and those who are enjoying a wild beach and are not too pretentious. The wooden stairs leading to the beach aren’t fully restored, which might be a small challenge for more demanding guests, but for me, the overall experience was worth it. The staff was very friendly and responsive to requests. For the SPA, I highly recommend Peter and the classic relaxing option. The restaurant is also very nice with a beautiful terrace. The hotel makes a great first impression, the reception area looks stylish with some really nice design touches. But in the room, there are a few small details that could use some attention. Nothing major for us, but it would be great if towels were refreshed every two days, and overall, they could use a bit of a refresh.

• Vera (1/5): Ужас - Нищо. Всичко се оказа голяма лъжа Ако искате да бъдете държани като заложници,за което ще ви накарат да си платите- това е мястото. Мястото е страшна дивотия. До плажа се стига по трудни за преодоляване стълби. Парапети няма на всякъде. Стърчат клони и остри пирони. Басейна от снимките изглежда с олимпийски размери,а в действителност е една локва пълна с хлор. Храната е със съмнително качество,а персонала не говори български. Ако успеете да излезете от стаята си,не е много сигурно дали ще влезете после пак. Вратата или не се затваряше или не се отваряше с картата която ще ви дадат. На " Рецепцията" ( в кавички е защото беше трудна за откриване без никакви обозначения) постоянно имаше неотсервиран инвентар. Чаши от кафе,спагети,лед. Изобщо посрещат те с досада,че си им се натресъл и ги прекъсваш. По терасата към ресторанта има оси колкото искаш и въшливи недохранени котки които ходят между хората.

The location (no access to the beach), awful service, dirty rooms and bathrooms, uncomfortable child beds, smells coming from kitchen ventilation (strong smell), the staff do not speak any language except Russian.
• TeodorSta (9/5): Good value for money and good for people who love walking distances - Great value for money, we booked a doble room that was sufficient for me and my wife. the room was clean and the beds were perfect for a good relaxing sleep. Breakfast was very good and the variety of fruits for sure is a big plus! Far from the center, it can be a little bit intimidating if you go walking after sunset. The hotel is old, TV is too small and old for 2025 standards and the room for sure will need some serious renovation to meet 5 star standards from my point of view

Готвачът в ресторанта е добър - пицата и мидите бяха вкусни. Служителите са любезни и отзивчиви. Освежаване на материалната база на хотела. Чистотата в хотелските стаи и на спалното бельо е необходимо да се подобри.

We visited at the end of August and although there were quite a lot of guests, the hotel was very peaceful and quiet. The beach is nearby, but the path through the forest is a bit extreme and there are quite a few steps. The staff was kind and polite, and we would definitely visit again.

• Milan (7/5): - Najviše mi se dopala ljubaznost osoblja. Nije mi dopalo to što u dvadesetim godina 21. veka, hotel koristi televizore iz 20. veka. Kablovska skoro da ne radi. Imali smo na raspolaganju svega 4 kanala. Parking je neasfaltiran, postoji mogućnost oštetiti automobil. Higijena nije na zavidnom nivou, oko švedskog stola su se šetali mravi, bazeni nisu bili čisti, gornja površina aparata za kafu ima 3 cm prašine...

• Vitaliy (4/5): Если не вкладывать хоть какие-то деньги в поддержание и обновление Отеля, то он придёт в упадок, а жаль - Отель красивый - Красивый и интересный Отель по своей архитектуре. Спокойное место, есть подземный паркинг. Хорошие завтраки. Качественные полотенца. К сожалению в Отель уже давно не вкладываются деньги! Требуется обновление техники в номерах и гарнитуры (Мебель и столовые приборы)! По приезду, обнаружили морозильную камеру полностью во льду (смотри фото)!!! Работники отеля решить проблему не смогли, поэтому пришлось самому разморозить морозильную камеру!!! Холодильнику уже лет 16 наверное… За все время проживания (3 ночи) в номере не было ни разу уборок, даже мусор никто не выносил!!! Выносили мы сами. В ванной комнате чаша для ёршика унитаза была ужасно ржавой от времени! Отелю вроде 16 лет, но он приходит в упадок. Если не вкладывать хоть какие-то деньги в поддержание и обновление Отеля, то он придёт в упадок, а жаль - Отель красивый.
• Pavlov (10/5): - Перфектно място за истинска почивка! Много красиво, чисто и разположено в прохладна борова гора. Персонала са супер любезни и отзивчиви. Всичко беше с пъти над цената за която се предлагаше. С удоволствие ще посетим пак. Стаята беше голяма и с файансов под навсякъде, а не с отвратителни мръсни мокети. Почистваха всеки ден и дамата ни изчакваше независимо колко късно излизахме за плаж. За съжеление трябва да споделя и два забележими негатива. 1) Стълбите към морето вобще не бяха безопасни, дървена самозделна конструкця( дъски ) и парапетите буквално бяха отрязани клони захванати с тел и винтове. (Има лесен път с кола за 5 мин. и от рецепцията ни го показаха още първия ден) 2) В ресторанта менюто беше силно италиански стил и липсваха елементарни традиционни гозби като: Скара и всякакви български ястия. Дори пържените картофи не присъстват в менюто но ако питате и си поръчате ги има. В града има достатъчно голям избор от заведения но щеше да е много по-печелившо за хотела и гостите ако предлагат по-традиционно меню. Ресторанта беше над 60% празен през цялото време и с малко промни мисля че лесно ще го подобрят. Всчико друго е на много високо ниво и с удоволствие ще го посетим пак.

Много зелени и цветов. Спокойствие и тишина. Приветливый персонал и хороший массаж. Хотелось бы наличие лежаков и зонтиков на пляже, а также, обновить лежаки и матрасы у бассейна.
• Xenia (4/5): Unser Aufenthalt wurde durch übel riechende Zimmer unprofessionelles Verhalten massiv enttäuscht - Die Anlage selbst ist eigentlich schön und nicht so überlaufen wie die Hotels direkt in Obzor. Der Strandzugang war für uns das Beste an der Unterkunft. Auch der größte Teil des Hotelpersonals war freundlich und bemüht. Leider wurde unser Aufenthalt jedoch durch mehrere gravierende Mängel überschattet. Unser Doppelzimmer (201) roch von Anfang an extrem unangenehm, vermutlich durch die Abflüsse. Der Geruch verstärkte sich über die erste Nacht so stark, dass wir am nächsten Tag in ein anderes Zimmer wechseln mussten. Auch dort (501) war es kaum besser, insbesondere bei geschlossener Balkontür. Dass das Personal den Geruch vor unserer Anreise nicht bemerkt haben soll, ist schwer zu glauben. Auf Nachfrage hieß es lediglich, dass dies ab Mitte August häufiger vorkomme – ein Preisnachlass oder anderes Entgegenkommen wäre hier dringend angebracht gewesen. Besonders verärgert hat uns jedoch das Spa. Wir hatten von 16 bis 19 Uhr inkl. Massage gebucht und extra bezahlt. Laut Aushang sollte der Bereich bis 19 Uhr geöffnet sein. In der Realität war der Whirlpool leer, es gab keine Bademäntel oder Handtücher, die Saunaausstattung war teilweise defekt – und bereits um 18 Uhr wurden wir aufgefordert, zu gehen. Statt der versprochenen drei Stunden konnten wir die Sauna nicht einmal zwei Stunden nutzen, trotzdem zum vollen Preis. Schon beim Einchecken ins Spa fiel die zuständige blonde Rezeptionistin äußerst negativ auf: Auf unsere Nachfrage nach Bademänteln und Handtüchern reagierte sie unfreundlich und komplett serviceunorientiert. Anstatt eine Lösung zu finden oder sich zu bemühen, stellte sie sich quer und tat so, als ob das unser Problem sei. Als wir später die frühzeitige Schließung bemängelten, führte genau diese Haltung zu einer sehr unangenehmen und ärgerlichen Diskussion, die mit professionellem Kundenservice nichts zu tun hatte. Während der Masseur immerhin Verständnis zeigte und sich entschuldigte, verschärfte sie die Situation unnötig und hinterließ bei uns einen nachhaltig negativen Eindruck. Bei der Abreise schilderten wir den Vorfall einem anderen, sehr freundlichen Rezeptionisten. Dieser bestätigte, dass das Spa offiziell bis 19 Uhr geöffnet sein müsse und die Kollegin das auch wissen sollte. Seine Entschuldigung kam leider zu spät!

• Gabriela (8/5): Beautiful location - We booked a suite with sea view and the view above the cliff and beach is stunning. We like the location, have been there few years ago when everything was new. We liked the fact that the access to the property is safeguarded. Lack of maintenance: few bathroom facilities were visibly rusty and leaking, A/C could not be stopped with the remote control but unplugged only. Mattress was extremely hard. Electric stove was dirty. No hair dryer. Access to the beach through the wood stairs is not safe.
