- Guest (7/5): - Propriétaire très réactif! Nous ne trouvions pas la boite à clés mais Mr nous a tout bien ré-expliqué très rapidement. Le logement était très propre et confortable, fidèle aux photos. Petit soucis de chauffage et piles à plat dans la télécommande mais ce sont des détails. On n'a pas prévenu le propriétaire tout de suite alors que ces petits soucis auraient pu être solutionnés rapidement, donc logement au top quand même.

- Guest (9/5): Chouette séjour - Chouette logement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire qu'il faut. Les voisins d'en haut un peu bruyant dans la soirée.
- Nicolas (8/5): - L'emplacement est idéal pour séjourner à Charleroi quelques nuits. L'hôte est réactif et prévenant. L'appartement est bien équipé et l'heure d'arrivée est flexible. Des petits détails perfectibles mais rien de très négatif hormis un point : j'aurais souhaiter savoir avant de réserver que l'appartement en est 1/2 sous-sol. Sinon, peut-être prévoir un rideau pour le séjour pour les personnes qui y dorment, bien vérifier la propreté de la vaisselle et poëles...

- Etelka (8/5): Modern place - The apartment was clean, and the host was welcoming. I requested a very early check-in, and they made it possible. At the time of booking, it wasn't mentioned in the description that it's a basement apartment.
