- nicolette (9/5): Heerlijk - Alles nieuw en schoon, ruim, goede gordijnen, fijne douche, mogelijkheid voor koffie/thee. Rustig want mijn appartement (201) lag aan de achterzijde, wifi werkte goed. Locatie centraal in dorpje. De matrastopper was verouderd en had pluis bolletjes die je voelt door het laken heen. (Net als pluis bolletjes op een trui) Ik heb dit bij de schoonmaakster gemeld en hoop dat ze de pluis bolletjes verwijderen voor volgende gasten. Ik heb verder heel goed geslapen omdat ik het dekbed van het andere bed gebruikte om op te liggen en hierdoor dus geen last had van de bolletjes.

- Mic (8/5): Grundsätzlich sehr gut. - Kontaktloser Check-In hat reibungslos funktioniert, Zimmer wirklich schön, alles neu und sauber, großartige Ausstattung auch für den eigenen Kochbedarf. Wegen einer Großveranstaltung direkt vor dem Haus wollten wir gerne das Zimmer tauschen, da es auf die Straße hinaus ging. Leider war über die beiden Telefon-Hotlines niemand erreichbar. Auf meine Email kam zwar nach einiger Zeit eine Antwort, da waren wir aber bereits unterwegs und ich konnte meine Reise-Unterlagen nicht heraussuchen.

Check-in ușor și comunicare bună lipsa unei parcări proprii a creat disconfort. A trebuit să căutăm loc pe stradă și să ne ocupăm de regulile de parcare publică. Ar fi util ca acest aspect să fie comunicat foarte clar în descriere, poate fi incomod, mai ales pentru cei care ajung seara sau călătoresc cu bagaje/copii cum a fost in cazul nostru

- rope (9/5): In Bad Hall eine ausgezeichnete Unterkunft - Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief online - alles war perfekt vorbereitet, die Zugangscodes zeitgerecht übermittelt, auch zum Checkout wurde der Link geschickt. Die Größe des Zimmers (Suite) war sehr ausgiebig. Die Küchenzeile perfekt saueber - Kaffeekapseln waren auch da. Die Lage im Zentrum war sehr ruhig.

Leider wurde mir auf meine Anfrage hin mitgeteilt, es seien keine Topper verfügbar, sodass ich extra einen mitgenommen habe. Im Bad sind statt eines Spiegels die Kabel aus der Wand herausgestanden und die Duschrinne war verstopft, sodass das Wasser nur sehr langsam abgelaufen ist bzw. In der Dusche gestanden ist.

- Susanne (10/5): Zufriedenheit - Zentrale Lage, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Selbst Check in empfand ich als einfach. Küchenausstattung sehr lobenswert, inkl.Flaschenöffner, Kaffeetabs, Teebeutel, Salz & Pfeffer, Essig & Öl, Sparschäler, scharfe Messer, reichlich Geschirr, Schere, Tabs für Spülmaschine, Spülmittel, Wettex, Geschirrtuch! Küchenarbeitsfläche ist leider sehr hoch. Ansonsten alles tiptop! Im oberen Stock befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Wäscheständer und Bügeltisch/-eisen sind im Zimmer vorhanden. Ich konnte mir einen Staubsauer vom Reinigungspersonal leihen. TIPP für Parkmöglichkeit: Im Rathaus/Bürgerservice kann man ein Wochenticket (€25) oder ein Monatsticket (€50) für die Parkgarage kaufen, die fußläufig in 5 Min erreichbar ist. Im gesamten Ortsgebiet besteht gebührenpflichtige Kurzparkzonem daher ein tolles Angebot. Obwohl sich die Türe automatisch verriegelt und man die Tür nur mit Code öffnen kann, ist es ein unangenehmes Gefühl von innen keinen Riegel zum versperren der Eingangstür zu haben.
