• Enrique (9/5): Buen apartamento cerca de Dubrovnik en el lado bosnio - Es una villa que tiene varios apartamentos. Son nuevos, están limpios y dispone de todo lo necesaio, salvo lavadora. Lo gestionan una madre y su hija. La hija es como una guía turística, te da unas indicaciones y recomendaciones muy interesantes. La piscina un puntazo, se puede usar hasta las 22:00h. Viene de cine después de un día de turisteo. Dubrovnik se encuentra a pocos km. La dueña nos había avisado desde el principio que se encuentra al lado de la frontera de Bosnia, pero pasar dos controles de frontera cada vez es un poco tedioso. Además solo escanean los carnets. El tercer día el policía ya incluso bromeaba y nos soltaba algunas frases en español. En nuestra época, finales de agosto, el paso puede durar entre 15-30min, pero no me quiero imaginar en temporada alta. El precio y ka casa son muy interesantes y lo más parecido que encontramos en Croacia estaba a unos 35-40 min de Dubrovnik , por tanto lo que pierdes en la frontera lo ganas por cercanía si vas en nuestra misma temporada. Por otra parte el pueblo, Ivanica, no tiene nada, son casas nuevas de gente que trabaja al otro lado, pero no tiene servicios, ni está urbanizada completamente. Lo más cercano en el lado bosnio es Trevinje, que es una ciudad de tamaño medio y con buena pinta.

Inclús al labavo hi havia estris d’higiene femenina cosa que trobo tot un detall que en donin. També ens va deixar una aigua a la nevera!! Experiència fantàstica molt recomanada. No és problema de l’apartament però per baixar a Dubrovnik has de passar la frontera i hi ha dies que pots estar-hi 1 hora parat… per la resta molt bé
• Esteban Javier (7/5): O bien la publicidad es engañosa lo interpretamos mal pero parecía que estamos alquilando una vivienda unifamiliar pero - En realidad es una casa que contiene seis apartamentos y una residencia en la planta inferior donde vive la propietaria he de decir que el estado es muy limpio y todo muy nuevo como algo favorable primero el anuncio me inducción error pues pensaba que estaba alquilando una vivienda única con piscina para mi sorpresa me encontré que había cinco apartamentos más y que no era para uso exclusivo la piscina y demás instalaciones que fue el motivo por el que estuve dispuesto a pagar un precio muy superior al que pedían por otros alojamientos en la zona ya que por 350 € disponía a pocos kilómetros de alojamientos parecidos y para mí sorpresa lo peor de todo es que nos encontramos con una lista de normas colegiales para el uso de la vivienda a pesar de pagar un precio muy superior lo peor de todo es que esta época del año hace un calor infernal y cuando salíamos por la mañana dejamos el aire acondicionado para no encontrarnos con un horno la propietaria de la casa decía que había pagarlo y si no lo hacíamos directamente entró en la casa en dos ocasiones para pagarlo violando nuestro derecho de la intimidad pusimos pruebas para verificar que esto era así es decir la propietaria entra cuando tú no estás sin tu permiso en el alojamiento para pagarte el aire acondicionado y no sabemos para qué más que que pusimos diferentes marcas y lo pudimos verificar 100 × 100.

Piscine agréable Personnel agréable malgré les difficultés de compréhension (la propriétaire ne parle pas Anglais du tout). Je n’avais pas fait attention au départ que c’était en Bosnie Herzégovine donc plus en Europe ( 60€ d’internet en 5 min). Nous avons mis 1h30 pour trouver le logement sans gps!! Le passage de la frontière est un peu stressant et long.

• Esma (10/5): Wunderschönes Apartment - Es ist eine sehr saubere und wunderschöne Unterkunft. Die Inhaberin und Ihre Tochter sprechen beide Deutsch und sind sehr freundlich und bemüht um es den Gästen so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das Haus liegt in Bosnien. Kurz nach der Grenze kommend von Dubrovnik. Es ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und es duftet in jedem Raum bezaubernd nach Lavendel und Blumen. Die Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher waren so duftend das man sich wirklich wie Zuhause fühlt. Die Apartments sind toll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ein absolutes Geheimtipp für alle die Dubrovnik sehen möchten und nicht die überteuerten Preise dort bezahlen möchten.

Noi am mers pt Dubrovnik si este aproape de plaja, faci 5 minute cu masina, dar trebuie sa treci vama, deoarece este in Bosnia Hertegovina. Uneori am asteptat si 1.30 ore ca sa ajungem…. Dar vila este superba!!! Recomand!!

• Robert (9/5): - Ubytování bylo skvělé, vybavené a hlavně čisté. Paní domácí byla ochotná a velice milá. Klidně bych se tam vrátil. Apartmán má kuchyňské vybavení všeho druhu a koupelna a wc byla při příjezdu krásně čistá. Bazén jsme tentokrát využili minimálně, ale u bazénu také skvělý relax. Ubytování nelze nic vytknout. Ivanica komplexně ku škodě apartmánu Villa Lavanda ošklivá, odpadky a volně pobíhající toulaví psi. Obec vypadá jako před developerskym projektem a nebo jako pri jeho nedokonceni v důsledku krize. Obec nemá hospodu, bar, ani obchod. Nejbližší obchod benzínová stanice 3 minuty autem, zde je i restaurace. Nicméně nám to prožitek z ubytování nezkazilo. Ivanicu nehodnotím, nebylo by to fér vůči ubytujicímu.

• Tikki (10/5): - Huoneisto on hyvin siisti ja puhdas. Koko talon sisustus näyttää kauniilta. Talon jokainen nurkka on huolella hoidettu. Majoittaja on super ystävällinen ja huomaavainen. Heti kun saavuimme paikalle, hän tarjosi meille lasillisen appelsiinimehua. Sijainti on aika lähellä Dubrovnikissa. Joten on helppo päästä autolla Bosniasta Dubrovnikkiin ja päinvastoin. Koska puita on paljon, on paljon hyttysiä. Meitä pistettiin niiltä aika paljon. Ympäröivä maisema ei ole kovin kaunis. Minusta tuntuu Bosnia ei ole vielä kovin kehittynyt sodan jälkeen. • H (10/5): Amazing Lavanda - Super ontvangst! Ondanks dat we laat aan kwamen werden hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouwen. We kregen een welkomstdrankje en een uitgebreide informatie verstrekking gebaseerd op onze interesses en wat we wilden gaan doen betreft bezienswaardigheden,stranden, restaurantjes en waar je het beste kon parkeren in dubrovnik ;). Overal was antwoord op. In 1 woord Top! De Villa ziet er geweldig uit, de kamer was van alle gemakken voorzien, groot en super schoon! We willen zeker terug komen! Aanrader!! Niks viel ons tegen.

Ev sahibinin bizi karşılaması çok güzeldi ve her konuda bize yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca ikramları içinde çok teşekkür ederiz. Evin her bölümü lavanta bahçesi gibi kokuyor. Bir sonraki tatilimizde ailem ile tek tercihimiz bu ev olacak. Herşey mükemmeldir.

• Michel (10/5): Ontspannend verblijf in een fantastisch berglandschap. - Goed bereikbare locatie, dicht bij een hoop bezienswaardigheden in de omgeving. Heel ruime en nette, goed uitgeruste appartementen en een vriendelijke uitbaatster. Het dorp zelf kent weinig faciliteiten, er is een kleine buurtwinkel en een café, maar verder is er weinig. Als je iets wil gaan uit eten bvb moet je al met de wagen een (korte) rit maken.

• Fruzsina (10/5): - New,modern apartment with very kind host,always around, taking care of everything. The location is great to explore Trebinje and Dubrovnik (both cities 15-20 mins with car). The host speaks perfect German. A sharp knife would be great in the kitchen:) but apart from that, everything was great! The small village itself is not a place to stroll around but the vicinity of the two big cities and the sea is great.
• Pieter (9/5): Heerlijk appartement, praktische locatie, fijn zwembad, goede host - Prachtige sfeervolhuis met enkele appartementen. Toscaanse stijl inrichting en uitstraling, mooi ruim balkon, perfecte Wifi. Zeer aangenaam zwembad. Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije Duits- en Engelstalige eigenaresse die een warm welkom en goede tips voor ons had. Het dorpje Ivanica ligt in Bosnie, net 50 meter na de grens met Kroatie. Het betekent dat je bij een bezoek aan bijvoorbeeld Dubrovnik (wat vlakbij ligt) wel de douane door moet. Dat kost je per keer circa 15/20 minuten. Vanaf Ivanica kun je ook perfect een leuke dagtoer maken naar Kotor en de baai van Kotor welke beide heel mooi zijn. Kotor heeft een laidback atmosfeer en is een soort mini-dubrovnik. Dubrovnik is een stuk drukker, maar wel schiterend om te bezoeken. Op 10 minuten afstand van het huisje richting Trebinje ligt het restaurant Drijen wat goed en betaalbaar is. Huisje was lastig te vinden omdat er geen straatnamen zijn in het dorpje. Ook Ivanica zelf stelt niet veel voor en is feitelijk een verzameling vakantiewoningen. De villa zelf is wel 1 van de mooiste van het gehele dorp. Ook het passeren van de grenzen naar zowel Kroatie als Montenegro duurde soms langer dan een half uur. Localização: no Booking não é claro que o alojamento NÃO SE LOCALIZA NA CROÁCIA, mas na Bósnia Herzegovina! O que implicou longas filas na fronteira à chegada e ainda mais longas na saída, podendo demorar 1 hora até ao aeroporto! 2. O alojamento localiza-se num sítio feio, com obras à volta. 3. A anfitriã que nos recebeu NÃO FALAVA UMA PALAVRA DE INGLÊS, só alemão!

• Kevani (9/5): Hervorragendes Preisleistungsverhältnis, optimale Ausgangslage für einen Erholungs- und Aktivurlaub. - Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Salz, Pfeffer, Spülmittel, alles vorhanden. das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Auch der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und freundlich. Immer erreichbar. Auch in der Nacht, wenn man nicht weiß, in welches Krankenhaus man fahren soll. Wir fanden die Lage toll. Die Wohnung liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Kroatien, die Grenze war immer sehr schnell und einfach zu überqueren. Es gibt auch leicht zu erreichbare Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Bosnien. Von der Wohnung aus kann man auch gut einen Ausflug nach Mazedonien machen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend mir hervorragendem Klima, nicht heiß und stickig, sondern sehr angenehm, sodass man sich sehr gut erholen und auch in der Nacht ohne Klimaanlage schlafen kann. Natürlich hat man das Nachtleben von Dubrovnik oder die Strände nicht vor der Haustüre, aber dafür stimmt der Preis. Natürlich braucht man ein Auto. Aber mit Auto war die Ferienwohnung genau die Richtige für unsere Bedürfnisse. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche war etwas schwach und die Betten für meinen persönlichen Geschmack etwas zu hart.

• Ainara (7/5): Nuenisima experiencia - el alojamiento me gustó al estar como apartamentos y tuvieras una sala con tu lavadora y secadora ( lo único que último día se estropeó y no la pudimos usar). Bosnia sitio muy recomendable para comer y cenar más barato que en Croacia. que se estropeó lavadora y tuvimos que lavar alguna cosa a mano. y las colas en la frontera( pero esto no es culpa de nadie )

• vanessa (5/5): casa bella nuova peccato che per il resto un mezzo disastro - la casa nuova, moderna, la vicinanza a Dubrovnik, la piscina pulita la mancata informazione sulla zona, molto isolata, vicino a case in grave stato di abbandono, nella descrizione era inserito il parcheggio privato ma abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare l ‘auto a bordo strada perché il parcheggio non c’era, era previsto l’utilizzo della lavatrice ma abbiamo dovuto sempre chiedere di aprirci la porta dove era collocata perché era sempre chiusa, la persona che ci ha accolto non parlava inglese parlava solo serbo, croato e tedesco, nonostante nella descrizione fosse indicata la lingua inglese, la persona che ci ha accolto non sappiamo che ruolo avesse nell’abitazione non abbiamo mai incontrato il padrone di casa, la maggior parte delle zanzariere presentava dei buchi, sulle finestre erano presenti diversi nidi di vespe e calabroni giganti, il Wi-Fi prendeva pochissimo, non so se in questo momento la consiglierei.

• Carmine (9/5): - Proprietari molto gentili e disponibili, alloggio nuovo e ben curato nei dettagli, nei dintorni 1 minimarket e due ottimi ristoranti con prezzi contenuti. Piscina molto pulita, calma e tranquillità. L'appartamento si trova a soli 12 km da Duvbronick, purtroppo ogni volta si deve attraversare la frontiera Bosnia-Croazia. Considerate mediamente 10 minuti di coda in agosto. In paese vi sono case sparse alcune delle quali in corso di ricostruzione.

• Anida (9/5): Enjoyed the stay very much. - The pool was great. No balcony and no oven.
• Linda (1/5): NOT for Dubrovnik! - The apartment was new. This is NOT a good location if you want to visit Dubrovnik, everytime we had to wait one hour in the borders. We thought that we paid the stay with creditcard trough our Bookings account but we where not correct. Then the owner threatening us that she called the police because we didn't pay! She even send us a voice mail about that, even if we said to her to provide us a bank account to transfer the money. Aditionally, the shared swimming pool is looking towards a jank ward. Finally, the room had some really disturbing bright white lights.
• Pieter (8/5): Comfortable holiday home but needs completion - Close to Dubrovnik with pool Apartment needs completion, mainly bathroom. Further, border crossing to Croatia can be busy.
