• Ann-Sofie (9/5): Fijne plek om tot rust te komen na een dag in de stad. - Goede ligging, op wandelafstand van de Londense metro, met veel winkeltjes en eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Mooi appartement, voorzien van alle comfort. Gezellig thuiskomen na een drukke dag in de stad. Gastheer is ook heel vlot bereikbaar en erg vriendelijk.

• Beth (9/5): Excellent location and comfortable space - Excellent location! Comfortable amenities and well equipped kitchen. My sisters and I had a great stay and would definitely come back! Some of the lights weren’t working and the blind in the kitchen was broken. Very minor things but if fixed would be a 10/10!

• Lisa (10/5): Really quite lovely space great value for money - Coming from the country and it being so quiet we always know we won’t be sleeping due to the noise of London traffic but as both bedrooms over look a huge graveyard it was exceptionally quiet for London and we slept very well. The property does need a little tlc around the bath, curtains and the front door but everything else was brilliant. Couldn’t fault the kitchen
• Amanda (6/5): Expensive for an apartment which needed some investment to bring it up to the standard expected for the price being char - The apartment was spacious It was tired in places, missing diner knobs on the wall switches and bulbs not working, the bath panel was badly cracked and in need of replacing, no tea towel or kitchen towels available to use, the entrance door lock was awkward.

• Jorge (10/5): Nice apartment perfectly located for any stay in London - Lovely fully equipped apartment 10min walk from Earl's Court station. The photos are absolutely accurate and James is always available for any issue. Definitely a place to stay again.
• ceri (9/5): - The private rooftop was great early morning and late at night once back home. I think it would benefit from more fans, especially as the weather was 30 degrees.
• Jenny (10/5): We loved this apartment. The apartment, the location and James, the host, were excellent. - Light, airy , spacious apartment, beautifully furnished in a great location. We were there for a visit to Wimbledon and James surprised us with a welcoming gift of Pimm’s and strawberries! Tube station 5 minutes walk and some great local restaurants. Tricky front door lock.

• Mark (8/5): Ok value for money for the area, hosts available. - Flat was nice Well equipped Good access to tube for London attractions Good sound insulation Communal areas dirty and stank of curry Beds not comfortable Parts of flat dirty, needs a really thorough clean. Lights in bedroom did not work Some Windows did not open and some were not lockable. Lock on front door was difficult
• Gavin (9/5): Superb - The appartment is lovely, and very well situated. We enjoyed our stay very much. Any gripes are nitpicking. The only thing I can really think of are that the fridge, and cupboards in the kitchen are maybe more suited to taller people. My wife is 5ft 1 and found using the top shelf of the fridge and cupboards challenging.

• Mark (5/5): Passable - Location is fine The entrance staircase and the appartement are very dusty. Wiping around with a multi-use mop as hairy as at the barbershop does not remove the dirt. You should get a vacuum cleaner ! Bathroom door doesn't close. Since it opens to the livingroom and dining area - visitors should be very tolerant with each other...

• Guillaume (8/5): Very good - Great location, good light and 2 quiet bedrooms with a view on the cemetery that is quite nice too to go to for a walk. The flat is nicely built with overall good quality materials and really great kitchenware. The entrance staircase carpet is filthy which I understand is not something the owner has directly under control but still it doesn't "invite" you to discover a place that is much nicer! the lower bedroom under the terrasse has strong smell of mold which I believe will only get worse in the winter.
