• Guest (8/5): We enjoyed our stay here. - We enjoyed our time here. The space is comfortable and not too far from sightseeing locations. The host's assistant, Andre was very friendly and helpful in getting us settled in. The host isn't the best at communicating via email or phone. I never received a response to any emails I sent him. Also, we arrived early and weren't able to contact him until right before our stated check in time which was a bit stressful.

• Karel (4/5): As a travel agent I will not book this for clients. - Host did not respond to messages on time and there was confusion when guests arrived at the property, host then proceeded to blame and badmouth the travel agent for the confusion- travel agent has screenshots of host not responding to messages on time. - Beds were not made when clients arrived and thy had to request extra bedding and then had to make the beds themselves.

• Ilayda (3/5): So sad and i did not feel safe because of the owner. - Only good thing is about the place is location Owner of the property is so rude. For 2 nights room was 80 euros and they charged me extra 90 euros for cleaning and clean towels and bed sheets and what i got is super dirty room. And nobody came for cleaning. Somebody should let them know that mop exist and invented so long time ago. Owner is so rude and i did not feel safe as a woman traveling alone in the property.
• De (7/5): It did the job. - Location was great. It had all the appliances needed. The owner and his staff were awesome, and relatively accomodating. An odour from the basin in the toilet room.

• Andreea (9/5): Superb - I liked the position near the station Termini, easy to visit by metro, bus or even by foot as some of the turistic atractions were very close. It was easy to comunicate with the host by what's up, and also I appreciated the self check out since we left early in the morning. The limited hour to check in and the continuos stress that I will pay an additional tax of 35 euros if I don't manage to reach to the propriety by 8 PM. Our airplaine was delayed and there should be situations when an exception to be made. Also, we traveled with some friends, they had another accomodation on the same street and they didn't want to take the train but the bus from the airport. We didn't want to go separately, but I was watching Waze every minute. I was somehow scolded on what's up that I should have taken the train unless I want to pay extra. I traveled a lot but I never encountered in any country this tax for checking in later than 8 PM. We did manage to reach at 7:20 PM, but it didn't worth to start the holiday in such a stress.
• Fernanda (8/5): Nice. - The location was perfect, close to two metro stations and many restaurants, caffès and and supermarkets. The apartment had everything we needed. I was easy to check in and check out. Small but cozy. We had a little problem comunicating with the host about an important issue: the water in the apartment. Not all countries work the same way and everybody needs clear instructions of how to use some systems, and we didn't have it. But we managed to work it out.
• Jana (8/5): Very good - The location is amazing, just a couple of minutes from the termini station and within walkable distance from the city center. The beds are large and comfortable. There wasn’t any toilet paper, so we had to buy it ourselves. The shower room is tiny and it’s dofficult to change in it. Also, the “equiped” kichenette didn’t have basic stuff like oil or salt for making breakfast.
• Ekaterina (9/5): Superb - A charming view from the window. A very comfortable bed. I liked the interior design. It is quiet and safe despite the proximity of the train station. Very convenient location for me, no need to take a taxi from the airport. Even at night I got to the airport from the train station by bus for 8 euros. And you can walk to the main attractions. For me, the only drawback is the incredibly small shower room, although it can be seen in the photo, everything is honest.
