• Laura (9/5): ¡Genial! - Bien situado, en un barrio tranquilo y no lejos del centro a pie. Muy completo, con todos los detalles necesarios. Repetiría. Todo nos encantó. A veces las llaves dan problemas, pero tienen un sistema automático que con una sola llamada telefónica te abren la puerta (ahorra batería para ello).

L’appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica, a pochissimi passi dalla fermata della metropolitana e in un quartiere signorile, elegante e molto silenzioso. Anche il palazzo è molto tranquillo, il che garantisce un ottimo riposo. ​Nonostante le dimensioni compatte, la casa è dotata di ogni comfort e organizzata alla perfezione: non manca davvero nulla. La location è assolutamente ideale per chi visita Roma per pochi giorni, dato che il Colosseo e le Terme di Caracalla sono raggiungibili con una brevissima passeggiata. ​Un ringraziamento speciale all'host, che è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, fornendoci preziosi consigli su cosa vedere e, soprattutto, su dove mangiare bene in zona. Consigliatissimo!
• Karin (7/5): - Ruhiges und gehobenes Stadtviertel in zentraler Lage Self-Check-In bedeutet in diesem Fall: Eine Kopie beider Seiten des Ausweises sollte zunächst über eine E-Mailadresse, dann auf Nachfrage später über ein Portal "Wubook" übermittelt werden. Außerdem wurde verlangt, ein Selfie aus der Wohnung per Mail zu schicken. Die Dachterrasse ist groß, aber nicht, bzw. mit unbrauchbarem Tisch und Stuhl möbliert.
• ana lucia (9/5): - Tiene de todo!! Nunca había estado en un lugar tan equipado, impresionante el nivel de detalle, todo en muy buenas condiciones y muy limpio. Es chico pero Tiene lavarropas, plancha, ollas, lo que se te ocurra. Costaba abrir la puerta de entrada al edificio con la llave (una vez obtenida), pero llamando al número que te indican para abrir la primera vez se abre fácil, yo seguí utilizando ese método. El pago de impuesto al turista no está incluido en el precio de Booking y te piden hacer transferencia, a mí se me complicaba esta forma y lo pagué en efectivo.

La stanza è molto illuminata con la luce naturale ed è stato bello vedere il sole passare così. forse l’unica pecca è l’odore di fogna del gabinetto, ma forse questo è un problema dell’immobile ma comunque niente di cosi grave

• Joaquín (10/5): Perfecta - El piso es chiquitito pero no necesitas nada más, la ubicación es perfecta tiene trastevere a 15 mn andando, y a unos 5 minuto la mirilla de la cerradura donde se ve la cúpula de la basílica de San Pedro. Además si sales a la avenida en unos 20 minutos todo recto llegas a coliseo, o coges el metro que tienes una parada al lado, o un bus y te deja en la puerta.

Apartamento en un trastero, es muy pequeño. Más de dos personas sería imposible.

• Jorinso (1/5): Tal vez para gente más joven sea más adecuado. - Me pareció buena gente. La ubicación en Roma es pésima, llegar al lugar es cansador, no tiene subte, el taxi desde termini es carísimo.
• agnes (7/5): Appartement charmant, calme et très bien situé - Petit studio très agréable et fonctionnel. La situation géographique est idéale dans un très beau quartier très calme. La terrasse,avec une vue panoramique, est très sympathique. Les documents pdf sur la ville sont très appréciables. Walter est sympathique et professionnel ( même si je n'ai pas réussi à le joindre lors de notre arrivée tardive dû au retard de notre avion) Notre arrivée a été très chaotique car nous n'avons pas réussi à ouvrir la porte principale avec notre téléphone, une grande chance qu'un habitant nous ouvre. Le matelas mériterait d'être changé.

• Eric (10/5): Super cocooning calme et à côté du centre historique - Walter est au petit soin avec ses hôtes et propose tous les jours des endroits fabuleux. Son accueil et sa bonhomie sont vraiment agréables. L'appartement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé avec tv et Wi-Fi. Il n'est pas trop loin du circus Maximo 10 mn et du métro et surtout très calme malgré la proximité du centre. Matelas à revoir. Le seul point qui pour moi n'est pas négatif c'est le wc dans la salle de bain.

• Alanna (9/5): Perfect place to rest after exploring the beautiful city of Rome. - Lovely host, very responsive to messages. Great restaurant recommendations. Small room, but all you need - and we were expecting small, given its name. Amazing rooftop which we had all to ourselves to enjoy a wine and cheese while watching the sunset. So close to everything and plenty of excellent restaurants within an easy walk. Nothing.

La verdad que la habitación superó mis expectativas: muy limpia y equipada con todo lo necesario (cama suuper cómoda, tele, cocina, baño privado…). Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Además, el acceso fue facilísimo gracias a las instrucciones claras que me enviaron. ¡Repetiría sin dudarlo! 100% recomendable. No tengo peros.. la ubicación depende lo que busques , peor nosotros hemos ido a pie hasta Eñ Vaticano que es la otra punta dando paseo, está a lado de Trastevere, un jardín precioso, supermercado y algunos bares para comer. De todas formas Roma está muy bien comunicado en metro

• Karyna (10/5): Все було чудово - Чудовий вибір якщо їдете до Риму в двох. Дуже гарна локалізація, близько автобусні зупинки, станція Піраміда, з якої можна доїхати за 1.5€ до моря, близько чудовий сад апельсинів та двері з замковою свердловиною яка відкриває неймовірний вид на собор святого Петра. Сам район дуже тихий і гарний. В міні-апартаментах є кондиціонер, все для приготування їжі. Ванна кімната з душем, туалетом біде, та пральною машинкою (не користувалися) є гель для душу та шампунь для волосся. Місця для двох людей достатньо, ліжко велике. Особливо приємно було отримати від менеджера Вальтера міні-порадник куди піти в Римі та як провести вихідні. Якщо у вас виникнуть питання, він швидко на них відповість. Навіть перед заїздом, коли ми мали проблему з підтвердженням нашого візиту нам доволі швидко і зрозуміло все пояснили. Залишилися дуже задоволені :) Єдина проблема з якою можете зіткнутися це налаштування кондиціонера. Треба трохи поклікати і тоді він запрацює краще:)

• Emma (8/5): Idéal pour un court séjour en couple - Petit appartement bien situé, dans un quartier tranquille à environ 10-15 min du Circus Maximus et du Colisée. Idéal pour un court séjour en couple. Nous avons apprécié la présence de la clim en haute saison et le lit était confortable. Tout l'équipement nécessaire (café, gel douche, shampoing) était disponible sur place. L'hôte et l'agence étaient très réactifs pour répondre à nos questions et arrangeants (notamment pour la taxe de séjour qui nous a été rappelée le jour J et dont nous n'avions pas la possibilité de régler autrement que par virement bancaire et où il fallait un justificatif que la banque ne pouvait nous fournir dans l'immédiat. Ils nous ont alors proposé un règlement en espèces le lendemain). Mis à part le côté administratif (remplir un document assez conséquent pour la taxe de séjour obligatoire en Italie), l'appartement était impeccable bien qu'assez petit. Idéal pour y dormir quelques nuits et principalement sortir la journée pour visiter Rome

• Cristina (8/5): Good to stay there - Location, very clean and very friendly and helpfully staff. The bed sinks us in the middle, pillows were a bit too big for me and the smell from the bathroom.
• Riccardo (9/5): Superb - The system is a little complex but the messages that I received were clear. I got in without any problems and there were no issues at all. There was a minor issue with the bed sheets, which we noticed the morning after. The staff intervened immediately to fix it so overall is it not something I did not like but an incident that was solved promptly.

The accommodation is in a calm and safe location, conveniently close to the city center and well-connected by buses, metro and trains. Highly recommended!

• Anastasia (9/5): Comfortable for 1 person. - The flat is located in a quiet district where locals live. It’s a nice environment. I easily walked to the flat from Colosseum and Pantheon, on a nice warm evening it takes 40-45 min. Water pressure in the shower needs to be checked.

• Jennifer (8/5): The property served our needs but perhaps overpriced . - The location was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet at night and only a few minute walk to restaurants and grocery store. The Ostiense train station and B line metro are 10-20 minutes walk which was super convenient to get around the city and 35 mins from FCO airport. If you love to walk; Trastevere neighborhood, the forum, and the colosseum are all within 30-ish minute walk, wearing comfortable footwear, that is. The bed was comfortable. Wine key and glasses available for that bottle of wine purchased at the nearby grocery. As the name states, the place is TINY. I recommend you sightsee all day and only return to sleep. The owners could do a lot of improvements with a few shelves and hooks for hanging items. We had to stash the luggage under the bed just to move around the room. I would not bother making a meal as the kitchen amenities are scarce, but the dine-in and take-out options are plentiful nearby. Washing machine is absolutely useless. The clothes came out dirty and sopping wet. There is a clothes line on the community rooftop patio but due to humidity nothing dried. These negatives did not impact my enjoyment of Rome but I feel the price per night is too high due to the size and lack of listed amenities.
• Dr. (9/5): Superb - The description on site matches exactly what we experienced. It was fully furnished with all daily necessities as mentioned on the site. The location was exceptional- very peaceful and easily located by the local taxi drivers. First thing while entering Rome, a passport official remarked- "The place you are going to stay is very beautiful- good choice". The same words were repeated by the taxi driver while leaving Rome. Piramide and Circo Massimo are the two nearest metro stations and very much walkable- took hardly 10-15 min by walk. Walter- our host was very welcoming and cheerful... Guided us around with a bright map of Rome. He was also very approachable at all times. The only minus point was that the place is actually tiny as it mentions however if you are going to roam in Rome, you will only require the apartment for resting and refreshing- perfect for that. We stayed for 4 days, no issues at all...
• Joel (9/5): A great base for exploring Rome - Fantastic location and a functional apartment for its size. The air conditioning was very valuable as well! Walter, the host, was responsive and provided fantastic tips for how to enjoy the city. Not much! The only slight problem we had was with the washing machine. We didn't think it did a great job of washing our clothes despite multiple attempts.

• Katharina (7/5): The apartment is small, but nice, and the hosts are friendly and helpful - a very nice stay. - The location was nice and practical. Gaia (one of the managers) was very friendly and helpful, we could easily reach her to ask about things. It would have been good if more had been explained to us in the beginning - how to turn on the stove, what to pay attention to when using it (no empty pots before turning on); where exactly to put the rubbish... However, we simply asked Gaia and she always answered very quickly, so it was okay. Bear in mind that the room is not big, there is not that much space to stow your things. However, it is manageable and if you don't mind that too much, it can be very cozy. The window faces to the East, so there's lots of sunlight in the morning. Overall, we had a very nice stay and can recommend this place! A tiny point of annoyance: the fragrance sticks in the bathroom were a bit too strong, our clothes started smelling like them even though they were in the closet in the main room. Also, there is not that much storage space, we had our things lying on the table most of the time and shifted them over to the bed when we sat down to eat there. It's not bad! But be prepared.

• Geoff (10/5): Exceptional - I have always wanted to stay on the Aventine Hill, a quiet oasis in the center of Rome, and we were very happy to find this lovely apartment right on the Aventine, for a surprisingly affordable price. The host, Walter, was always helpful and available when questions came up. The apartment was beautifully designed to accommodate all the amenities we needed in a small space (kitchen, washing machine, large closet, etc.). Because of its design the space didn't feel too small, and one of the best features was a large outdoor terrace on the roof of the building with views of the city in different directions. Highly highly recommended!
