- Robert (7/5): A very pleasant break in a very attractive town and, apart from a few wrinkles, the house was great. - The location was very good. The house and its furnishings were most attractive but, being a little "picky", a bit impracticable - not everyone likes toilets which have no doors and can be viewed through a glass wall or floor! The guidebook was good but waxed lyrical about the aesthetics and omitted quite a bit of practical advice e.g. what do you do with rubbish! There were a few facilities which didn't work i.e. bulbs had gone, the spa bath didn't work, the cooker hood was lethal to anyone tall, there were spare pillows and duvets but no covers, and the towels were a little old and thin. We were asked not to use the dishwasher as it was temperamental.
