• AURORE (1/5): - L appartement loué n est pas conforme à ce qui est annoncé. L annonce est mensongère. En effet, dans l immeuble il y 3× 2 appartements par étage. J ai eu un appartement au rez de chaussée. Cela correspond en fait à un appartement sans lumière naturelle comme si vous étiez au sous so( la fénetre de la chambre donne sur le trottoir à demi niveau). Le jacuzzi est au 3eme étage. Il faut donc monter l escalier ( ou l ascenseur très lent pour y accéder) J ai souhaité échanger avec la personne qui louait: impossible, message complètement lunaire . C est une messagerie automatique. Très déçue vu le prix de la location. Ce n est vraiment pas honnête.

The jacuzzi is a great feature - especially when visiting Seville during the high season. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, with great amenities. Plenty of room with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. There is a lift, so you don’t have to climb the stairs. The apartment is very close to restaurants and cafes and the lively Alameda de Hércules. The only thing I would say is that if you are not able to walk far (especially on the cobbled streets of Seville), this apartment requires a taxi to get to the main attractions, such as the Alcázar, Cathedral and Plaza de España, and the main shopping areas. The taxis are not expensive though, and if you use an app, you can book them easily and they come quickly.

• Ajla (7/5): Für einen Städtetrip ist das Appartment in Ordnung. Das Stadtzentrum ist 15 Minuten entfernt (Gehzeit). Es ist eine ruhi - Das Appartement war gemütlich eingerichtet und das Zentrum ist 15 Minuten entfernt zu Fuß. Beim Jacuzzi war es sehr ruhig da wir einen am Dach hatten. Das Appartement war leider nicht so sauber. Eine Weintraube lag unter dem Tisch. In der Kommode für den Fernseher lagen Socken und zwischen der Matratze und dem Kopfteil vom Bett lagen viele Haarspangen und Haargummis.

Quelques soucis ont un peu gâché le séjour : Seulement 2 verres a eau alors que nous étions 5 (cela a été corrigé le 2eme jour) Pas de prise pour brancher le micro onde dans la cuisine ! (On a du le déplacer au sol dans le salon pour s’en servir) La hotte ne marche pas Seulement des serviettes pour 4 personnes et non 5, et personne n’est venu nous en ramener. Le jacuzzi était très sale dès le 2eme jour et malgré notre demande, personne n’est intervenu. Nous n’y sommes pas retournés. Dommage car c était censé être l un des points forts de l’appartement. L’outil IA utilisé via Whatsapp est perturbant. Parfois c est l outil qui répond, parfois une vrai personne. Sans que cela ne soit précisé. Et les réponses peuvent être contradictoires ! Par exemple on nous a dit ok pour laisser nos bagages dans l’appartement quelques heures après le Check out, puis annoncé quelques heures avant le depart que c’était impossible.

• Elke (10/5): Heerlijk schoon en mooi ingericht appartement met eigen privé jacuzzi! - Hele fijne accommodatie. Netjes en schoon. Ook van alle gemakken voorzien zoals een wasmachine, droogrek, vaatwasser, föhn etcetera. Locatie was top. Heerlijk rustig maar op loopafstand toch dichtbij alle drukte. Ook fijn om na een dag veel wandelen ‘s avonds in de privé jacuzzi te gaan. Communicatie was goed en er werd snel gereageerd op berichten. Bij aankomst hadden wij per ongeluk het verkeerde kamer nummer doorgekregen maar dit was telefonisch zo opgelost. Ook geen enkel probleem dat we eerder waren. We konden de bagage eerder brengen maar uiteindelijk was de kamer ook al klaar. Al met al echt super genoten en voor ons geen enkel minpunt. Helemaal niks.

• Johannes (7/5): City trip - We hadden een appartement op de begane grond , wat overdekt is waardoor het erg donker is binnen omdat er geen daglicht binnen komt. Op de foto,s lijkt het alsof het terras met de jacuzzi aan het appartement zit ,maar helaas was dit op de derde etage , veel trappen op of met de lift die erg langzaam was. Al met al geen goede ervaring en als we dit vooraf wisten , hadden we dit niet geboekt. Het appartement is netjes en goed ingericht.

• Nerrisa Rose (7/5): - We stayed at apartment 102 in December. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom set up was really helpful when you have a teenager. The space was huge. The place was spotless. The spa was delightful after a full day of walking. The area is quiet and walking distance to everything. They have a staff who messaged us via WhatsApp who was very helpful with recommendartions.The staff also responded immediately within minutes of messaging them for requests we had to ask about drinking glasses and towels. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds were comfortable. It's a great apartment! The spa tub was running from when we arrived (we stayed 3.5 days). We got worried about the waste in energy, we couldn't shut it down. We were also worried that we would be charged extra for electricity, we weren't. There were 2 broken lamps where the electric wires were exposed. We reported it, they acknowledged, and we didn't use it for safety. The blue bathroom was dark, we called it a cave.. The overhead lighting was not enough to light it up. It was a design flaw, we can assume. There were missing drinking glasses and towels but we were very grateful to their quick response and resolution. The apartment was chilly despite the heater temperature reading of 30 degrees. It could be that the building is not isolated and the floor was stone. The living room has no window to the outside, but a window to the stairs area. This looks like a typical Sevilla apartment building where there are middle courtyards or common stairwell. The bedrooms have windows to the outside which are good.
• Anita (9/5): Fantastisch, luxe, in de stad en toch een beetje in de rust. - Het appartement heeft een luxe uitstraling met goede bedden, gezellige inrichting. Alles is aanwezig zelfs peper, zout, shampoo, koffie echt perfect en dan nog een geweldige jacuzzi op balkon, waar we heerlijk van genoten hebben, ook in december. 😁 Het appartement is wat verder lopen van het centrum / neem of de bus 🚌 of goede wandelschoenen mee. Er is wel een mooi plein een straat verderop waar genoeg eetgelegenheden zijn.

• Miłosz (10/5): I truly recommend you to book this apartment! - I liked that apartment was very spacious. Walk-in shower was great. I've never experienced such a well-equipped kitchen including dishwasher and microwave. Jacuzzi is a big plus as well. Very comfortable bed and fold-out sofa. Nothing serious, really. Maybe just that the apartment was quite dark and the light bulb in the bathroom was flickering.

• Ron (8/5): Top - Alles was zeer goed, het keukentje waar je in de ochtend lekker je ontbijtje met koffie kan maken. Het bed was heerlijk, evenals de douche. De ligging was ietwat te ver van het historisch centrum. Maar het mocht de pret niet drukken. We hebben erg genoten. Ik heb helaas geen gebruik kunnen maken van de jacuzzi terwijl ik juist daarom deze had uitgekozen. Deze was ergens lek en door de lage waterstand spoot het water ineens alle kanten het bad uit. Daardoor daarna onbruikbaar.

• Helena (8/5): Luxurious suite with jacuzzi - The jacuzzi, two bathrooms, space, coffee machine, dishwasher. Everything was cleaned and looked nice. The extractor hood in the kitchen was broken. We had 9 shampoos and 1 shower gel, had to wait 1,5 day to receive shower gels instead of shampoo (but we finally received it).

• Janne (8/5): Pitkä viikonloppu Sevillassa - Asunto vastasi kuvausta. Hyvät sängyt ja tyynyt. Makuuhuoneet kaukana toisistaan. Kävely etäisyydellä Betisin stadionilta. Keittiö soveltuu vain aamupalan tekemiseen. Pysäköinti tällä alueella kaupunkia on erittäin haastavaa. Noin 1,5 km Sevillan matkailu nähtävyyksistä joten varaudu kävelemään.

Comfortable beds and - Great location in a lovely neighbourhood with great choice of restaurants and bars Lacked a few basics - no tea towels, very few glasses, no non stick pan Very uncomfortable sofa

• Elise (10/5): This apartment exceeded our expectations by far. Beautiful, spacious apartment + excellent service - This apartment exceeded our expectations. It was huge, impeccably clean, wonderful location, fair pricing, beautifully designed, had all the amenities and more, super friendly and accommodating staff (who even helped with a reservation in another city). Would 100% recommend Magno apartments. A wonderful place and would for sure go back! there is nothing bad I can think of this apartment or the provided service.
