The apartment itself was very well presented but just a slight issue with access and pool access, a lock box would really help this situation but other than that the property was great Just the key situation for check in/ check out

• Claire McGuinness (8/5): - The location is brilliant—everything is within easy walking distance, from pubs and restaurants to the beach and supermarket. The complex is mostly home to locals, which keeps it peaceful. It would be ideal for a small family of four. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and really well equipped. The WiFi worked perfectly, and having Netflix and YouTube was handy. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and there were lots of towels and useful cleaning products provided. The owner was fantastic—easy to reach by text, very accommodating, and genuinely keen to make sure everything was perfect. The only minor downside is that the apartment is more compact than the photos suggest. It’s beautifully presented, but the space is quite limited, and five adults did feel a little cramped. For a short stay of three nights it was absolutely fine, but it wouldn’t be ideal for a longer visit. That said, it didn’t impact our trip as we were out most of the time and still found it comfortable overall.

• Sofia (10/5): - The apartment is clean and well organized with everything you need. The location is ideal, the beach is at 10 minutes and there are lots of supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Jonatan was available and helpful at any time, his service was excellent! I would 100% recommend it!

• Davor (10/5): - L appuntamento si trova in un ottima posizione, vicino alle spiagge, vicino a Siam Park, ci sono molti supermercati, ristoranti, bar, tutti vicino Il proprietario e suo padre sono stati sempre disponibili e gentilissimi. L'appartamento è confortevole e molto pulito.

• yohanna (1/5): une tres mauvaise expérience - Déja nous avons attendu une heure dans un parking souterrain pour que quelqu'un vienne nous accueillir. Entre temps un voisin hystérique est venu nous interpeller pour nous dire de pas faire de bruit sinon il appellerait la guardia. En arrivant, les serviettes étaient étendues, trempées. Et l’apothéose c’est la tâche de sang sur le drap au moment de se coucher. Inadmissible ! Le voisin a débarqué en pleine nuit, menaçant alors que nous étions tranquillement en train de discuter dans le canapé. Lorsque j'ai dit tout cela à l’hôte, il avait l'air navré et nous a proposé un dédommagement. Promesse qu'il n'a jamais tenu évidemment malgré les nombreuses demandes de booking. Honnêtement c'est un établissement à fuir, loin des prestations indiquées. Cela a bien gâché notre séjour. Passez votre chemin

• Asia (9/5): Great apartment! - Great host, super helpful! Property was clean and we felt safe in the area. Everything about the property was great! The only downside was, the owner allowed us to leave our luggage till our flight but the cleaner didn’t come back on time for us to collect it so we was waiting outside for 25 minutes.
• Donna (10/5): Great location - The location was excellent The building is a residential block so you must be quite which we were ! My child age 7 moved her chair in sun room and it made a loud nose at 10.30pm I got a knock to the door from the neighbour saying I was loud with the furniture moving and we were talking !! I didn’t play music we didn’t shout which is very off putting we were not in slightest loud we talked lightly and always asleep by 11/1130 !! I think the neighbours may have issue with tourist ! The owner was very good at communicating with us most of the time ! On the last day I did look to take out the trash to help the cleaner out and was very puzzled to where to take the owner told me very vaguely but after 20 min I found ! The cleaner could have been more friendly we did leave the accommodation as we found it she had very little to do thought she could have been more pleasant been honest with you !
• Victoria (9/5): Lovely stay in a well appointed apartment. - 3 separate double bedrooms & 2 good bathrooms. Apartment close to 2 quiet swimming pools which were accessible by key. Very close to restaurants, shops, taxis and easily walkable beaches. Razvan, very helpful and friendly even though we eventually arrived at the apartment about 2/3 hours later than expected. Had a slight problem with showers flooding but not insurmountable. Could have had information about using the apartment and local facilities.

• Szilvia (10/5): Good. - The accommodation was clean. It was nice. Well equipped. It is in the center, but the house is noisy. The house was loud and noisy. The neighbor played music all the time. There are also 2 cameras in the apartment. This is not acceptable.
• Sarah (6/5): Compact apartment. Wouldn't describe it luxury as advertised. . - Located in tourist area thus easy access to restaurants, shops with garage parking. Three double comfortable beds with effective ceiling fans. Two shower rooms thus suitable for family of 4. Access to a pool which the kids enjoyed. No instructions on how to find the property. Had to contact host to get directions/further details. Underground garage parking, remote did not work, had to wait for other garage users to come along to get car in and out. Got replacement 24 hours before our departure. Although there are effective ceiling fans in the bedrooms, there is no air-conditioning or fans in the main living area. Bedrooms were just big enough to fit the double beds. Cupboard door had fallen off in one of the bedrooms. Shower rooms are compact! Toilets are very close to the shower screens. Seal for one of the shower trays had come away so room flooded if you showered, thus only had one usable shower. Kitchen was not well equipped. Fridge door tray/shelf broken. Sweet from previous guest under TV unit. Other than that apartment was clean. If you like to be located in the centre of the tourist area then it's a great location. We now know that we'd prefer something more rural. Kids were kept awake by local kids playing football, shouting, from 8 until 11pm each night in courts outside their bedroom windows.

• Sean (10/5): Location PERFECT, Apartment STUNNING - SEE YOU NEXT YEAR ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - The property was in the perfect location and very central to everything that Adeje has to offer. We didn’t walk more than 5-10 mins to bars/restaurants and you are also only 10mins away from the beach. This was very important for us personally as we travelled with three young children and didn’t want to be walking long distances, especially in the evenings. I thought the property was both modern and luxurious, I’m glad we decided to stay here as this property is definitely much more luxurious than the majority of apartments nearby which is just your standard terracotta tiles and basic living arrangements. We really enjoyed our time in the evenings when we returned to the property and put our girls to sleep. There was a huge corner sofa for all of us to sit on and we had Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime, YouTube on a 55inch TV to help calm the kids down and whined down for bed time. Then myself and my wife would sit in the balcony area and have a drink and nibbles. :-) I’ve been travelling to Tenerife now for 10 years and this is by far the nicest apartment I’ve ever stayed in so far. The apartment was very clean, it was also very cool/comfortable temperature wise. Normally when I travel to Tenerife air con is essential as Tenerife can get extremely hot. This property doesn’t have air con which initially I was concerned about but when I spoke to Razvan when I contacted the property through booking.com he assured me the property didn’t need this as it was naturally cool and he was definitely right! Razvan was also brilliant. He arrived on time for check in and went through everything inside the property with us. Whenever I needed to message him he always replied promptly and he was just really kind and really helpful and made our stay extra special. I can’t think of anything negative we absolutely loved our stay here. 5 stars from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
