• maria (9/5): Recomendable - Apartamento amplio, con calefacción, cocina equipada con lo imprescindible, baño con gel, champú y secador. La dueña muy amable, nos permitió dejar el equipaje todo el día dentro del apartamento. Supermercados muy cerca. Andando al centro unos 35 minutos. El baño necesita una pequeña mejora.

• Mikhail (1/5): - I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction, which turned into an extremely unpleasant and stressful experience due to the host’s irresponsible behavior. I had booked an apartment for Saturday. On Tuesday, the host called me and informed me that, due to the absence of a cleaner, she would immediately cancel my reservation. I thanked her for notifying me in advance and expected the booking to be cancelled and the payment refunded. However, the following day, I noticed that the booking was still active and no refund had been issued. I contacted the host again, and she assured me that she would take care of it. Despite her promise, she never cancelled the reservation. On Saturday, I received instructions from her on how to get the keys — which led me to believe the issue had been resolved and that I could proceed with my stay. Yet, upon arrival, there was no key in the lockbox. I had to call the host again. She apologized repeatedly and suggested once more that I cancel the booking and she would refund me — but by that time, it was far too late to find an alternative accommodation. She then informed me that she was traveling outside Finland, so I had to walk about 1.5 km to Pasila station to meet one of her friends and get the key. When I finally entered the apartment, it was in a completely unacceptable condition — it had not been cleaned after the previous guests, and there were no clean towels or bed linen. Although the host warned me about this, I had no real choice at that point but to stay, since finding another apartment on such short notice was impossible. This entire experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I have never before encountered such negligence and lack of responsibility from a host. If the host had actually cancelled the reservation on Tuesday, as she claimed she would, I would have had enough time to find alternative accommodation and avoid all this stress and inconvenience.

• ROGER (9/5): Confortable i recomenable. Cuina petita sense cafetera - Aparrament amb tot el necessari per passar uns dies a Helsinki. Falta una cafetera. Per la resta tot molt bé.
• Ángela (7/5): - Estuvimos muy tranquilos en el apartamento. Nos gustó la ubicación ya que está cerca de lugares interesantes y pintorescos. El dormitorio y el salón son amplios y espaciosos. Tiene aire acondicionado lo que viene bien en verano. Las camas eran cómodas. Tiene lavadora, buena atención de la anfitriona, muy amable, nos dejó quedarnos más tiempo en el alojamiento, hasta las 12:15 h al salir nuestro avión por la tarde. La cocina estaba bastante sucia. Había suciedad en los tiradores del frigorífico, en los muebles de la cocina en general. En el salón en el armario de la televisión había en un lateral un chorrete de color marrón, debajo del sofá cama había polvo y pelusas, mi hijo pequeño se metió a jugar y salió con el pantalón negro lleno de polvo. El balcón está lleno de cosas y no se puede uno casi mover, pusimos el tendedero como pudimos para secar la ropa.

• Juha (5/5): JH - Hyvä sänky. Sijainti lähellä ratikkaa. Pinnat, kalusteet ja kaikki muukin erittäin kulunutta, rikki tai muuten nuhjuista.
• Riotw7 (9/5): Great location if visiting Linnanmäki. - Great location, quiet apartment, easy to find and get the keys. The furnishings are an interesting mix of old and new - if you're older than a certain age, takes you back on a memory lane. Kitchenette is tiny but very functional. Only thing that could improve the kitchenette is a microwave. It could have been handy warming up leftovers for kids.

• Mika (9/5): Better and bigger than expected - Location is peaceful and the tram connections are excellent. The apartment was spotless and you have all the amenities available. The building is a little bit dated, but that didn't matter. Everything works perfectly and check-in and check-out were completely hassle free. I met the owners and they were a nice couple.
