My friend and I loved it❤️ At first check in was a bit complicated because the check in system wouldn’t allow us to confirm check in but our agent/host was incredibly responsive, helpfully and sorted it out for us

• Gordon (9/5): Nicely equipped, roomy apartment, close to metro and services, in a non-touristy neighborhood. - Roomy apartment, well equipped, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Metro station Estrecho on L1 is only 5 minutes walk, as is the local mercado, two large supermarkets, and restaurants. Check in and access was easy and a reception desk was staffed during weekdays to answer any questions. New building. Nothing negative.

• Zofia (10/5): Well communicated, quiet and clean location. - Clean, good standard, quiet - for a family with kids it was perfect. The location is great, the metro and bus are very close to the apartment. We were missing bowls. It was hard to eat cereal out of a deep dish, especially for our kid.

Check-in only at 4PM, flat quite dark as only one non-restricted window (the bedroom window looked into the courtyard). For those who want to cook just to be aware there are no basic amenities available - salt/pepper/oil.

Had difficulty with the door combo at first but the staff quickly assisted and I realized my fingers were hitting the wrong buttons. Phenomenal playground for all ages a couple blocks away with restaurants. Walking distance to Real Madrid Stadium. Possibly change the door handle combo locks. They were very sensitive and tiny numbers. I had to have my little kids do it because my fingers kept hitting multiple buttons

• Geraldine (10/5): Appartement idéal pour un séjour en famille - Appartement neuf confortable et très bien équipé. Garage privé dans la résidence. Très bon emplacement à 15 minutes a pied du Stade Barnabeu et à 5 minutes d une station de métro qui permet d accéder au centre ville. Nous avons adoré cet appartement pour notre séjour en famille. Le seul bémol les toilettes dans la salle de bain.

• Thomas (9/5): Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. - Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Sehr viel Stauraum. Wohnung hat Fernseher im Schlaf-und Wohnraum. Bett sehr bequem. Es war Nachts auch ohne Beleuchtung sehr hell: Notlicht über der Eingangstür + Licht vom Herd. Leider gab es kein Fenster im Bad. Müslischalen wären noch nett gewesen.
• Diana (10/5): - Estaba muy limpio, las camas y las almohadas súper cómodas. Tenía todo lo necesario en la cocina para preparar el desayuno. Muy cerca del mercadona. La ubicación es muy buena, realmente lo recomiendo. Talves que nos dieran más cápsulas de café y sobres de sal.
• Filipa (9/5): - O alojamento está muito bem localizado, perto do metro ( estação Estrecho) , supermercado Mercadona ( ao lado), cafés e restaurantes próximos. Linha azul do metro , direto para os pontos turísticos ( Gran Via, Sol, Atocha …). É permitido deixar a bagagem antes do check-in e enviam mensagem quando o apartamento está pronto. De igual modo, é permitido deixar bagagem na receção até às 17h no check-out. Um aspecto exelente foi a insonorização dos apartamentos, sem ruído exterior ( rua tranquila). A limpeza estava ótima e a cama era muito confortável tal como o sofá cama. No geral, exelente qualidade / preço! Um aspecto a considerar é o ruído proveniente do extrator da casa-de-banho, não conseguimos desligar.

• Maika (10/5): Apartamento fantástico - El apartamento es amplio, está limpio, tiene todo lo necesario, es moderno… y sobre todo es precioso. Sin duda, lo recomiendo. La única pega, es la ubicación. Pero en el momento de hacer la reserva ya sabíamos que no está ubicado en pleno centro. Aunque tampoco es una pega, porque hay una estación de metro a un par de minutos!!
