• Tinicky (10/5): Repetiría sin duda - José Manuel super atento, un encanto El apartamento esta súper reformado, práctico, con aires y calefacción. Súper cuidado Ambiente tranquilo, vecinos maravillosos El baño es muy pequeñito para 3 habitaciones El sofá necesita un cambio también y las sillas para sentarse son un pelin incomodas

• joaquin (10/5): Estupenda opcion para visitar Sevilla sintiendote como en casa, nuevo, limpio y bien situado - El apartamento es espectacular, todo nuevo, limpio y comodísimo, muy bien decorado y funcional, particularmente la zona Cocina-salon, con una isla super práctica. Está situado muy cerquita de la estación de Santa Justa y bien comunicado con el resto de la ciudad para poder visitar Sevilla con comodidad, Está ademas ubicado en un barrio popular, tranquilo y seguro, con bastante comercio. Especialmente reseñable la amabilidad y colaboración por parte del propietario para hacer que todo sea perfecto, aunque no es culpa del apartamento ni del propietario, no siempre es sencillo encontrar aparcamiento en las cercanías aunque en todo caso hay y parking publico no muy lejos (José Laquillo)
• Gabriela (10/5): Excelente estancia en Sevilla - El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene 3 habitaciones, 2 con cama grande, todas MUY cómodas. La ropa de cama y de baño en excelente estado. Ventanas en todas las estancias, incluido el baño con circulación cruzada. El salón con un sofá y dos sillas muy cómodas. Y la cocina un sueño! Está a pocas calles de la estación de tren, con supermercados cerca. Lo mejor: la disposición y el acompañamiento de Juan Manuel! respondiendo los mensajes en minutos y con toda la disposición para resolver cualquier consulta. En verdad, fue una estancia maravillosa. No hubo nada que no me haya gustado.

• Marcin (10/5): A huge apartment, not too far from the old town with many great and cheap tapas bars nearby - Location out of the old town is an advantage - not so crowdy and noisy. Additionally the apartment is just a few minutes from the main train station. Also many very good, cheap tapas bars nearby Very friendly host Just a note: if 20-30 minutes long walk is too much for you, you can complain. It is not in a strict centre. But in my opinion it is an advantage
• Brian (8/5): Very good - Comfortable unit for a few nights in Seville in a neighborhood away from the tourist areas (i.e. more authentic). Location was a bit far from the major attractions in Seville. Not as well furnished as other similar properties we stayed at in other cities -- i.e. no paper towels. Bathroom sink drain was broken and drained slowly.
• Aleksei (7/5): A good place for companies or families with children. - Convenient code entry - no keys needed, no need to meet anyone at the entrance. Plenty of space: three full bedrooms. A good kitchen, which has everything you need. There is even detergent for washing wachine and dishwasher tablets. Comfortable beds. Not the best location: it's a 15-20-minute walk to the city center. It's difficult to park in the courtyard: everything is filled with residents' cars, people block each other with a second row, and it's customary to push cars aside to leave. If you have a new car, be careful! There are ants in the apartment - it is better not to leave any food on open surfaces.
• Olivares (10/5): Our stay was excellent, we hope next time in Seville to come back to this apartment. - The property was super comfortable, modern and practically decorated the kitchen is fully equipped, it is close to the main attractions in town , making our staying excellent . It is highly recommended. The host was exceptional and easy to comunícate with. Everything in this apartment was perfect .

• Gail (8/5): This was a comfortable, fully equipped and spacious apartment which catered for all our needs. - Clean and comfortable. We were in a good location because we wanted to be near the train station and it was perfect. We had about a 30 -40 minute walk to main attractions which we didn’t mind as the weather was mild and not too hot. Slow draining of the shower. We alerted the owner.
