• Marita (8/5): Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt - Die Wohnung war komfortabel und sehr sauber. Schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen.Die Schlüsselübergabe hat sehr gut geklappt. Leider fehlten ein paar Gebrauchsgegenstände

Propriétaire disponible. - nous avons aimé la taille, la propreté et l'équipement mis à disposition, ainsi que les échanges avec la propriétaire. l'emplacement de parking était occupé, mais nous avons pu nous garer dans la rue à proximité. quartier légèrement excentré.
• Lennart (10/5): TOP - War alles super man hatte auch direkt Wasser und einen kleinen Präsentkorb vom Gastgeber Wohnung war sauber. Zu dieser Jahreszeit wäre es angebracht vorab die Wohnung vorzuheizen bevor Gäste kommen da wir relativ spät gekommen sind war es dann in der ersten Nacht kalt, aber am darauf folgenden Tag alles super.

Workum (5/5): Goed appartement op een teleurstellende locatie. - Het appartement op de 1e verdieping was schoon, de keuken was uitgebreid ingericht en alles wat je nodig had voor een verblijf was aanwezig. Wifi was goed, TV ook, had even een handleiding aanwezig kunnen zijn. Het grote balkon was fijn met uitzicht op de gedeelde binnentuin. De ontvangst was wel heel hartelijk door de eigenaresse. De locatie. We hadden dit geboekt op basis van redelijke nabijheid van het centrum van Bonn. Het appartement grenst aan de rand van een louche bedrijventerrein met veel autosloperijen. Er liepen vage figuren rond op straat en dat er lange tijd een auto met draaiende motor en een paar gasten erin voor je deur staat laat in de avond draagt niet bij tot een veilig gevoel. We zouden twee nachten blijven, maar zijn meteen 's ochtends weer vertrokken. Het tweepersoonsbed was opgemaakt met 1 eenpersoonsdekbed , niet comfortabel om onder te slapen.
• Monika (4/5): Enttäuschend - die Wohnung drin ist sehr schön eingerichtet, modern, schöner Boden, 2 Toiletten - sehr praktisch, nette Gastgeberin die Schlüsselübergabe, die Gastgeberin schickt veraltete Fotos vom Balkon wo das Schließfach ist, dadurch sehr schlecht zu finden, die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus, über dem Schlafzimmer direkt ein schreiendes Baby, Schlaf nicht möglich, sind deswegen sogar schneller abgereist, drumherum Industriegebiet mit merkwürdigen Gestalten auf der Straße einen Spaziergang kann man vergessen, keine Klimaanlage, kein Parkplatz, mussten paar Straßen weiter parken, Gepäck und Lebensmittel weit tragen - eine Katastrophe nicht zu empfehlen, Lärm und Stress muss ich nicht bezahlen - habe ich Zuhause umsonst! Erholung und Entspannung nicht möglich, das Haus ist für eine Ferienwohnung nicht geeignet, Balkon sehr schmal, kein Sonnenschirm man kann nur nachmittags draußen sitzen

Good TV/Wifi….nice welcome pack and instruction leaflet. Plenty of towels provided. All good. A little far from city centre - not walkable (but that was made clear in description before booking) - but only 5-10 min walk to Tram stop for city. (Approx 15-20 eur for taxi from city)
