Yury (8/5): Не топ, но хорошо. - Местонахождение — это главный плюс. Хороший аутентичный район, который находится в доступной близости от портового района Noblessner. Недалеко отличные места для покупок и времяпровождения Т/Ц "Arsenal" с великолепной рыбной лавкой "Kalapood" и outlet магазинами, а также пивной ресторан на пивоварне "Põhjala". В здании всё относительно свежо и более-менее чисто, хотя и без изысков. Обычная цена за апартаменты в общем-то высокая, значит анонсируется люксовый кластер, но это не так: в принципе — это просто обыкновенные нормальные апартаменты. За эту цену можно организовать телевизор и кофемашину, которых нет и в помине. Не работает вентиляция в ванной комнате. Также уборка была сделана не на все 100%.
