• Ilaria (10/5): - Struttura molto comoda pulita e piacevole. Zona semicentrale molto ben servita da metro e supermercati( sotto casa ce ne sono due) . Vicino c’è un parco molto carino dove far giocare i bimbi. Poco distante c’è il quartiere Triana ( bellissimo e caratteristico) Sconsiglio la casa a chi a problemi di mobilità per via delle scale. Terzo piano senza ascensore. Ma il proprietario lo ribadisce più volte in fase di prenotazione. Quindi le informazioni fornite sono chiare e dettagliate.

• Krzysztof (9/5): - Apartament w świetnej lokalizacji: blisko stacji metra i parkingu podziemnego gdzie można zostawić auto. Na piechotę do Katedry ok 20 min. Idealne na zwiedzanie Sewilli. Apartament jest na 3 piętrze, bez windy, dosyć wąska klatka schodowa, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało bo podróżowaliśmy tylko z plecakami.

Strada rumorosa di notte. Alcune cose dentro casa necessitano di manutenzione. Sarebbe apprezzata, inoltre, qualche accortezza in più in cucina (ad esempio, tovaglioli o scottex).
• Alicja Maria (8/5): Całkiem dobry ncoleg - Nocleg niedaleko centrum miasta. Można za darmo zaparkować na pobocznych ulicach, ale trzeba trochę pokrążyć. W sypialni było pełno mrówek co było niekomfortowe. W łazience był grzyb na suficie, ale nie był to duży problem.

• Roberta (9/5): Great apartment that catered to our needs, Very clean, comfortable beds and facilities. - Clean, organised and lovely place with loads of space and comfortable beds. Great location near the metro, with little food shops and a pharmacy nearby as well access to a lovely park. I would have liked some more equipment for the kitchen perhaps, a towel for dishes for example and some more soap/shower gel/shampoo for the bathroom. An extra cover for the bed too as it felt cold one night.

El apartamento tiene signos de deterioro en puertas, sofá, cortinas. Tardaron casi 2 semanas en enviarme la factura que solicité por la estancia.

• JUAN DE DIOS (7/5): Bien pero mejorable - Los caseros muy amables y nos solucionaron algún problemilla rápido. Ubicación cerca del metro, muchos servicios, barrio tranquilo. La luz no se podía apagar porque no tenía pilas, el soporte del papel higiénico estaba roto, algún foc fundido, hormigas por el baño y la cocina, mucha luz en las habitacion pequeña, algunas cosas podrían estas más limpias.
• Evita (8/5): Patīkama uzturēšanās - Ļoti mājīgs un komfortabls dzīvoklis. Tajā bija viss nepieciešamais komfortablai palikšanai. Komunikācija ar saimnieku ļoti pozitīva un ātra. Tuvu centram. Auto novietošanas iespējas - tuvākajā apkārtnē tas nebija iespējams.

• Molina Sola (7/5): Apartamento correcto, a unos 15 minutos andando de buenos sitios de tapas - Está a unos 15 minutos andando del puente para cruzar al centro y de zona tapeo y ambiente Estuvimos casi una hora para recoger las llaves porque el código que nos mandó Booking no era y el anfitrión no contestó al teléfono ni a los WhatsApp en esa hora . El único aseo que tenía el apartamento no tenía tapa del wáter ni la taza, solo el wáter con la parte de abajo , la anfitriona nos dijo que la tenía en su casa esperando a que se la pusieran pronto, algo no demasiado lógico que entreguen el único wáter de la casa así

• Teresa (1/5): - Cogimos la casa porque estaba en buena zona y tantos por las fotos como por los comentarios parecía tener buena pinta. El piso está en un 3° sin ascensor (cosa que si sabíamos) pero las escaleras eran muy estrechas y sucias. Una vez llegamos a la casa, quedamos sorprendidos con la falta de limpieza. Por no decir que es casi inexistente: las paredes están sucias como si no se hubieran limpiando en años, asi como las puertas o muebles blancos, donde era evidente la falta de pulcritud. El sofá cama, bueno, mejor dejar evidencias para que juzguen por ustedes mismos. En resumen, una estancia PÉSIMA Y DESAGRADABLE. Sin duda, ni repetiría ni se lo recomendaría a ningún amigo o persona que aprecie. PD: No entiendo los comentarios positivos sobre limpieza, o hemos estados alojados en dos casas diferentes, o son falsos.
• Marc (10/5): - Charming little flat with two comfortable bedrooms, two balconies, and a very nice living room. Based in a calmer area, you still only need 20 minutes (by foot or by metro/bus) to get into the center of Sevilla. All in all, it was amazing for our stay in Sevilla and we would definitely come back! Somehow the toilet was missing a toilet seat. We assume that it had only broken right before and they were not able to replace it on time. For us and for only two nights, it was okay, but I hope the host replaced it immediately after us. Also, there were a few very small ants walking around the bathroom. As these were really only a few, we did not mind them that much either.

• Tania María (9/5): Finde en Sevilla - Apartamento limpio y cómodo, de fácil acceso y con sitio para poder aparcar bien En la nevera había una jarra de agua que se agradeció por el calor que hacía Hay de todo en el apartamento para pasar una estancia agradable Por poner algo a lo mejor un espejo más no vendría mal ( a la hora de arreglarnos todos a la vez es complicado) pero todo estaba genial

• Mirijana (5/5): Passable - The bed where we slept was comfortable( the pillows on the other hand were not), there is a nice small balcony that looks cute, bathroom OK, pretty new. We were able to check in earlier which was really nice from them and accommodating. I also liked that there are two bedrooms. It's not as clean as I would like, it was obviously cleaned really fast, dirty, and dusty at places. Found 2 kids toys under the bed where the kids slept ( with lots of dust). You can tell that the apartment is fairly renewed, but with no proper care and bad cleaning. Good thing we only slept there, because there is very little utensils, the hob is cracked. The freezer made us laugh, it probably hasn't been cleaned ever. I don't know maybe the standards are lower for cleanliness than what we are used to, but it definitely isn't a clean apartment and it definitely doesn't deserve the rating it has ( that was the main reason I made the reservation there). The washing machine rusty, not a good look. Overall I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back.
• Nikola (9/5): Good stay - Clean, well equiped apartment on great location. Good and big parking near Parque de los Principes at a distance of 500m. Only one thing that was not perfect, it was a litlle bit cold in the apartment, althougt there are ACs.
• Davide (7/5): Good - Flat completely renovated and with all what you need. 10 minutes walk distance to the heart of Seville. Night street noise and thin building walls don't make the sleep easy.

It is the 3rd floor apartment with NO elevator. (For Americans that’s the 4th floor.) They list laundry 🧺, but it’s used to dry things from previous renter…really not available. They were going to lock laundry room, but left it open, but really not usable.
• Ovidiu (10/5): Exceptional - location is right in the middle of Sevilla, 15m walk to Plaza de Espana, electric scooters nearby. If you come during the weekend you might even get a free parking place in front of the building.

• Aleksandra (7/5): Specious, central and dirty - The apartment was spacious with a great layout and a nice terrace and its location was fairly central. Unfortunately everything else was pretty disappointing and I simply do not understand how it got the scores it did so far. The ac wasn't working properly (we had a child monitor so we could easily check the real temperature vs the one that was supposedly chosen), we only got 1 (one) kitchen towel?!, half of the pans and pots didn't work on the induction stove as they were not meant to be used on one in the first place. The floors of all the rooms were dirty and full of dust piles (there was even a used cigarette under one bed - the one our child was supposed to sleep in), all the lamps and shower heads were extremely dirty and dusty, there was even mold on the walls of the bathroom. I wish at least there was a vacuum cleaner at our disposal, since the overall policy seemed to be "if you want it clean, clean it yourselves." I'm extremely disappointed and would never come here again nor would I recommend the apartment to anyone. The only upside was the mentioned location and spaciousness, as well as the very friendly next door neighbors (people within the building were all really nice)! Unfortunately, the building does get quite loud at times and the neighborhood as well...not a deal breaker however, just wanted to be transparent about this as well. To the owners - please take the level of cleanliness of your apartment seriously and think about what you're advertising vs what reality is!!! It's a real shame because with just a bit of thoughtfulness this could be a perfect residence for anyone wanting to enjoy Sevilla. Great potential!

• Wendy (8/5): good,reasonable,easily accessed apartment,clean and comfortable, quiet off main roads - The location was fairly central but quiet. lots of shops cafes and restaurants nearby. Our quiet street had nice little cafes a few doors away.they had provided some choices of tea which was nice. There were two balconies with tables and chairs. it was a cosy apartment. I would choose it again. Settee could have been more comfortable for a short person like me. Maybe add a single lounge chair. especially if hosting four people.
