Leena (9/5): - Paikka oli asiallinen omatoimiasuntola, jossa oli kolme muuta vierasta. Jokaisella oli oma huone, yhteisenä tilana oli keittiö. Pienessä huoneessa oli oma wc ja suihku. Keittiössä oli iso jääkaappi ja pakastin sekä periaatteessa kaikki tarvittavat välineet ruuantekoon. Yhteydenpito vuokraajaan oli sujuvaa ja ystävällistä. Ainoa puute majoituksessa oli surkea kahvinkeitin, jolla ei saanut keitettyä kunnon kahvia. Aamukahvista riippuvaisena kehotan: keitin kannattaisi laittaa vaihtoon!
Alejandro (6/5): Ideal para pasar pocos días - La casera es muy simpática y la gente que se hospeda alli también. Las instalaciones en general están muy bien, aunque limpieza descuidada. Calidad precio es bastante aceptable Los toalleros se caían todo el tiempo, un olor en las habitaciones a cañería constantemente, falta de luz, almohadas incómodas. Echaba en falta algún cajón o armario en la habitación.

Ahcene (9/5): Merveilleux séjour au guest house espinardo - J'ai bien aimé l'endroit, calme et bien situé, à proximité des transports en commun. J'apprécie l'accueil, la chaleur des lieux et bien entendu le comportement du propriétaire qui fait tout que vous soyez à l'aise.
Yuri (1/5): Overbooking and dishonest handling - Nothing The host tried to scam me. She had an overbooking situation and, instead of apologizing and offering a fair solution, she first tried to blame me by saying that she “wasn’t expecting me because I didn’t inform her of my arrival,” even though I had paid for the entire stay five months in advance and I texted her the day before. She then moved me to a room in a different location that was significantly worse: no Wi-Fi, broken sinks, and a strong bad smell in the bathroom. Despite these obvious issues, she claimed it was an “upgrade” compared to the original room. Very unprofessional behavior. I would not recommend this host.

Diana (10/5): - Cora went above and beyond to ensure that I would be comfortable during my stay, and took the time to help me out with any questions I had. The place was very quiet and clean, and I was able to rest well there. The place is very well located, and is close to the main strip and supermarkets, and a short walk to the tram, from there it's just a short distance to the city center.

La amabilidad y atención de Cora la propietaria. También un buen ambiente familiar entre los demás compañeros de apartamento. Después de ser muy lindo y cómodo el apartamento. Sería mucho mejor si las habitaciones tuvieran un televisor. 👍
Mistery Shopping Group CB (10/5): - Entrar en la casa fue como entrar en un lugar de culto,( silencioso, respetuoso y muy colaborativo.). Estuve siete noches que me permitieron recuperar la energía para realizar mis actividades diarias . Acceso próximo al tranvía, a los supermercados, panaderías y cafeterías. Ojalá la próxima vez que vaya por esa zona esté libre para reservarlo. Quedarme tan poco tiempo 😂😂

Richard (10/5): Fabulous! - Lovely Room with a Balcony, Chair, Desk & Heating/Air Conditioning on a quiet street. The house is super stylish & newly renovated. Cora (The Owner) gives you all the instructions on how to enter & supermarkets, nearby transport (& much more) via WhatsApp. There is 3 Bathrooms in total & no problems using the facilities including kitchen, fridge, freezer, Coffee machine with capsules :) Murcia is a lovely City & very calm. I wish i could have stayed longer :) N/A..

Teresa (8/5): On the whole it was a wonderful stay. - A beautiful clean well equipped Guest House, only met the owner for 5mins before I left, a pleasant, warm lady. Everything was spotless clean, bathroom was so clean and had plenty of toiletries. Great location with food shopping in about 4 stores and several takeaway shops, tram was a minute's walk and a 10min journey into the city. Local brewery 2min walk for a tour. I personally found the bed hard. A mirror would be useful in the bedroom. I often heard other guests cooking and showering around 12 midnight so maybe a sign about not making too much noise after a certain time.
