- Valentina (5/5): Salvo solo la posizione - La posizione era perfetta perché vicino alla stazione e quindi comodissima per tutti gli spostamenti Lo staff non è Italiano e non parla praticamente italiano, l'alloggio è in una casa molto vecchia. Nell'alloggio, da condividere con altre persone i 2 bagni e la cucina che chiamarla cucina è un parolone: gas inutilizzabile perché rotto, stoviglie sporche, lavastoviglie e forno inutilizzabili. Tutto molto molto mal tenuto, il frigo sporco. Non ho avuto il coraggio di utilizzare nulla, neanche il lavandino. Nel bagno buona la pulizia dei sanitari ma l'ambiente è molto sporco (travetti del tetto con 2 dita di polvere). Inoltre impianto della luce che sfido sia a norma, sia quello dell'alloggio che dell'edificio in generale ( fili scoperti e praticamente tutti a vista).

The room provided was in an unacceptable condition – it was unclean and, most shockingly, infested with bed bugs. Every member of my group suffered from severe bed bug bites, which not only caused discomfort and itching but also completely ruined our stay. (Also attached the images of bite) A clean and hygienic room is the most basic expectation of any guest, but your hotel failed to provide even that. This is not only a matter of inconvenience but also a serious health and safety issue. Given the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund of our booking amount immediately. The condition of the room was far below standard, and charging guests for such an experience is completely unfair. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate this issue further and share my experience across review platforms to warn other travelers. I hope you will treat this complaint seriously and take immediate action.
- Antonio (5/5): Per una notte di passaggio, può andare bene, o forse no… - La posizione vicina alla stazione Termini ti permette di raggiungerla senza problemi. Comodo l’ascensore interno. Inoltre nessuno problema per il check-in in tardo orario. Il bagno dovrebbe essere più curato. Assenza di acqua calda in doccia e nel lavandino. Il climatizzatore in camera è estremamente rumoroso e non rinfresca così bene. Ho dovuto aprire la finestra per rinfrescare la camera ma il rumore della città non ha reso un sonno confortevole. Bisognerebbe curare meglio anche la pulizia generale della camera poiché l’ho trovata polverosa.

A very strong smell of urine ho can fell it also in kitchen, because are close . They denied our credit card on booking, and we needed to pay in place to avoid paying tax. Here they have nice pictures with a nice room but when you are there they give you a different room. At check-out he tried to intimitate me and leave a review with him. Normal probability whant a fake review. And I whas charged more in structure and normal i pay . Where i can go at 10pm with children?

Noi siamo stati per una notte, e non abbiamo usufruito di tutti i servizi, ma la cucina era molto ampia e anche le camere sono confortevoli. Consigliato+++ Migliorerei solo un pò il bagno, qualche accorgimento in più nei piccoli dettagli, lo renderebbe sicuramente più confortevole.

- David (1/5): - Rien Appartement insalubre, ne correspond absolument pas à la description. A notre arrivée il nous est demandé de payer la totalité en liquide, ce que nous n'avions pas. Ensuite demande pour mettre 100€ en liquide le reste par carte. Refus et paiement complet en carte. Pas d'eau chaude, douche avec un léger filet d'eau. Clim ne marche pas alors que plus de 35° à Rome. Le clou du spectacle : réservation annulée par le propriétaire le jour de notre départ.... Comme ça ils peuvent ainsi ne pas déclarer notre passage !!!! Passez votre chemin !

- Guest (2/5): Sospechoso y problemático de principio a fin - Estaba al lado de la estación La habitación en la que estuvimos dejaba mucho que desear. Dos de las tres camas no tenían sábanas, únicamente los cubrecama, que estaban sucios, los colchones eran bastante incómodos, clavándose todos los muelles e impidiendo dormir bien. Una de las noches llovió y en la habitación había una gotera que caía directamente en una de las camas, por lo que esa noche fue aún más difícil dormir. Los baños eran compartidos y, al igual que el resto del apartamento, estaban sucios. Además se escuchaba todo el ruido de los demás huéspedes. Por la manera en la que nos recibieron, parecía una estafa, ya que nos insistieron en pagar en efectivo sin ofrecernos una factura o algún tipo de justificante. Por último, el día que nos fuimos, justo después de salir, nos cancelaron la reserva, como si nunca hubiéramos estado allí, lo que nos hizo dudar aún más de este lugar.

- Zahra (8/5): Recommended - The location is really nice. Normally people are saying Termini area is not safe (which is true) but we didnt face any issue (2 nights stay). We left our baggage at 11am then later came back for check-in. Room itself is small for 3 people but if your intention is just to find somewhere comfortable to sleep, it is a good option. There are 2 Nos of shared bathrooms which were clean. Refrigerator, microwave, kettle, iron, and hair dryer are available. Towels are provided for each person. Air conditioner was properly functioning. Overall the guesthouse is recommended. Only the area of the room is small. The rest is fine.

Lloro mi ano fatto pagare 30 euro in più e se sono permesso a prendere il soldi della carta comunque abbiamo parlato al telefono dell' mio arrivo doppi messa notte. Poi non c'era acqua calda io sono arrivato con la mia suocera di 91 anni che non se poteva fare la doccia con acqua fredda poi c'era due bagni per più di 14 persone

Todos los que hay estan fuera de la habitación, al ser un piso compartido no son seguros. -Television sin enchufar ( al no existir enchufes dentro de la habitación) - Sábanas sucias - Cocina común sucia - Las fotos no coinciden del todo con la realidad, ya que se omiten muchas cosas y solo se muestra lo bonito - Cuando hice la reserva ya le explique que llegaríamos de madrugada y no puso ninguna inconveniente ( no respondió). A los pocos dias antes de ir el dueño me comunico que deberiamos pagar 20€ extra por llegar de madrugada, al dia antes de llegar puso el mismo mensaje pero esta vez diciendo que el precio sería de 30€, que se habia equivocado al ponerlo anteriormente. Al llegar pagamos el dinero que ponia por booking por tarjeta y esos 30€ nos hizo pagarselos en efectivo al ser dinero negro. No tuvimos mas remedio que darselo ya que eran las 3 de la mañana ( cosa que ya sabia el dueño que llegariamos a esa hora al momento de la reserva) y debiamos dormir ya que al dia siguiente temprano cogiamos un tren

Dostałam informację że nie będzie problemu z zakwalifikowaniem w późnych godzinach a musiałam do ra - Lokalizacja Nie zostałam wpuszczona do obiektu po północy, brak kontaktu z właścicielem, brudno, pościel brudna dostałam wysypki po powrocie i lekarz otwarcie stwierdził że to beż brudną pościel. Podczas mojej nieobecności personel wszedł do pokoju i naprawiał drzwi, ktore wcześniej spadły mi na ręce (futryna wypadła). Zakłócanie spokoju podczas pobytu, robienie remontu przy mojej obecności.

- Paulina (1/5): - Tragedia - nic się nie podobalo. Zacznę od tego że kontakt z obiektem jest zerowy!!!! Przez brak kontaktu zostałam zmuszona do zarezerwowania innego noclegu, oczywiście podczas rezerwacji była oferta bezzwrotna. No cóż - zdecydowane na wyjazd wybrałyśmy ze względu na przystępną cenę. Dobrze że to była kwestia jednego noclegu. Proszę przeczytać do końca żeby ustrzec sie przed tym miejscem. Kartą za nocleg miała zostać obciążana automatycznie. To nie moja pierwsza rezerwacja za pośrednictwem Tej strony i zawsze używałam tej samej karty - płatność została odrzucona, Booking.com został poinformowany oczywiście w niczym mi nie pomógł, a wręcz powiedział że skoro karta odrzucona to płatności nie pobiorą w razie czego i skontaktują się z nimi żeby wyjaśnić sprawę - nie dostałam żadnej informacji, a pieniądze dzień przed przyjazdem zostały pobrane, gdzie ja żeby nie zostać na dworcu w Rzymie na noc - zarezerwowałam inny nocleg. Oczywiście teraz jest problem ze zwróceniem pieniędzy a noclegownia ma mnie w Du…pie i twierdzi że byli gotowi aby mnie przyjąć. Szkoda że nagle karta im zadziałała bez zmiany żadnej karty! Oczywiście kontakt zerowy!!!!!!! Zostałam bez wyjaśnionej sprawy i kilka stów w plecy bo oczywiście nikt nie chce ponieść odpowiedzialności za zaniedbanie. Sprawa trafia do sądu że względu na olewczw podejście obu instytucji. Zarówno noclegu jak i Booking.com. Będę domagać się zwrotu moich pieniędzy. Także jeśli ktoś nie chce zostać na lodzie to polecam szukać Innego noclegu bo to miejsce to nieporozumienie
