Tive um problema, o acento da privada estava totalmente errado, a pia estava entupida, reclamei pelo chat do booking e me pediram as fotos, mandei pelo zap, falaram que iam resolver, fiquei 4 diárias e simplesmente não resolveram e pararam de me responder pelo zap, cobrei e ignoraram. Então se precisar de auxílio não tem como !!! Não respondem e não dão conta e olha que eles tem inúmeros apartamentos lá.

Qndo fui avisada antes da estadia, falaram que não poderiam trocar de apartamento. Sendo assim, não adiantou nada terem informado no dia anterior a questão da reforma. Moramos em São Paulo e fomos para hotel para relaxar, descansar, o que de fato não aconteceu. O lençol também estava furado e tinha muita sujeira embaixo da cama.

Péssima forma de tratar o hóspede na comunicação, não foram solicitos na única exigência de antecipar o check em apenas 3h, quando eu estava vindo de um voo de mais de 15h e só precisava entrar na acomodação para deixar as malas e deitar. A solicitação foi feita com antecedência no ato da reserva e mesmo assim o trato foi “o checkin é somente no horário informado de 16h”.

Cyclinn não tinha enviado ainda minha reserva para o hotel quando eu cheguei, o que gerou grande ansiedade quando a recepcionista falou que não havia nada em meu nome, sendo que eu já havia pago a estadia. Ainda demorou um pouco até dar certo. Por isso a experiência nao foi tão boa. Mas sobre a acomodação, nada a reclamar.

Silvia (9/5): Muito agradável - Localização, decoração linda e funcional e funcionalidade da acomodação com microondas, louças, frigobar, ferro e tábua de passar. Streaming também disponível. Pode ser melhorado com um porta toalhas de rosto no banheiro e o ar condicionado é um pouco barulhento. O lindo flat merecia um aparelho mais novo e silencioso. A comunicação com a Cycling ou com a proprietária precisa ser facilitada.

Kleber (7/5): Experiencia boa desde o inicio até o fim da hospedagem - Localizacao do hotel foi excelente devido a necessidade de proximidade para o local de trabalho. Cafe da manha excelente, muita variedade, otimo atendimento, limpeza e agilidade no atendimento. Preço do café da manha (pois nao estava incluso na minha hospedagem), muito justo, proporcionado excelente custo x beneficio. Nao tive a oportunidade de almocar no local. Ao chegar no andar, as paredes estavam em preparação de pintura (pos lixamento), o que entendi quando entrei no andar e no quarto, estava tudo recem pintado (internamente) e em progresso de trabalho no corredor, o que proporcinaou um leve mal estar devido o cheiro da tinta. nada que afetasse muito, mas um ponto a destacar e observar, pois tenho um certo probelam com o cheiro da tinta. Mas, muito pontual.

Regina Guimil (8/5): Confortável e bom custo beneficio! - Bom atendimento da recepção, esclarecendo que estamos dentro do Hotel Wyndham, e quais serviços são da Cyclin. Quarto confortável, bem decorado, cama king size, armário espaçoso, iluminação direta e indireta e abajures. Banheiro de bom tamanho e ducha excelente. TV imensa e excelente. Estacionamento gratuito e boa localização. Todo atendimento do flat é feito pelo chat do Booking, eles foram rápidos no retorno. - não é possível abrir e nem ver as janelas do quarto, a cortina blackout juntamente com as persianas não podem ser abertas; - toalhas de banho poderiam ser melhores, não condizem com o flat; - não há ar condicionado quente, pegamos dias frios em Sao Paulo, tivemos que pedir mais edredons.

RENATO (6/5): Cama 10,0; Ducha 10,0; Café manhã 09,0; Localização 8,5 - Quarto relativamente novo e bastante aconchegante. Cama e roupa de cama de excelente qualidade garantindo sono bom. Ducha no 6o andar é uma das melhores vivenciadas em hoteis. Café da manhã apesar de não incluso, vale caso deseje tomar café no hotel. Localização próxima berrini, estações e fácil saída para zona sul. O quarto que informaram na reserva não estava disponível. Foi necessário aguardar a resolução do problema na recepção que levou 15 a 20 minutos para conclusão. Após isso, estadia seguiu sem novos problemas.
Luana (4/5): Decepcionante. - Cama extra grande e aconchegante, ótimo chuveiro a gás e torneiras aquecidas, poltrona bem confortável Acomodação despreparada para o inverno, sem cobertores extras para o frio, apenas uma manta. Sem ar condicionado quente, o quarto estava super gelado, secador de cabelo queimado. Não possuem secador de toalhas elétrico e não oferecem uma toalha de banho por dia, o que não faz nenhum sentido, pois as toalhas não tem local adequado para secagem e uso no outro dia. Equipe extremamente desatenta, não foi informado previamente sobre horário de check in, e logo que fiz a reserva foi me enviado uma mensagem sobre o horário de check in . De imediato entrei em contato para questionar e perguntar se poderia ser feito a mudança de horário, pedi para adiantar a reserva pois chegaria 5h antes do horário previsto de check in. Caso não fosse possível iria logo fazer o cancelamento para não me estressar com imprevistos no dia. Foi informado que tudo bem, mas ao chegar no local , descobri que não havia sido informado ao hotel sobre a minha chegada e não havia ninguém que pudesse resolver a situação. O quarto não estava nem limpo ainda. Foi super estressante, tive que aguardar 4h para liberação das chaves. Como se não bastasse, não informaram sobre não haver reposição das toalhas , nem cobertores , ainda tiveram a cara de pau de querer cobrar pela solicitação. Não voltarei, como o quarto não é gerenciado pelo hotel, nada é resolvido com agilidade. Não vale o valor cobrado.

Sahs (9/5): A nice interior design hotel room they made my stay very comfortable. - The room interior design was beyond my expectations. Super clean. It was perfect for a one night stay. The check in and check out process was super easy, and the contact person was very helpful and prompt in answering any questions or doubts. There was no fan system or the fan may not of been functional in t to the bathroom.
