ECCOS (8/5): If you want to experience authentic atmosphere of Rome this is a great apartment in Testaccio - If you want to experience authentic atmosphere of Rome this is a great apartment: beds for 5 people, suitable bathroom, small + equipped kitchen. And when you step out of the door in this quarter called Testaccia: lively neighbourhood restaurants + cafés. 30 min walk to colosseum + circus maximus along the river. Great support when we needed something. If back in Rome we would book this place again. n.a.

Sanja (9/5): Great value for money! - The location is great! The host is very nice, responded in time and gave us detailed instructions. The apartment is clean and easily accessible. Very nicely equipped.
Akos (4/5): nice host, great location, uncomfortable beds, very loud upstairs neighbors that wake you up at 6:45 - check in process and communication with host was smooth; excellent location; well connected with rest of city; useful basic amenties (kitchen, washing machine); good air conditioning sufficient for main bedroom, not for rest of flat. old apartment; shower water alternating between hot and cold; really uncomfortable beds; the second room is impracticably uncomfortable (almost comically so); every single morning at 6:45am there is someone running up and down in the flat upstairs which you hear loudly. Some of these are easily resolvable like the comfort of the bed, but I lived in Rome for 10 years and have little hope that it will actually happen.

Thomas (7/5): Good - I liked the location, washing machine, kitchen. The mattresses need upgrading. They are not comfortable at all. The bed sheets are rough. When we arrived, the AC was turned off....The apartment was very warm. The host should leave the AC on , especially on the day of arrival. We thought it was broken.
Alfred (7/5): Good - Location was good. Close to transport, restaurants, and grocery stores. Air con in the bedroom and wifi worked well. A bottle of sparkling wine was left in the fridge. Don’t know if it was a previous guest or property that left it. Lively yet quiet neighborhood. Generally, a good stay. After numerous failed attempts to operate the stove, I had to research online. It requires a particular kind of pan. The cupboard was full of pans, however most of them don’t work. The couple that did were small. Instructions or removal of the pans that don’t work would be helpful. Automated communication with check in instructions and keyless entry were good. Otherwise, other communication with the property could have been better. Had to wait days to hear back.
