Davant del Palau Pizzi. A prop de tot però sense el bullici del centre. Dutxa no sortira pressió de l’aigua, raig d’aigua molt fluix i per cabells llargs es un problema, però és un mal menor, tot lo altre compensa totalment.

• Barbara (10/5): Dziękuję bardzo za fantastyczny pobyt - Obiekt jest w rewelacyjnej lokalizacji, bardzo czysty, widok z pokoju na florenckie dachy. To wszystko jest ważne, ale najistotniejszy jest stosunek personelu do gości. Obaj panowie wykazują się ogromną troską jednocześnie nie narzucając się. Atmosfera, którą tworzą jest niepowtrzalna i powoduje, że chcę powrócić. Oceniam obiekt na 11 w skali do 10 😍

• David (6/5): Simple, satisfactory accommodations. Host very helpful. - The location (across from Pitti Palace and just a few blocks from Ponte Vecchio) was perfect. The beds were very comfortable. There was an in-room coffee maker. There was no breakfast, only a discount to a cafe on the street. No food service of any kind. Minimal space for unpacking.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Comfortable room, great location - A comfortable room in a great location for exploring the city, with welcoming and helpful hosts. It was my second stay here and I would happily return again. Having a fridge is a bonus in warm weather. There are plenty of places to dine and although the Residenza doesn’t do breakfast, a local cafe offers a discount and does excellent coffee and pastries. There is a small service lift which is useful with luggage. It’s all good

La stanza era spaziosa e pulita con molti confort (condizionatore, cassaforte, televisore a schermo piatto, bollitore). L'aspetto veramente eccezionale è la posizione, in Piazza Pitti. Rapporto qualità prezzo davvero buono. La colazione non è inclusa ma esiste una convenzione con un bar vicino.
• David (5/5): - The location was perfect! There was WiFi, and coffee and tea in the room, and a refrigerator (which was convenient), and a safe (the safe we didn't use). The bed was very comfortable. There was a common space, but no actual lobby where guests might hang out. The hosts were most friendly, accommodating and helpful. The room was a bit too small, with no desk and inadequate room to unpack. There was no breakfast, just a small discount to a cafe downstairs and a couple doors down.

Excellent hosts that run the property - went out of their way to help with bags & taxi. The rooms were small but typical for a 16th century building. Lots of storage to store bags. Shower plumbing could use a bit of maintenance, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Обслуживание тоже хорошее. Помогли поднять чемоданы. Дом находится прям на площади, найти очень легко. Хозяева дают четкие инструкции. Лифт немного странный. Оценку поставила ниже, потому что были проблемы с горячей водой, не могли скупаться. Ну это возможно частный случай. В целом рекомендую.

• Bengü (9/5): - Nice & central location: The residence is a few minutes walk away from Porto Vecchio and all other tourist attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable, especially the bed was perfect for a good night rest. The owners were very nice and friendly. The shower could need some maintenance, but that was no problem for us.

Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag gereinigt Die Dusche war etwas undicht und der Druck zu wenig. Es ist mehr Wasser aus Duschkonstruktion als aus dem Duschkopf gekommen

• Tracey (9/5): Superb - This was a great place to stay just across the Ponte Vechhio opposite Palazzo Pitti. The room has a/c which was great because it was very hot while we were there. The directions were helpful and our host was actually waiting outside for us to be sure we found it okay. Really enjoyed our stay there. Nothing I can think of. If you struggle with stairs, there is a lift, but it is small and very slow. We don't mind stairs, but it would be something to consider for those who don't like them.

• Holly (9/5): Superb - Paola and Andrew are SO lovely. They met us at the front of the property and helped us upstairs with our bags. They had the best list of recommendations for the area which was plentiful and led us to a lovely bar for meats & cheeses. The room was lovely with lots of character and a cute view. Location wise it's perfect, right near all the good food and drink and a short walk to the local attractions. Stronger water pressure would have been nice for a better shower and the shower could have been cleaner. We also prefer firm pillows so the option for a harder pillow would have suited us.

Room was also quite spacious The water pressure was not really good and we had a day or two where the water were not that hot. Also, I do realize the building is VERY old but there was mold in the bathroom

The bathroom is small and has slippery risks, particularly the stair from shower area to basin is potentially risky for elderly I guess.

• Robert (8/5): Excellent value for a comfortable stay with gracious hosts. - We really appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of Andrew and Paola during our stay. Andrew even offered to take our notebook to a nearby shop to try and find the right charging cable. The location was great, right across from the Pitti Palace, in a quieter area, but still within comfortable walking distance of the main attractions. Everything was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Shower was a little small, but understandable in an older building.

• Viktória (10/5): Perfect base for Firenze sightseeing - The rooms are in an old building just across Palazzo Pitti, there is a bus stop there, the old city center is a short walk away, there are several restaurants and a big supermarket nearby. The staff was very nice and helpful, we could check into our room already in the morning when we arrived, which was very helpful. The room was perfectly clean (there is daily cleaning), the bed was very comfortable which is always a big + in our book. :) There was complimentary coffee, tea and mineral water in the room, restocked daily. We loved staying there, it was close enough to the sights to just go "home" during the day for a quick rest or change. Heating with the air conditioner did not work.
• David (9/5): We like this location very much. It was very clean and the communication was good. - The property was clean and very well organized. The communication was good. Being expected to leave your room, so the cleaning crew could get in for 12 was a little inconvenient.

• Robyn (10/5): We loved our stay and would definitely book again and recommend it to family and friends. - We loved the location of this property as it was close to lots of restaurants and cafes as well as a short walk to the highlights of Florence. There was a separate shared lounge area with lots of interesting books to read. The lift was very tiny and slow but it was fine. We weren’t in any hurry and it was better than climbing up three flights of stairs.
