• Marie Pierre (7/5): Un séjour vivifiant et confortable - Son emplacement dans un quartier très agréable et très animé. Le Rome que j’apprécie ! Le Rome des Romains! Les commerces sont a proximité et les prix restent abordables. L’appartement en lui-même est bien agencé. L’immeuble est calme. Une fois les fenêtres closes, l’endormissement est rapide! Une vraie cuisine même si elle est petite. Un lave-linge est un vrai plus pour une durée de 4jours. Le manque d’ustensiles dans la cuisine. Une vraie cafetière italienne s’il vous plaît pour la prochaine fois !! Le pommeau de douche à changer aussi !

• Vasquez (10/5): - La ubicacion es lo mejor , ambiente y lugares para comer y relajarse. Ojo con el.sofa cama eso si, no esta en las mejores condiciones , deberian cambiarlo , lo demas todo excelente !!

• Martha (4/5): A Bad Stay - It had a kitchen and a mini market nearby. The cab drivers in this area picked us up quickly The man that answers the phone yells and yells, very disrespectful.... He made us wait hours before we got in the room (no empathy. We had just had a long flight). The apartments exterior (graffiti and trash cans are your view), and when you walk in, the building is in bad shape. These apartments are more for long termr tenants. It is much worse than a motel 6. The nights were noisy with young adults partying, and conversation from the street below could be heard The a.c. never worked even though I called the number given..never got any assistance to have it work. We had to leave windows open, but my daughters woke up with a bunch of bug bites . This apartment stay was a bad experience

• Peđa (8/5): Generally it was worth the value and neighborhood is little bit messy especially in the evenings but still very convenie - It is spacey with a big bathroom and nice kitchen Neighbor is very loud in late hours, it is hard to fall asleep
• Vinicius (3/5): I’d like to know were they took the word luxury. - Good bed. Very small shower with plastic curtain touching the body and water rose giving small shocks. Broken coffee maker and the host did not move to change it, despite us asking. Cleaning left something to be desired and with brooms and dustpans lying around the house.
• Monika (2/5): Definitely never again. - Close to bus stop and grocery shop The apartment hasn't been cleaned for a long time, dirty everywhere, bedding of questionable cleanliness. The shower drain was not cleaned, the water did not flow. There was also no iron declared by the owners. I reported both things on the first day - I received no response, despite my further questions. So you pay and you can forget about any contact with the owner. Finally we had to clean the shower ourselves because it was impossible to use it and I wore wrinkled clothes throughout the entire trip. In addition, there is a lot of moisture and mold in the apartment, and the windows face the party street, so it is also noisy. The opinion might be better if the owner took responsibility for what he rents, and not just took the money and then ignored us. Definitely not reccomend!!

• Jack (5/5): Adequate - reasonable, but was expecting a fair bit better - The flat was adequate but simply no-where near the rating I booked. It did contain the basic facilities expected, however possessed little charm, style or character. Landlord was helpful and did allow an extension for checkout of 30 minutes to 11.30… The flat is relatively dated and in need of modernisation. The facilities were adequate but by no means a high end apartment. The air con/heater was old and noisy, the plug in the bathroom sink blocked (clearly this was an issue beforehand as the release catch broken was on arrival). Landlord said he would send a plumber out when we were in, however we left fairly early everyday and didn’t return till late ( not on vacation to wait around for a plumber 🤷‍♂️). The shower cubicle small to the point you struggle to move without hitting/catching the soap tray. The apartment is really the wrong end of town for getting to the Vatican, the art museums, the coliseum etc…. So expensive taxi rides daily. Adequate/reasonable for the cost, but I’m very surprised at the rating. I understand that the general standards of accommodation in Rome are below most other parts of Europe, however was expecting better for the high rating I went for…it did the job, but little more. (I travel 4/5 times a year and speak from vast experience).
• Anastasia (10/5): Will definitely recommend this - Very clean, and there were enough space for three people. Big wardrobe and really nice mattress. Area is quite and supermarket just next door. Great 👍 Was pretty cool to see coffee machine with box of capsules on the kitchen and some snacks from owner, it was actually really helpful because we had a long flight and arrived extremely hungry. Very nice host 👍
