Связь с объектом ужасная, никто не связался с нами после бронирования и даже после нескольких сообщений- связи не было. Пришлось найти местный номер телефона , позвонить им и тогда удалось связаться и получить точные координаты. В букинге не указан номер дома и название дома не совпадает с тем, что указано в приложении. Полотенца были с пятнами хоть были и постираны. Постельное белье не свежее с каким-то посторонним запахом.

• Sohrab (7/5): da war gut aber nicht perfekr - Sicherheit und Sauberkeit der Wohnung Gegenüber gab es eine Baustelle, wodurch es sehr laut war. Bei wichtigen Fragen zum Check-out reagierte die Unterkunft leider nicht auf Anfragen. Das Internet war ziemlich schwach, sodass man nicht einfach Musik auf YouTube hören oder Filme schauen konnte.

• Ewa (9/5): Czysty i wygodny apartament z dużym balkonem. - Apartament wygodny, czysty, działająca klimatyzacja z funkcją ogrzewania, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, przestronny balkon, dobre wi-fi. Zarządzający apartamentem umożliwił wcześniejsze zameldowanie. W trakcie pobytu bardzo rzadko była gorąca woda. W praktyce, tylko 2 razy była możliwość kąpieli w gorącej wodzie. Na informację o tym problemie zgłoszonym do zarządcy apartamentu nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej odpowiedzi. Szkoda, bo brak odpowiedzi obniża ocenę pobytu.

• Jasna (10/5): Luxury apartment - Prostorno, lepo, kvalitetno opremljeno ter čisto stanovanje. Poleg dveh sob ima še dve kopalnici. Terasa je ogromna. Ima tudi pralni stroj. Zunaj je na stavbi drugo ime, tako da smo mislili, da smo na napačnem mestu, ko smo prispeli.

There was an issue with hot water on the first evening of our arrival, but it was quickly resolved by the next morning. During the rest of our stay, there were no problems with hot water.

TV z YouTube do Netflix i Prime Video potrzeba własnych kodów. Duża lodówka. W łazience kosmetyki do mycia zainstalowane na ścianach. Wydzielone miejsce parkingowe pod budynkiem. Drażniły mnie dwie sprawy...1. brak drzwi w kabinie prysznicowej w jednej łazience i woda leciała na podłogę. 2. Po zagrzaniu wody (trzeba wcześniej włączyć grzanie) mogły się umyć w ciepłej wodzie 2 osoby ..trzecia osoba już miała letnia wodę a czwarta zimną. W ziemię jest to bardzo niekomfortowe.

• sofia (6/5): - Very well-equipped apartment, everything is new. There is no response to requests, for example, we asked for towels because they only left us one towel for each person for 4 days. It was also difficult to find the apartment because the name that appears on Booking is not the same as the name at the entrance to the building. One of the showers did not have a glass water shield.
• Siim (9/5): - It is a totally new apartment building featuring a nice pool on the first floor. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is also a brand new TV to enjoy netflix, youtube etc. City center is walking distance away. The apartment is fully equipped and there were coffee an tea packets for the quest. However, we would have appreciated some basic ingredients for cooking such as salt, pepper, maybe some cooking oil. Its not mandatory, but nice to have. The same goes for EU plug adapters. We bought some and left for future quests. All in all would stay again. I have no major complaints, but there are some things to improve given the title "Luxury". Kitchen equipment, although new, was a bit cheap and using the stove touch buttons gave me a headache as they were not responding to the touches well. The fridge made some high pitch noise that can be disturbing for some. Also the building is not very sound proof and you can hear the neighbors a lot. Although the rest of the apartment was nicely furbished then there is zero effort given to the lightning. There are just plain LED bulbs with cold light temperature in the ceiling that do not give a very cozy vibe.

• Sofia-Alita (9/5): We recommend to stay here, especially if you have a car. Its not so close to the beach but we enjoyed walking around the - Modern, spacious and clean apartment. Well equipped kitchen. Large balcony and parking spaces available. No coffee machine and the lights in the apartment were too bright, in the evening you couldn’t have a nice cosy atmosphere because of that.

• Ana-Maria H (10/5): Great staying in Larnaca with friends - The check-in/check-out was smooth. We found the apartments quickly. Everything was clean. The beds are large enough, it is very spacious, it looks like in the photos! It is equiped with everything needed for a perfect vacation! It is 25 minutes away from the Saint Lazarus church by feet. The pool looked amazing, but was a little cold for me to try it in November 😅, the sea was clean and great this time of the year. I definitely want to come back and stay here! The pillows were too puffy and hard, making them uncomfortable. I didn t knew that the sockets are english plugs, so we need adaptors.. There are a few in the apartments, but not enough.

• Melina (9/5): Modern property, great host. - The property was in a quiet location. Modern building and apartment. Host was amazing and helped me upgrade whilst there to allow my sister to join me. He was very considerate during a difficult time. One of the showers did not have a full door therefore the bathroom floor would have excess water.

For me personally the bed was wsy to firm, but the next person may gindvit great. Pleanty of hot water, with good water pressure. I didnt get my email with pass codes till the 2 dsy i was there, but the management sent me the pass codes mand map linkon Whatsapp and all was good

• Matic (10/5): 10/10 for swimmingpool - Instructions for entry are received via WhatsApp message. Entry codes are activated at exactly 3 p.m. The location is precise. The apartment is as in the pictures, and the pool is a special quality for morning or evening recreation. Metro supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. Air conditioning, internet, everything works flawlessly. We were not offered a change of towels or cleaning of the apartment (we stayed for three days). There were no tablets for the washing machine. When the kitchen is already fully equipped, they could put a little salt, oil, vinegar, it all doesn't cost a few euros, but it's a nice gesture and makes food preparation easier.
