• Richard (1/5): Heizung eine Attrappe - Zentral Lage in Omodos Kälte in Zimmer , defekte Klimaanlage , defekte bei gestellten zusatz Heizung. Lügen über Whats App das morgen vor unsere Anreise alles funktioniert hat. Lüge ! Das Berichten Gäste vor uns , die zusätzliche Heizung ist eine Attrappe. Wir haben geschlafen mit Jacken und morgens aufgewacht mit kalte Nase. Verstehe nicht das Booking.com meine Bitte mit diesen Gastgeber zusammenarbeit einstellen soll nicht nachkommen will. Ja , mir wurde anderes Apartment angeboten , dort funktioniert Klimaanlage aber die ist Tür Eingang und Schlafraum am Ende grossen Wohnberreich. Ein Gast hat sich auch dort bei Bewertung beschwert über die Kälte, das die Wärme von Klimaanlage bis in Schlafraum nicht erreicht weil diese einfach von wolummen zu schwach ist. Diese Ausweichen zum total zweitklassigen Apartment fand ich beleidigend, vielleicht der Besitzer oder die Firma ( ich weiß nicht mit wem ich da geschrieben habe ) immer mit gleichen Vorgehen kommt.Wem nicht gefällt habe ausweichen Möglichkeit. Zum Schluss fand ich am schlimmsten weitere Lüge über Handwerker die angeblich kommen sich die Heizung anzuschauen.Die waren weder Abends noch morgens. Wir empfehlen hier nur in Sommer zu übernachten. Wasserflecken in der Dusche an Glastür haben uns nicht gestört - über Duschen mit kalte Zimmer war nicht in Frage kommen. Omodos hat uns dafür Grotten schlechte Übernachtung mit Ihrem Schwarm etwas zurückgegeben.Tolles Ort , nur schlechte Übernachtung.

• Christos (10/5): Perfect gateway loft at Omodos center! - Location was amazing, right in the heart of the village's center. An entire loft just for us, with everything that is needed for a short getaway from the city. Due to its central location, some noise from the shops and cafés below can be heard. As I tend to wake up early, this was not a significant issue for me; however, an upgrade to double-glazed windows would greatly enhance sound insulation and overall comfort.
• Christos (7/5): Overall nice - Clean, organized and the location was perfect!! A bit noisy, my main issue was the water temperature. We followed the instructions for the water heater, went into the shower and the hot water run for 3-4 minutes max and then it turned into cold and had to shower with cold water. Waited for an hour to get warm so my partner could shower and same thing happened. Couldn’t manage to contact the management as my message on WhatsApp didn’t get through.

• Savvina (2/5): - Nothing apart from the Location Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean when we arrived. There were water stains everywhere, a used bar of soap left by the sink, and an unpleasant smell. I contacted the hosts and sent photos to show the condition. They replied to my first message saying they could not see anything unclean except for the soap bar. However, when I later asked if someone could come and clean the bathroom while I was out for a few hours, I received no further response and was left on read. The stairs were also very dangerous. They were extremely steep with high, narrow steps. I can imagine that older people or anyone with mobility issues would find them very difficult or unsafe to use.
• Amy (10/5): Best place in Omodos! - What an amazing place to stay, this is a lovely town and this place is right in the heart of it, with a balcony overlooking the plazza. We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The communication was very easy, and they provided instructions on how to find it and a key code, all was perfect. The room was clean and comfortable, the balcony was lovely to sit on. I've seen some other reviews previously of people complaining, which I don't agree with. We had plenty of hot water and no trouble with the shower, there is a blue Boost button in the kitchen under the table/chair that you'd need to press about 20 minutes before showering so the immersion heater can do it's thing. Really easy. The restaurants in Omodos typically close in the evenings (although we were there in low season), and it is day time trade mostly, so we had lovely late lunches in the plaza. There is an excellent bakery nearby. The evenings and nighttime were quiet at the time. Parking is easy at a nearby free car park. The apartment was very clean and tidy. Yes, there is 1 set of stairs to go up, as it's on the first floor, so to be expected. I can't remember the other nonsensical complaints, but this place is such a gem. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
• Monika (1/5): Bardzo negatywne doświadczenie. - Bardzo ładny pokój w doskonałej lokalizacji. Obiekt oferuje funkcjonalności, których nie posiada. W ofercie była klimatyzacja. Zimą na Cyprze klimatyzacja jest jedyną skuteczną formą ogrzewania. W praktyce klimatyzacja była niesprawna, co oznacza, że pokój był pozbawiony ogrzewania - w górskim miasteczku, w styczniu, przy temperaturze na poziomie 0 stopni Celsjusza. Natychmiast skontaktowaliśmy się w tej sprawie z obiektem, jednak w odpowiedzi dostaliśmy wiadomość, że wystarczające ogrzewanie zapewni wstawiony do pokoju piecyk przenośny. Kilka razy w ciągu wieczoru pisaliśmy do obsługi wiadomości, że pomimo włączenia piecyka na maksymalną moc, sytuacja przez kilka godzin nie uległa zmianie, piecyk jest niewydolny i w pokoju jest zimno. W odpowiedzi dostaliśmy informację, że obiekt nie miał wcześniej takich zażaleń, a piecyk jest wystarczający. Następnie obsługa przestała odpisywać na nasze wiadomości. Piecyk nie był wystarczający, był ledwo działający, a my spędziliśmy noc w kurtkach. Samo wstawienie zastępczego piecyka oznacza, że obsługa była świadoma faktu, że klimatyzacja nie jest sprawna, a więc obiekt nie spełnia kryteriów własnej oferty. Pomimo tego, obsluga do końca nie była zainteresowana rozwiązaniem problemu, a po zgłoszeniu reklamacji przez Booking odmówiła jakiekolwiek rekompensaty, co jest nieakceptowalne.
• Mary (2/5): I just did in what I didnt like! - Centrral location. No hot water, so cold showers. half a bottle of water left in the kitchen cabinet and other crap. Pillow was extremely discomfortable Cudnt sleep the entire two nights. Building works outside so new sandals get damaged and dirty. I would never go again.

• Frankie (10/5): Beautiful! - Amazing location. Bar opposite gave us lots of free drinks, such friendly people around. We felt right at home! Was extremely cosy, homely and surprisingly quiet considering we were in close proximity to the main area. Thank you! Will be back

• Martin (8/5): - Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super freundlich und die Lage der Unterkunft - direkt im Ortszentrum - ist top. Ein großer kostenfreier Parkplatz befindet sich ca 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. Fällt mir nichts ein... außer das es nur UK Steckdosen gibt - also Adapter einpacken

Would definitely recommend - Location was fantastic, right in the centre of the village, it was so nice to sit on the little balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and see the village start to wake up. Plenty of places to eat and good choice of bakeries for breakfast. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

• Guillaume (2/5): Cafards, logement insalubre - La vue, la literie , le lieu Il y a une infestation de cafards dans le logement, et celui est toujours disponible à la location... Ces cafards passaient par la trappe du grenier le soir et traversaient le lit dans lequel nous dormions... Nous avons fait un signalement au propriétaire, qui semblait au courant de cette infestation Il ne nous a pas donné de nouvelles, et les cafards ont continué à sortir le jour suivant , 12 cafards tués. C'est malheureux car l'emplacement et le logement sont vraiment sympathiques. Nous sommes toujours en attente du service client booking, pour obtenir un dédomagement et pour que le logement ne soit plus mis en location le temps d'une désinfestation

• Jacob (5/5): Disappointing arrival. - Great location. Nice modern room, well fitted out. A bit difficult to find the apartment. When we arrived at the appointed time, 15:15, the apartment was not cleaned, and the bed was not made. After contacting the apartment management, to their credit, the room was made up while we went for a late lunch.
• Adrian (10/5): A perfect location in one of our favourite places ❤️ - We loved everything about this property! Omodos is one of our favourite places in Cyprus and the property was in such a perfect location, right in the middle of the square. It had a lovely little balcony, great for sitting watching over the square with a glass of wine! The property was very clean with a comfortable bed, lovely bedding and towels. We had plenty of hot water and the air conditioning worked well (we were there in April and it was a bit chilly so we used it for heat) We didn’t really use the kitchen facilities as we didn’t need them. We were there out of season and during the day there are so many places to eat but most of them closed at night so there were limited places for an evening meal so we recommend eating at lunchtime. We did find Stou Kir-Yianni Restaurant on our second evening and had a fantastic mini meze there. We will definitely return, it’s a perfect place to stay while visiting this beautiful little town. The only slight negative was opening the shutters and doors was a bit tricky but it added to the quaintness and charm of the place.

• Alina (7/5): Good - it was clean and comfortable and very cute. you could hear everything from outside and ac wasnt working so it was cold in the room. It was okay since we found an extra blanket in the wardrobe next to the bed but other than that i would say the value of money is not so good. Maybe in the summer it would be more worth it. Maybe will revisit.

It is located at the centre of the square (which is small but beautiful), and right next to everything for food, coffee, souvenirs etc. We had to leave🥲

• Rebecca (7/5): Lovely time, great location, a little overated - Location of the property is ideal, right in the middle of Omodos Square, and has all facilities you may need for your stay When we arrived, the room was not ready for check in. The bedsheets were not changed, it was dirty and food leftovers from previous people that stayed there. The property management company took 1 hour to give me an update and acknowledge the fact that the room was a mess. Luckily the cleaner came after all that time and sorted the room out for us.

• Alexandra (6/5): Comfortable loft in the towns centre, definitely not luxurious. - Great location, very comfortable bed. Steep staircase, doors and shutters very hard to open and close, absolutely dusty, kitchen and bathroom were filthy, shower head (unmovable)shoots water straight across the room; same with the kitchen tap (hit the wall when you turned it on), the fridge has a mouldy smell. Communication was very cold, not welcoming just matter of fact, almost rude.
