Washing machine was a great plus (family travel). We haven’t used the terrace but it’s a great space for those staying at the property longer. Property was great but a bit overpriced, considering others within Sevilla and/or other parts of Andalusia.

• Erika (8/5): Spacious, Beautiful Well-located Apartment and Comfortable but Improvements Needed - * Space & Decor: The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and thoughtfully decorated. It feels very welcoming from the moment you arrive. * Comfort: The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable — perfect for resting after a long day out. * Kitchen: The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. * Location: The location is excellent — within walking distance of the main tourist attractions. The street is also relatively quiet, which makes for a pleasant stay. * Host: The host is responsive and quick to reply whenever needed, which makes communication easy. Bathroom: The bathroom is good overall, though the shower head needs a bit of attention for a better experience. Shower corners more detailed cleaning. It would also be helpful to have a holder for the toilet paper. Pest control: Coming from a warm climate, we understand insects can be common, with a good control you can keep them out most of the year, so better pest control would make a noticeable difference during our stay. Lack of reception or storage facility: If you are traveling with large luggage, it’s worth noting there is no reception or luggage storage after check-out. The nearest storage facility is about a 15-minute walk, which can be inconvenient. This may not be an issue for travelers with smaller bags, as is common in Europe. It was not our case travelling from Australia for more than a month which made our check out uncomfortable as our plane was at 6pm.

Gut gefallen hat mir das Küchen-Kit mit Schwamm, Spülmittel usw. Das ist wirklich Liebe zum Detail, und die Wohnung wirklich sehr charmant schön. Lage sensationell ! Eigentlich nichts, es ist vielleicht ein bisschen dunkel - dafür aber sehr gemütlich.

Jacuzzi inutilizável deveria ser retirado e o espaço utilizado, por exemplo com mais arrumação. Zona de dormir um pouco baixa, pessoas mais altas têm de andar abaixadas.

Il faut vraiment pousser la porte d entrée très fort pour rentrer dans l appartement et surtout quand nous sommes arrivés une très désagréable odeur d humidité nous avons été obligé d aéré l appartement pendant tout le séjour et d acheter des bougies parfumées .Il y a un SPA / jacuzzi qui ne sert à rien ... Pas d armoire fermée pour ranger les vêtements avec les relents d humidité tout les vêtements ont pris une mauvaise odeur .Si vous cuisiner ,Je met en garde du risque d incendie avec l'utilisation de la plaque chauffante de cuisson le tiroir à couvert qui se trouve dessous est trop prêt et sans protection coupe chaleur et nous avons noté une importante surchauffe ( je suis pompier ) .Sinon super emplacement literie très correct ,très bien équipé ,très propre confortable .

Es un antiguo local o almacén reformado, a pie de calle, lo que da la sensación de una cuevita acogedora para unos pocos días. Algo IMPORTANTE: la empresa envía un enlace para registrarse en el alojamiento y piden identificación biométrica. Quién valore algo su privacidad, debería negarse, no es necesario ese requisito legalmente, en absoluto.

Mais aussi son confort et la qualité du linge de lit et de toilette. Les kits d’arrivée. Rien ! C’est juste un peu sombre mais nous avons passé beaucoup de temps dehors donc cela ne nous a pas gêné. L'appartement est vraiment très sympa, décoré avec goûts. La propreté et les petites attentions ont été appréciées. La communication avec la conciergerie était aussi très bien orchestrée et claire. À savoir pour les personnes au sommeil léger, l'appartement étant vraiment central, on a noté quelques nuisances sonores nocturnes le week-end (uniquement le vendredi et samedi soir).

Silenziosissimo tranne per il calpestio degli ospiti del piano superiore ma ci sta essendo il soffitto con le travi e il pavimento in legno... comunque nulla di che! L'ingresso dal portone di accesso al nostro appartamento era invaso da un odore nauseabondo di fogna che però fortunatamente si ferma a la!

Responded within minutes whenever we contacted. No day lights. From the apartment, it was not possible to differentiate days from nights.

• Joann (10/5): Die Unterkunft ist der absolute Wahnsinn! - Diese Unterkunft ist mehr als exzellent! Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten im Zentrum von Sevilla. Sowohl die gesamte Kommunikation als auch der Check-in/ Check-out liefen absolut reibungslos. Für den Service geben wir wirklich eine 10/10. Der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Und der Whirpool ist natürlich die absolute Krönung - wir haben uns noch nie so wohl gefühlt! Außerdem war alles super sauber, die Betten sehr bequem (auch die Schlafcouch) und man kann sich einfach wie Zuhause fühlen.

• Amy (6/5): Nice looking and well appointed apartment, but beware incorrect and misleading details in listing. - The apartment is in a really nice location and visually looks lovely inside with modern fixtures and fittings, whilst retaining charming features of an old building. The instructions and messaging from Genteel Home was clear and prompt when we reached out to them. We liked the quiet location but still felt near to everything. The advert on booking.com is incorrect and misleading. The photo of the outside was not our building and there is no balcony as advertised, a key reason we chose this property. There is a tiny (not much more than metre squared) overlooked courtyard that the door does not open to so you can’t even access it. There is another equally small enclosed dark outdoor area with a tap that you can’t (and wouldn’t want to) go out to, because furniture blocks the doorway. The pictures don’t indicate that the apartment is ground floor and when we messaged a special request prior to staying to check this and advise that we didn’t wish to continue with the booking if it was ground floor, we were responded to saying the request was granted, even though this was not the case. The shower tray leaked terribly during the stay and the whole apartment smells very damp which was unpleasant. Due to the ground floor position, you have to keep all curtains closed and there is no ventilation. When we raised all the above with Genteel Home, they did not accept responsibility and said the incorrect information was booking.com’s fault and that all we could do was leave/be refunded.

• mark (10/5): Perfect in every way - The location was very important to us to see all the major sights and also perfect for bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment definitely had the wow factor along with a stylish interior, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and furniture. Powerful shower and hot. The staff supported us very well on WhatsApp whenever we needed either to organise a day trip or a question we had about the apartment. Check in was very straightforward and we felt considering we were in the heart of the city, the outside noise was at a minimum. Perfect place and hosts.

Es molt espaiós i disposa de tot els estris necessaris pel dia a dia (forn, forn microones, vitroceràmica, rentadora, rentavaixelles, nevera gran i tots els estris de cuina. Et deixen el sabó per la rentadora i pel rentavaixelles. El sofà llit una mica incòmode.

• Quilitz (10/5): - Das Apartment (obwohl nur ein Studio) ist sehr geräumig, loftartig geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet was man selbst für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Es ist im Hochsommer angenehm kühl, das Jacuzzi dient zusätzlich zur Erfrischung. Die Lage ist extrem zentral in der Altstadt, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders schön sind die abendlichen Spaziergänge am nahegelegenen Guadalquivir über die Brücke hinüber ins Ausgehviertel Triana. Auf Wunsch wird schon nach wenigen Tagen die Wäsche gewechselt und es gibt kleine Willkommenspäckchen mit Kaffee, Öl, Zucker&Salz sowie allem für die Spülmaschine. Der Service ist allgemein herausragend wie in einem Top-Hotel, was den geringen aber hörbaren Verkehr im Erdgeschoss an der kleinen Straße mehr als vergessen lässt. Wir hatten zudem noch das Glück, zum Angebotspreis buchen zu können. Das ist eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir bisher in Spanien hatten..wir kommen wieder!

• mdaguer (8/5): Great location, great value - The location was excellent, very central and convenient. The place was well-equipped, spotlessly clean, and had a really pleasant and attractive design. Access to the property was very straightforward, which made everything even easier. We had an issue with the air conditioning on the first day, which was resolved by the second day, but the place was quite hot during the summer and couldn’t be adjusted.

• Hedt (10/5): - Die Lage des Appartements ist sehr zentral, alles ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen. Moderne Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail, super sauber. Es gibt ein kleines Starter-Kit mit Kaffe, Tee, Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, Olivenöl und Essig, eine Flasche Wasser und ein kleines Küchenset mit Spüli, Lappen etc.. Check-In und Kontakt waren perfekt. Es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Preis-Leistung absolut in Ordnung.

• Zheng (10/5): Exceptional - The host is warm and the password was sent before we arrive. The location is good but still in a quiet place. The salt, sugar, edible oil, coffee capsule were provided.

Place was nicely furnished and comfortable Room was very hot and air conditioning did not seem to be working properly. Some neighbours were smoking and because we had to have windows open there was a strong smell of smoke.

• June (10/5): We had a very enjoyable stay and the apartment was very comfortable and in a great central location. - The property was very comfortable and in a perfect central location. And the roof terrace was a great bonus! Nothing.

• Paul (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! - Great location and great access to parking. The unit was clean and appeared to have been recently renovated with a very bright and inviting ambiance. Living room chairs were very uncomfortable.
• Roberto (5/5): Problematic management - Several problems with this apt, but what bothered me most was that on the Booking site it said that the place provided toiletries and most people would understand from it that there will be soap shampoo and toilet paper for the whole stay. However, the management of this place thought 2 tiny bottles of shower gel and shampoo is enough for 3 people in 7 days. After discussions they said that they would bring more when they come to clean, but at a time that didn't fit us. And when I asked to skip the cleaning and just bring the missing toiletries they said for this they would charge extra. At this stage I decided it was not worth to argue with them and spoil my vacation, but since at times you need the owner to show minimal flexibility and they were clearly not willing to do that, I really can't recommend this place
• Upama (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was very clean and spacious. There is very little natural light in the apartment.
• Miller (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, close to the main sights and many restaurants and shops. Everything needed was provided in the apartment, which was characterful and comfortable. Quite noisy from neighbours above, we could hear them moving around and it sounded very loud! I think there is very little insulation between the floors, but it's a lovely old building so to be expected I guess. Luckily they were quiet during most of the nights we were there.
• Radu (10/5): Nice stay in Seville - This apartment was ideally located near the city center and within easy reach of major attractions. We were spoiled for choice with the abundance of restaurants and cafes in the area. The apartment itself was impeccably clean, and we appreciated the added bonus of a cleaning service during our stay. Communication with the property management was excellent, facilitated seamlessly through WhatsApp. The keyless entry system was incredibly convenient. Inside, the apartment was warm, cozy, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Could include some slippers as an option. Some small pieces of painting was dropping from the wooden ceiling.
