• Gaia Eufemia Francesca (6/5): Appartamento pulito, ma… - La struttura ha una posizione eccellente, a 10 minuti a piedi dall’acropoli. Appena si esce dal portone si può ammirare il partenone. Il proprietario di casa, seppur non rispondesse in maniera tempestiva, e non lo abbiamo mai incontrato, è stato gentile e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli nell’appartamento anche oltre il check-out. Purtroppo la struttura è parzialmente seminterrata e le rifiniture sono di bassa qualità, addirittura c’erano alcune prese elettriche attaccate con lo scotch, i comodini rovinati e nessun benvenuto minimo come l’acqua in frigorifero. Il bagno non è piccolo, per cui sarebbe semplice poter montare qualche mensola per riporre la propria roba, infatti il lavandino è minuscolo e non ha spazio per poggiare nulla. In più ci sono stati forniti due asciugamani, ma nessun tappetino per il bagno e facendo la doccia si disperde acqua ovunque.

Very close to the acropolis area and a quick 15 min walk to the central plaka area. Host is very accommodating and gave great recommendations with regards to food and activities around the area. Would stay here again N/A

The host was very kind / helpful and responsive and helped us by suggesting places to go. The apartment was a short walking distance to the Acropolis/bars and restaurants, thus an amazing location. We will definitely be back next time we are in Athens. Everything was perfect

• Heinrich (7/5): Prima Lage bezüglich aller Attraktionen rund um die Akropolis. - Stilvolle und bequeme Ausstattung. Das Apartment befindet sich zu dreiviertel in der Erde, so dass ich in Augenhöhe die Straße befindet und kein Blick zu einer Attraktion.
• Varyti (10/5): - Θα βάλω 10 σε αυτό το κατάλυμα . Ταξιδεύω συχνά και ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν ίσως ο πιο φιλόξενος και εξυπηρετικός που έχω συναντήσει . Προσπαθησε και με άφησε να κάνω νωρίτερα check in καθώς είχα μια σημαντική δουλειά , ήταν ευγενέστατος στο τηλ και απαντούσε αμέσως. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ένα λεπτό από το ωδείο , δύο από το μουσείο , 5 από την ακρόπολη , το ιδανικό μέρος αν θες να επισκεφτείς τα μνημεία. Ηταν το πρώτο κατάλυμα που είχε μέσα προϊόντα περιποίησης ,μασιά μαλλιών (εκτός από το πιστολάκι) , και καθώς ήταν μια βροχερή ημέρα οι γυναίκες θα με καταλάβουν. Θα επιστρέψω οπωσδήποτε. 1000 ευχαριστώ για όλα! Το διαμέρισμα είναι ημιυπόγειο αλλά δεν ένιωσα καθόλου στενάχωρα καθώς έχει πολλά παράθυρα και είναι πολύ φωτεινό.Το μόνο αρνητικό που αν έπρεπε να βρω θα ήταν να υπάρχει ένα μικρό μπουκαλάκι νερό στην άφιξη . Κάτι ασήμαντο και δεν κοστίζει σχεδόν τίποτα, αλλά το θεωρώ πολύ εξυπηρετικό καθώς δίνει χρόνο στους επισκέπτες να πάρουν μια ανάσα πριν ξαναβγούν έξω να αγοράσουν τα απαραίτητα . Αλλά δεν είναι τίποτα μπροστά σε όλες τις παροχές . Ευχαριστώ και πάλι

The walls are thin and we had a hard time getting good rest at night because we could hear everything from the other tenants to people outside. There was no floor mats inside so there was water everywhere after we showered. We had to use one of the bath towels for the floor.

I stayed for four nights in September and couldn’t have asked for a better home base. The location is perfect — just steps away from the old town and the Acropolis — which made exploring Athens so easy, especially as a first-time visitor. The apartment itself is spotless, thoughtfully designed, and feels like a real home rather than a temporary holiday rental. It’s well equipped, comfortable, and the kind of place you could happily settle into for longer than a few days. After busy days sightseeing, it was the ideal place to come back to and relax. Would have loved a washing machine, but that is truly a minor detail.

• Marek (7/5): - Lokalizacja i wielkość apartamentu naprawdę dobre. Czysto i schludnie. Musieliśmy czekać godzinę przed apartamentem bez kontaktu ze strony obsługi. Dopiero po interwencji bookingu przesłano nam kod do odbioru klucza. Rozmawialiśmy z inną para, która miała ten sam problem. Jest tv, ale bez możliwości odpalenia Netflixa, tv zbyt stary (warto pomyśleć o kupieniu kabli hdmi/hdmi oraz hdmi/usb-c). Rzadko oglądamy tv, ale tym razem akurat mieliśmy ochotę przed snem. Jest ekspres do kawy, ale bez kapsułek do kawy. To nie problem, ale miło by było, jakby chociaż 2 na powitanie były dla gości. Generalnie naprawdę fajny apartament, ale kontakt z obsługą/wlascicielem i jakość przygotowania apartamentu mogłaby być lepsza.

• Valentina (7/5): Good location and value - Perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The host was really kind and helpful with our luggage and made us feel welcome. The apartment had all we needed, and the location is ideal for exploring the Acropolis on foot. Just a heads-up: getting there with heavy suitcases can be a little challenging if you're walking. I found it a bit less premium than it appeared in the photos. It’s located one level below street level, which I hadn’t realized, and it felt quite humid and a little musty, with an overall “old apartment” vibe. The bathroom was okay, but both the main room and bathroom could use a refresh in terms of decor. Overall, fair for the price we paid.

Hot water is not automatically on, you have to think to turn it on.. and people play music upstairs during the weekend .otherwise it was ok

Owners were great communicators- apartment was spacious, great aircon to cope with heat. Thank you for the cold water in the fridge. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Great restaurants close by. We would stay again

It's close to everything you'd want to see in Athens. 5 minutes walk to the Acropolis. 5-10 minutes to the museum. Exploring the older neighborhoods is a breeze from the apartment. It's got plenty of space, was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was parking. It's street parking and we managed to get lucky one night as there was a concert going on at one of the ancient theatres. There is pay parking nearby.

It was very clean and the hosts very attentive. Nothing to complain about. I was a bit afraid of it being 'a cave' and yes, it's partially underground, but there is still plenty of light!

Quiet and felt safe around the neighbourhood, restaurants, cafes, takeaways and local mini shops all within walking distance. When I came back in the late afternoon, someone in the same apartment block was playing the piano and that was excellent first class music, which I very much enjoyed. I thought that was one of the best experiences at this lodging. Unfortunately to me, the piano play only lasted 5 minutes after my arrival but I really thought that was a bonus. Fridge smelled like fish. TV controller didn’t work - no battery? In the morning, there seemed no hot water coming, so I couldn’t take a shower. I couldn’t figure out how to use the coffee machine.
