The rooms are spacious, the appartment was very clean and the people who manage it were always kind when we contacted them. It has an indoor spacious parking which is very easy to enter/exit. I would definetely recommend the appartment! The only minor issue was that the bathtub pipe needed to be less blocked!

• tse (9/5): Πολύ άνετο, μεγάλο, καθαρό σπιτι, σε βολική τοποθεσία με δικο του παρκινγκ - Τα δύο μπάνια, και το στρώμα στο ένα δωμάτιο ηταν πολυ καλο. Το στρώμα στο ένα δωμάτιο δεν ηταν καθόλου άνετο, (βουλιαζε).

• Potten (8/5): Excellent appartment for business trips in the area - Got very clear written instructions, including a video The appartment had just one bathroom while the text on booking.com said two. For families this might not be a problem, when travelling with a collegue this is.
• PAGIATAKI (10/5): - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και ζέστανε πολύ γρήγορα με τα κλιματιστικά! Έλειπαν από τον εξοπλισμό της κουζίνας πετσέτες και από το μπάνιο ένα χαλάκι για τα νερά.

• GRIGORIS (8/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία σχεδόν δίπλα σε ηλεκτρικό για τις μετακινήσεις σάς!!! Το Mall είναι και αυτό δίπλα για ότι χρειαστείτε!!! Το πάρκινγκ που έχει το σπίτι πάρα πολύ βολικό (αν και λίγο βρώμικο κάτω - σκουπίδια)!!! Οι εξωτερικοί κοινόχρηστοι χώροι μέσα στην πολυκατοικία (σκάλες - διάδρομος) μύριζαν πολύ έντονα τσιγάρο συνέχεια... Έπρεπε να υπάρχει μια κρεμάστρα για να μπορείς να κρεμάς έστω τα μπουφάν σου όταν μπαίνεις μέσα στο σπίτι!!! Σε γενικές γραμμές όμως είναι μια πάρα πολύ καλή επιλογή και αξίζει...

• Marija (10/5): A wonderful place to stay in Athens! - The apartment is wonderful. It is spacious, very well furnished and clean. The location is great too. We really enjoyed our stay there. I highly recommend it!
• ANTONIOS (10/5): - Καταρχήν, δίνονται κατατοπιστικότατες οδηγίες και βίντεο για το κατάλυμα, όσον αφορά το πώς θα βρείς τα κλειδιά και το πώς θα πάς στον υπόγειο χώρο στάθμευσης. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε υπέροχη τοποθεσία στο Μαρούσι: ακριβώς δίπλα στον σταθμό του ηλεκτρικού "Νερατζιώτισσα", δίπλα στο εμπορικό κέντρο "The Mall" και απέχει δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Ολυμπιακό Αθλητικό Κέντρο! Κοινώς δεν χρησιμοποιήσαμε αυτοκίνητο! Το γεγονός ότι παρέχεται στους ενοίκους υπόγειος χώρος στάθμευσης εξυπηρετεί απόλυτα. Το σπίτι είναι πεντακάθαρο, με δύο υπνοδωμάτια με διπλά κρεβάτια στο καθένα, δύο μπάνια και είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο! Θα το ξαναπροτιμούσαμε.

• Sotirios (8/5): war O.K. - Die Lage ist befriedigend, aber nicht außergewöhnlich. Die Metro-Station ist in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, jedoch dauert die Fahrt ins Zentrum 30 Minuten. Egal, ob man ins Zentrum oder zum Appartement fährt, nach der Ankunft ist man durchgeschwitzt. Beim Appertmand wurden einige neue Dinge umgesetzt, während vieles nicht verändert wurde. Es wirkt, als hätte man mit etwas begonnen und dann in der Mitte abgebrochen. Die Wohnung bietet eine optimale Lage für den Besuch von Olympischen Orten sowie für das Einkaufszentrum. In der Gesamtheit war alles sauber, Je nachdem, was man vorhat, kann man das Apartment empfehlen. Die Küche könnte eine Überarbeitung gebrauchen; etwas mehr Intesielien würden sehr helfen, wie große Tassen Kaffee zum Beispiel.

Away from Athens center - some nice restaurants around and malls if that is necessary -clean and big enough for 4 persons - nothing much to say here, the appart was good for our purposes.
• loukia (8/5): Value for money for families. - Very clean apartment, with comfortable beds and very good location next to Athens mall and the railway. If I have to comment here, I will say the absence of a full length mirror in order to check your outfit. We had to use the mirror in the elevator.

• Ζερβοπουλος (5/5): - Το ένα κρεβάτι είναι πολύ άβολο, το στρώμα και γενικά το κρεβάτι δεν είναι καθόλου άνετο. Η πόρτα του σπιτιού κάποιο πρόβλημα έχει και δεν κλειδώνει εύκολα κολλάει το κλειδί. Επίσης θα μπορούσε να είναι και πιο καθαρό το σπίτι γενικά είχε και μια περίεργη μυρωδιά, όχι σε τραγικό βαθμό απλά θα μπορούσε να είναι και πιο καθαρό.

• LIOR (10/5): מעולה , אין צורך להמשיך לחפש 😊 - הכל היה מושלם, קיבלנו את הבית נקי ומסודר דירה גדולה עם סלון מרווח מרפסת גדולה ויפה אזור שקט מול הג'מבו וקרוב לחנויות וסופרים. הכל היה נקי ומסודר מקלחות מטבח המרפסות החדרים הכל היה מדהים היה שווה להתארח אפילו רצינו להאריך אך לא יצא לנו. ובנוסף היה חניה שאפילו לא השתמשנו בה כי היה מלא חניה מתחת לבית.

La propreté du logement et la literie confortable. Beaucoup de rangements. Ascenseur disponible et présence d’une machine nespresso. Une remarque sur les ustensiles de cuisine un peu léger si l’on veut cuisiner (planche à découper, poêle…) Pour améliorer le confort des voisins des tampons pourraient être ajoutés sous les chaises.

The only thing I would mention is that the shower hose did not have a vertical adjustment. Other than that everything perfect - rooms, kitchen, bathrooms clean and updated, AC working properly.

• Loukas (10/5): Excellent stay - all aspects - The apartment is located just a few feet from the metro station, and within walking distance from the mall. It has an underground garage for parking, with private parking space for the apartment guests. This was great for us. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host is extremely responsive, and took care of a couple of issues in a heartbeat, during the apex of the Christmas holidays. We will definitely be back, should our path brings us back to Athens and Marousi.

• Alesia (10/5): Spotless clean, well equipped and spacious apartment - Being a hospitality industry professional myself, I do pay attention to many details on my travels.Trust me when I say, that this apartment is spotless clean, very spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in Athens. Location was perfect for us, right next to a metro station, close to OAKA stadium, and just across road from a big shopping mall. Both city centre and the airport is about 30 min away by metro/train. The instructions received from the host on how to find the apartment and on check-in/check-out procedure were clear and easy to follow. I do strongly recommend this accommodation. Nothing not to like.
