Busquen otro, seguro hay mil mejores - La ubicación Llevo un mes viajando por Europa y es el único hospedaje que te exige depósito de 300 euros ( osea prepárate para pagar más que en cualquier lado) Me dieron un departamento sin cucharas (parece una pavada pero para lo que cobran deberían entregarlo equipado correctamente). Las reclame y en tres días de estadía dijeron que iban a pasar y nunca pasaron. Esto se traduce a no hay soporte por parte de nadie en este alojamiento, te toman el pelo. Al llegar me cobraron también la tasa turística de BCN que decía 77 y en el momento el muchacho dijo esto está mal son 114. TE ROBAN y ni un papel te dan de que están pagando esa supuesta tasa… Te exigen sacar la basura y la vajilla no importa si te vas de madrugada sino te multan y te sacan del depósito.. ah pero te cobran 100 euros de limpieza por check out… si dejo todo hecho que le tocará a ellos no?

• Martina (8/5): Entspannter Urlaub - Zentral gelegen - es gab eine Aufzug , was super war. Geschäfte waren direkt in der Nähe- die Sagrada de familia war fünf Minuten entfernt . Am Anfang war es noch nicht fertig- obwohl es schon 15.30 Uhr war - es war kein Spülmaterial da , wurde aber sofort gebracht ….. Spülmaschine war defekt

• Marina (8/5): Amazing location. Great place for up to 4 people. - It is quite a big flat, with three double rooms. Only one bathroom though so if the flat is full of people, that might be a challenge. The rooms were good but if you leave the window open, you hear a lot of building noise (voices, doors etc..). Probably a little pricey for 2 people, but with more people it can be cost effective. Host leaves some little things in the kitchen but for the price, I think having some water and/paper towel could change perception significantly.

• Heather (7/5): - Three good location and building. Quiet I rent an apartment, not a hotel, for the ability of the family to cook in. Kitchen was missing many basics, like frying pan but no utensil. no soap for washing dishes, hand soap was in individual packages instead of dispenser, welcome pack was like hotel, tons of wasted plastic, instant coffee instead of pods for the machine, single serving salt instead of a home with some oils or spices in the cabinet. Only provided “welcome” toilet paper instead enough for our visit. Tiny bathroom smelled like urine the whole visit.

• Yusuf (10/5): Great location, clean place - Location is amazing! Just a few minutes walk away from Sagrada Familia, and lots of public transportation and restaurants in the area. I was a clean and properly furnished unit. Nothing more or less than you may need. The bathroom shower needs some touch but nothing major.
• Kristina (8/5): Good Stay, but Check-In Could Be Smoother - + Great location, 5 min walk to Sagrada Familia. + Spacious, with 3 separate bedrooms. + Well-equipped kitchen with all essentials. - Check-in process was confusing: contacted multiple times (Booking, email, WhatsApp) with the same question about arrival time, even after filling out the online form. - On arrival, we had to contact the host again and still waited 15 minutes outside; also paid €40 for late check-in at 10 PM, which felt unfair given the wait. - WiFi stopped working every evening, so we had to rely on mobile data. - Elevator wasn’t working during check-out — apartment is on the 4th floor, so we had to carry luggage down the stairs. Still, overall a positive stay — just hope the check-in process improves next time.

A few more products left at apartment would have been good., washing powder and more than one dishwasher capsule. Information on travel and places nearby would be good. These are only suggestions, place was great as is.
• Yihan (5/5): fair。location great - once you make an appointment， you will receive 安expensive travel tax notice as well as a notuce for late come The bed sheets were not cleaned properly, and there were some unknown liquid stains on them, which made me feel disgusted. The room near the toilet had a strong smell and poor ventilation. Other rooms also had unpleasant odours.
• Puja (7/5): Good - Great location very close to the Sagrada Familia with good transport links. Spacious and clean apartment. Lots of storage space, plenty of towels and useful drying rack. Noisy on the road side of the apartment. A few items missing from the kitchen. The bathroom is quite small and could do with being updated. The holder for the shower head was not very secure.
• Rania (8/5): Very good - Sergio was very helpful and friendly, giving us a very smooth check in, even recommending good restaurants for lunch. Location was close to the Sagrada Familia with easy metro access and lots of restaurants around. Apartment was spotless and comfortable. Cleaners arrived at 10 30 when we were getting ready to check out by 11. Rushed to finish our packing so they could come in. Otherwise no complaints.
• Mohy (7/5): Good - The location is perfect There is No AC inside the bedrooms , we visited Barcelona in summer and it was really hot , so this made the stay uncomfortable. Even if the location is perfect and the flat was clean , we will never think to stay in this flat during our next visit to Barcelona.

• Peculiaralecsa (9/5): Superb - Fully functional, good A/C. The beds were comfy. The apartment was close to the metro station and the Sagrada Familia. I wish there could have been a small locker to get the keys when we arrived. It was OK because I communicated with the host beforehand and we agreed on a time.

• Melanie (8/5): Very good - Very close to La Sagrada Familia. Lots of outside eating places on nearby streets. The apartment was on the corner of quite a busy road. It is up on the 4th floor (there is a lift), so not too much traffic noise. Air conditioning was only in the sitting and dining area, so bedrooms were a little warm. All the bedrooms have fans, so those kept us cool at night.

• Oleksiy (8/5): In general it was great but quite expensive:) - Several minutes away from Sagrada Familia. Has three detached bedrooms. A lot of kitchen appliances and cutlery. Checkin costs 40EUR after 8PM. There is a space in the middle of the apartment. Not sure how this is called architecturally, but you have windows not only to outside :) So from the internal windows you can easily hear the neighbours from the other flors. And the noise from the neighbours is actually stronger than from the street. So at least in one bedroom be prepared that you will hear your neighbours cooking something and so on.
