• Xirinxina (9/5): Perfecte apartament per passar uns dies a Viena - Està molt ben comunicat amb tramvia i metro, en 20-30 minuts estàs a qualsevol lloc del centre. L'apartament està perfectament condicionat, té quasi de tot! I la propietària molt agradable i simpàtica. Excel·lent! L'escala és vella i et confon. Afegiria un microones.

• Gero (7/5): Der Aufenthalt in Wien war gut, mit den Verhältnissen im Haus muss man sich arrangieren. - Lage Nähe Bahnhof gut. Verkehrsanbindung/ Tram gut Sauberkeit bei Bezug mangelhaft, wurde von Vermieterin verbessert. Wohnumgebung / Hausflur sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig.
• ursula (10/5): wir können die unterkunft nur empfehlen! - der aufenthalt in der wohnung war enorm entspannend. als sehr angenehm haben wir es empfunden, dass es einen separaten schlafraum gibt. der wohnraum mit küchenzeile und kleinem essplatz hat eine gute größe. die lage ist perfekt: öffentliche verkehrsmittel, geschäfte aller art, gastronomie, der kutschkermarkt in nächster nähe und dennoch ist es in der wohnung total ruhig. die gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und antwortet immer sehr rasch. wir waren 14 tage hier und waren rundum zufrieden! wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

• Raul Carlos (8/5): Our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, great value for money :) - The apartment has been completely renovated — everything is new, modern, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the host thoughtfully provided complimentary coffee and tea. Fresh flowers were placed in the apartment, which added a lovely touch. We were also provided with towels, complimentary shower gels, and a small treat of local Viennese candy, which we truly appreciated. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, and we had excellent nights of sleep. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very safe, even when walking around at night. The building itself is older and could benefit from some additional maintenance. There was an occasional unpleasant smell coming from the pipes, so we kept the bathroom door closed to avoid it spreading into the apartment — not a major issue, but worth noting. The bathroom is relatively small compared to the rest of the apartment, though this did not bother us. The staircase lighting could be improved, and since there is no elevator, carrying heavy luggage or using the stairs might be a bit challenging for some guests, particularly older travelers.
• Monika (9/5): - Was für eine schöne Ferienwohnung! Meine 14jährige Tochter und ich haben uns total wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super! Alles, was man braucht, ist quasi ums Eck - Trambahn, U-Bahn, Bäckereien, Supermarkt, Restaurants, überhaupt viele Geschäfte und der süße Kutschkermarkt und die Volksoper (da waren wir zweimal). Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet, es ist echt alles da, was man braucht. Das Schlafzimmer geht zum ruhigen Innenhof raus. Wir können die Ferienwohnung wirklich empfehlen und kommen selber auch gerne wieder. :-)

• Laura (7/5): perfect for 2 persons, good value for money - The location is semi-central, well connected to the city center with subway and trams. The appartment looks like in the photos, everything was in place. There are grocery stores at 3 minutes walk and also a very good pizza restaurant at the ground floor, opened every day till 10:00 pm. The appartment is perfect for 2 persons. The bedroom has a very comfortable double bed. The 3rd bed is not a bed, not even a couch, it's something hard to be named. It was not proper to sleep on, not even for a small child! I expected a couch, not very comfortable because a couch remains a couch, but we received something really unconfortable. Even the 3rd pillow was very poor. The coffee machine didn't work, we couldn't place the capsule in it. We even looked for online instructions, we found, but simply the lid didn't open. I wrote to the host but she asked me for a video ... Also the host is replying in German. I understand some German but still, I was expecting English. Overall, I would recommend to be "sold" for 2 persons, or to provide a better sleep support for the 3rd person.

• karoline (9/5): Super schön, wir kommen wieder 👍 - Die Lage ist hervorragend, die Anbindung an die U6 & die Straßenbahn perfekt! Das Doppelbett ist sehr bequem, die Ausstattung top. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Rund um die Unterkunft ist alles Vorhanden - Läden/ viele feine Restaurants und Take away Möglichkeiten. Das „Zustellbett bzw. die Ausziehcouch“ leider unbequem und hart. Da aber alles andere so schön und passend war, möchten wir darüber nicht negativ urteilen!

Great location and excellent contact with the host Tanja, who takes care of this place, which is visible to the naked eye! Highly recommended!

• Visnja (10/5): Excelent apartment - Apartment is very clean, cosy and well equiped with everything you may need! Host is extremly nice, helpful and easy to comunicate. Supermarket is across the street, and there are a couple of restaurants and fast food stands in close vicinity. Number of public transport lines, including subway, are just a few minutes away. Great location but very quiet and peacefull. Overall very satisfied, highly recommend! Everything was excelent!

A nice surprise at the beginning - a welcome package (especially important when the stores are already closed). District silent, good location 3,4 min on walk to public transport.
