• XanthiM (10/5): - Πολυ όμορφο και άνετο κατάλυμα σε ιδανική τοποθεσία. Το δωμάτιο ηταν πεντακάθαρο, με πολλές παροχές και σε πολυ βολική για μετακινήσεις περιοχή. Θα το επισκεφθούμε και πάλι σε επόμενο ταξίδι μας στην πόλη. Το μόνο αρνητικό της τοποθεσίας ειναι η κίνηση του δρόμου και ο θόρυβος του τρένου. Ωστοσο και γι αυτό είχαν φροντίσει και μας παρείχαν ωτοασπίδες.

• Marko (10/5): A joy to stay here and experience some of the best food, attractions and people in Athens. - When enquiring about entry and notifying the host that I would be arriving earlier, I was reassured that my room would be ready and was given clear instructions on how to enter the property. The host also required a copy of my ID to validate my booking and I was able to send this to him via WhatsApp with total ease. This is essentially a studio apartment, with a kitchenette, separate bathroom/shower and the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on in a long time, separated in a corner of the space. The apartment also had an adjoining terrace, facing the front street/train tracks, which you really do not hear once the windows are closed and curtains drawn. The location was excellent. Everything you could want, from affordable restaurants, local bars, a pharmacy, and a supermarket, a short 3 minute walk, if you were planning to utilise the cooking facilities of the apartment. The underground station is directly next to the location, making travelling around Athens an easy experience. A scenic walk takes you straight into the primary central location in under 20 minutes. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Athens for a few days. N/A

Η περιοχή ήταν άριστη, η θέα στην Ακρόπολη εξίσου όμορφη (ήταν το έξτρα που έδινε την τελειότητα) και το διαμέρισμα υπέροχο. Η τιμή ήταν πάρα πολύ καλή για όλα αυτά που προσφέρει το κατάλυμα. Καθαρό, άνετο και οι άνθρωποι πολύ εξυπηρετικοί. Η καλύτερη επιλογή σε airbnb που έχουμε κανει!!

• JanneV (10/5): Luxurious apartment on very nice location - Absolutely brilliant apartment: clean, comfortable, wonderful location and nice views. For check-in you need to send picture of your passport and they send you a code to enter the building. We stayed 5th floor apartment. It has 2 balconies, so it is easy to enjoy the sunshine. Apartment is next to a railroad and close to very lively Gazi-ar3a but if you close the windows and curtains- it didn't bother us. If you are a light sleeper, you may need earplugs or choose more peaceful environment for your stay. Only thing which we missed was a washing machine.

Came with easy instructions to access our room and it was in a decent location. 30 min walk to the acropolis and other eateries; but it’s also only a 5/7 min walk from the bus stop, about 2 minutes from the metro, so it was in a good area to access the rest of Athens. There were also nice cafes, bars and shops for any bits you might need or if you wanted to have dinner out. Overall a very nice stay :) Nothing - Although a microwave and toaster wouldn’t go a miss :)

• Richard (8/5): Great location and a smart place to stay - The property is in an excellent location very near the metro station and there are some very nice places to eat and to get a drink close by. If you turn the corner and look up the road you can see the Acropolis - it’s in a good location for sightseeing - just a few stops on the metro takes you to the heart of Athens. The property is very clean and smart with a good shower room. Towels provided were good. The kitchen area is good - everything you need for preparing and cooking basic meals. Cleaning cloths and soap for washing dishes was also provided which is really helpful. The keyless entry system is very simple to operate and in many ways was preferable to having to remember to take keys out each day and of course no fear of losing the key or forgetting to leave it behind when you leave. If you are self-sufficient travellers who do not need a concierge each day then the system works well. There is a number provided to call if you do require assistance though we didn’t need it. Wi-Fi is good. The only thing we didn’t like was it can be a little noisy from the road and railway but when the windows are closed and the shutters are down it wasn’t so distracting and using the ear plugs provided we slept well in the comfortable bed. There was no cleaning provide included in the price but you could pay an additional daily rate for the service though as we were there for just four nights we didn’t need the service.

• William (7/5): Good for a short one or two day stay! - The Suites are very close to the metro system - only a 5 minute walk. There were numerous restaurants and cafes also within a short walk. Suites are not serviced daily. That's not a big issue, but there were insufficient areas for drying towels. The 'heated' towel rail did not work.

Location next to the subway - it was in a local neighborhood full of restaurants and bars but away from the tourist areas. Small bathroom but manageable.

• Marta (9/5): - Czyste, nowoczesne mieszkanie. Nie mam żadnych zastrzeżeń. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, mieszkanie posiada klimatyzację, łazienka w idealnym stanie. Miejsca wypoczynkowego bardzo dużo. Jedynie bliskość pociągu, co utrudniało zaśnięcie.
• Today (7/5): Vybavení, blízkost metra super, ale ta silnice a železniční trať pod okny - velmi hlučné místo :-( - Apartmán byl čistý, vybavení dobré. Umístění blízko metra Kerameikos, cca 3 min. V kuchyni nebyly utěrky ani mycí prostředek, sůl. To je pro mě základní vybavení, které nebudu vozit letadlem. Kapsle do kávovaru dvě, pro dva lidi na týden??? Umístění blízko metra super, ale nikde jsem nenašla zmínku, že pod okny jsou dvě vytížené silnice a koleje. Vlak přímo pod balkonem při každém průjezdu houkal, hluk byl i v noci. Balkon nejde používat, pokud si nechcete připadat, že sedíte uprostřed silnice.

• Rehika (10/5): Meraviglioso soggiorno - Posizione perfetta, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro della linea per l'aeroporto. Nei dintorni si trovano tantissimi locali dove mangiare piatti tipici spendendo poco. Con una breve passeggiata di 15/20 minuti si raggiunge il centro. Chiare le istruzioni per entrare nella struttura. L'appartamento è nuovissimo e c'è tutto il necessario, mini frigo compreso. Due split dell'aria condizionata e un balcone. Presente anche un bollitore per l'acqua e una macchinetta del caffè. Asciugamani e piccoli prodotti per il bagno. Noi eravamo nell'appartamento 3A, il bagno ha tanto spazio non sfruttato. Una piccola mensola dove appoggiare gli effetti personali sarebbe comoda. Poca carta igienica a disposizione rispetto agli ospiti/giorni di permanenza. Poche anche le capsule del caffè, gradite comunque in ogni caso. I materassi dei letti leggermente morbidi, ma è un discorso di abitudine personale più che altro.

• Andrea (9/5): Szuper szállás. - 4 barátnő 4 éjszakát töltöttünk október elején az Acropolis kilátással rendelkező apartmanban. Tökéletesen tiszta és szuper modern -a feltöltött képek a valóságnak megfelelnek-. Kényelmes ágyak, szép fürdőszoba, két terasz. Közvetlenül a vonatsínek mellett, de egyáltalán nem zavaró. A reptérről egyszerű idejutni az M3 metró vonalon (Kerameikos megálló 100 méterre). Mivel korábban érkeztünk, előzetes egyeztetés után leadhattuk a csomagjainkat. Szuper napokat töltöttünk el, csak ajánlani tudom. Nem volt ilyen.

• Ioannis (9/5): Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά. - Ήταν καθαρό και πολύ βοηθητικό που είναι δίπλα από μετρό. Δίπλα από γραμμές τραίνου αλλά ο θόρυβος είναι μόνο όταν κορνάρει η αμαξοστοιχία. Στο κατάλυμα παρέχουν ωτασπιδες που βοηθούν αρκετά.
• Edward (9/5): Excellent stay and great value for money - Our group for friends had a wonderful stay at Athens Genesis Luxury Suites. The apartment was immaculately clean, very well maintained and equipped with very good facilities. It was exactly as advertised, which made our stay all the more enjoyable and comfortable. The host was exceptionally accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage at the property both upon our early arrival and after our late check-out. This thoughtful gesture made our travel experience much smoother and stress-free. The location of the apartment is also a big plus - just a short walk to the Metro station (on the same line to the airport) and surrounded by plenty of bars, restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting Athens. If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to provide a bit more shower gel and toilet paper especially when accommodating a group of four guests.
• Donna (10/5): Perfect stay for work and play. - Everything! The location was 1min walk from the metro, loads of great eating and drinking places nearby. Felt Central and easy to walk as well to Acropolis and other highlights (about 20mins). Apartment was lovely, immaculate and view of Parthenon was pretty nice but def 5th floor will have unobstructed views. Would definitely stay here again. Minor gripe was view of Parthenon obstructed by other buildings! Pretty fabulous to be able to see it at all from my balcony and enjoy it. This is the only aspect I would change and next time pay more for the higher floor.

• nirmal (9/5): Recommended - The apartment is clean and well kept. Balcony at the front and back. Little kitchenette area with refrigerator, coffee machine, and kettle, dishes, and pots . The bathroom is also well kept with a shower A 2 minute walk to the metro station, and you can travel anywhere around Athens from there. A great location if you don't want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the city But still close enough to tour Athens. A great experience, comfortable and convenient. Traffic noise, but you are provided with earplugs, so not that bad. Even better if there had been a toaster!

• Klaudia (10/5): A comfortable and well-located apartment, perfect for exploring Athens. - The location was excellent, just a short walk from the metro station and surrounded by many restaurants, cafés, clubs and a pharmacy. We could also easily walk to the city centre. The apartment itself was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Some reviews mentioned noise from the nearby train, but once we closed the windows and doors, it was quiet enough to sleep comfortably. So, overall, there wasn’t really anything we disliked.

• Verena (7/5): Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt als Familie - Tolles Apartment, geräumig, perfekt für 5 Personen. Modern, Betten recht bequem, Küche enthält die notwendigen Gegenstände. Lage ist gut, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Metro. Liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße und neben einer Eisenbahn Strecke. Leider auf bei geschlossenen Fenstern und Rolläden sehr laut. Der Vermieter stellt Ohrstöpsel zur Verfügung.

Right next to the metro so super easy to get anywhere in the city, and direct line from the airport. About 20mins walk to the acropolis. Super friendly and easy check in. Right next to a train line which can be noisy in the morning but we were waking early (8am) so didn't bother us.

• Leo (9/5): - Great location right next to the metro station, it is also an easy 25 minute walk to the Acropolis/surrounding tourist areas which is good. Really clean and great amenities for cooking etc. Slightly noisy at night as the train runs right next to the property.

Plethora of restaurants, bakeries, cafes within 1-10 min walking distance. less than 20 min walk to Monastiraki. Apartment is located in Gazi. It is lively and safe! Lots of locals. We stayed on the weekend (night before our flight). A few venues nearby playing loud music but you cannot hear it from apartment. But we expected it and it did not impact our stay. Other reviewers commented about the TRAM outside the apartment are correct. While it IS LOUD, it is expected based on location. They supply earplugs. ROOM: CLEAN, MODERN, SPACIOUS. Seemed BIGGER than photos :) Lots of towels provided, including ones for beach if needed. Bathroom is large and shower door closes :) (no half wall here!) 2 BALCONIES! 1 large one on front street view and the other by the kitchen w/ lots of light and sun to dry clothes. Hosts: communicate via text messages. We did not require assistance during our stay. VALUE: 10/10. We visit Greece regularly and stay in Athens centre (Monastiraki). We prefer to stay closer to where locals frequent. Will 100% stay here again. Highly recommend. Other reviewers commented about the TRAM outside the apartment are correct. Would love it if they could add a washing machine :) However I did see a flyer for (a paid) laundry service in the reception area.
