• Zach (9/5): Nice place, great for what we needed - Communication of the hosts was excellent, nice shared courtyard, easy driving to airport in the morning. Very clean and nice, very accomodating for smaller children with provided toys, high chair, and the bunk bed + crib. Due to a mixup, second bedroom wasn't ready in time but hosts fixed it. The parking is just street parking and not something private so we had to park ~10minutes away since it was busy when we arrived. Wife was a bit sad about no coffee being available, but we went to the airport early and got some there.

• Berlato (8/5): - Eravamo in 3 amiche ed è stato perfetto, avevamo tutto, ed era davvero in ordine e pulito. Spazi perfetti e la zona era vicina alla metro quindi davvero comodo. Onestamente l'unica cosa che mi viene in mente sono state le urla dei vicini che sono state davvero rumorose ma non è una colpa, solo un'osservazione

• Chiara (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - L'appartamento è molto carino e grande, pulito e con tutto l'occorrente. Con il tram 15 si arriva direttamente al Duomo, la posizione è comoda. I proprietari gentili e il check-in semplice e veloce
• Grimaldi (10/5): - Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per alcuni giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. La struttura è pulitissima, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è perfetta: tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina ai principali servizi e punti di interesse. Il proprietario è stato estremamente gentile e disponibile, sempre rapido nel rispondere e attento a ogni esigenza. Check-in semplice e senza problemi. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri.
• Sara (5/5): Comodo e accogliente per i bambini; meno per chi ama gli spazi puliti. - L'host ha sempre risposto subito e ha dato indicazioni chiare e utili di come trovare e accedere all'appartamento. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato le comodità per bambini (culla e seggiolone) e dei giochi che mia figlia ha apprezzato tantissimo. Collegamento al centro molto comodo con il tram 15 (circa 20 minuti). La pulizia (il bagno e la cucina sembravano puliti ma il pavimento dell'appartamento era visibilmente molto sporco, come se si fossero dimenticati di pulirlo). In bagno e in camera inoltre c'era un odore davvero sgradevole ed essendo abbastanza sensibile a igiene e odori, questo aspetto ha rovinato il mio soggiorno nella struttura (e la recensione). La struttura non dispone di un parcheggio. Non ne abbiamo mai trovato uno (legale) nelle immediate vicinanze. Lo toglierei dai servizi/criteri della struttura.

• Sashka (2/5): We wasn’t happy with our stay. - Only location is ok No parking! They lyes that there is parking. We have to rounding with the car to find the parking. Breakfast is only in package like plane croissant, bread, some jam and chocolate. The flat is next to the street and you can hear noises started from 6-7 in the morning, you can’t take a rest. Also the wall is very tiny and you can hear noises from the neighbors like they are in your room.
• Aleksandra (8/5): Appartement war sehr gut für unsere 2 Nächte, alles hat gut geklappt; Mailand ist eine schöne Stadt! - Gastgeber war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich, Check in und Check out unkompliziert; die Lage der Appartements sehr gut- in ca 10 -15 min beim Dom mit der Strassenbahn ganz in der Nähe; ruhige und sichere Lage; schöner Innenhof; Mailand ist eine sehr schöne Stadt-Besuch hat sich gelohnt! Die Wohnung hätte für unseren Geschmack ein wenig wärmer sein können-vermutlich fängt die Heizperiode erst später an in Mailand- haben zum Schlafen Zusatzdecken aus dem Schrank genutzt, damit ging es gut!

• Colucci (2/5): disagio nel dover alloggiare in una struttura così trascurata - la posizione La nostra permanenza è stata deludente a causa delle condizioni dell'alloggio, che risultava gravemente trascurato sia nella manutenzione ordinaria che nella pulizia. L'intero ambiente era caratterizzato da uno stato di incuria: le pareti erano macchiate e necessitavano di essere ridipinte, mentre uno spesso strato di polvere ricopriva le superfici e i battiscopa. La dotazione di asciugamani era inadeguata e questi ultimi, inoltre, presentavano un persistente odore di muffa. Nella seconda camera da letto, la presenza di un secondo letto non preparato, con un materasso coperto da una federa sporca, contribuiva a dare un'impressione generale di abbandono e poca igiene, sarebbe bastato un copriletto. Purtroppo, lo stato di incuria dell'alloggio ha reso la permanenza nettamente al di sotto delle aspettative, non giustificando il prezzo applicato.

The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. The price-quality ratio is perfect. A big advantage is the ability to park your car for free.
• Ali (8/5): Spacious apartment great host - Great location, really close to the main attraction, the apartment is spacious the bed was really comfortable. With all the basic facilities. The owner was also available when needed. The passcode can be a challenge, perhaps the owner is trying to find solution. Also the warm water is was not available may be it was just us. The check in time is at 3 may be they can make it a bit earlier.

• Ágnes (9/5): Nice place, nice owner - Well equiped, nice appartement, we liked to be here. The center is easy to reach cc 20 min by tram. A good supermarket is 5 min on foot. The burger king is far from one bus stop (I have kids :) ) The coffee machine. :) I love perfect coffee. It was so far from this.

• Julian (9/5): Very beautiful apartment with good connection to the city center. - Excellent apartment with water filter, good air conditioning and fans. We felt comfortable although it was +30° the whole time. Also there is a tennis court in 15 min walking distance that can be booked via Playtomic. Just be aware that the bunk bed moves a bit, so with someone sleeping there, it needs some arrangements.

I was asked to pay €30 the day before arrival to unlock the second room and also told I had to provide identity documents. The digital lock box was awful. During checkout eventually gave up after trying for 15 minutes. They have setup a camera inside the apartment watching the front door. I thought this was a bit creepy. I assume they can monitor you coming and going during your stay. It was 30+ degrees during my stay, and difficult to sleep at night without a fan in the bedrooms.

The tram stop to the Duomo Cathedral is just 1 minute away on foot, and a large supermarket called the Pam is 2-3 minutes away on foot. Check-in was comfortable, the safety lock worked well with 3 folds, and it was quiet, so I had a good night's sleep. was able to take What was a bit disappointing was that I had to ask because I couldn't find the detailed address of the accommodation even near the check-in time. However, I always got quick responses, so it wasn't a problem. The accommodation is perfect.

• Peggy (7/5): Good - It was clean and well equipped. Easy to find and host was very helpful. Grocery store and public transportation very close by. Shower was very small and the shower door did not close completely so water would spill out onto the floor. Needed more lamp lighting instead of overhead bright lights in living and bedrooms.
• Pm77 (8/5): Very good - Great location, large spaces, nice and clean. Definitely suggested if you need to stay in the area I would suggest giving at least the necessary for a in-house breakfast, like coffe capsules, milk, cookies.
