- Galina (10/5): Apartment and location recommended - The apartment was excellent and was well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Getting to the location by car was easy, and the location itself was perfect with the CBD within walking distance and public transport located right out front. The views from the apartment were fantastic, and being dog-friendly was a great bonus. The team managing the property were also responsive, friendly and well organised. While not impacted by additional fees for this stay, there are hidden fees/surcharges and penalty clauses to look out for in the detailed terms and conditions - these are not displayed upfront prior to booking and are instead shared during the pre-check-in process.

Terrifying view of city and Yarra
Clean Checkout and checkin too complicated (dishwasher, dispose of garbage, photograph keys return keys to alternate address)
Checkin time very late 3pm and no where to store bag before or after checkin and checkout
Too cluttered for me eg too many cushions on bed and lounge, lamps, plants
- Cheree (8/5): Great location but the hidden fees need to be disclosed before making the booking. - The property and location was great for the purpose of our trip.
The view was fabulous and the apartment was well set out and decorated (although a few too many plants).
The coffee machine was great although only hot chocolate was available.
The free car parking onsite was greatly appreciated. The additional fees were not disclosed in the listing and at the time of the booking. We booked within the non refundable period (as it was a last minute decision to stay in the city) and after the booking was made, was told that the pet fee was $20 per dog per night so we ended up paying $120 more for 3 nights for our two small dogs who sleep most of the day and in their own beds. This fee is way over inflated as we have stayed in many other Airbnb, booking.com, stayz and caravan parks places and the maximum we’ve paid is up to $50.
Also, there is an additional compulsory damage waiver fee of $26 which is not advised when making the booking either. This is advised when you complete the boarding pass details for the stay (and outside the booking.com site).
We would love to stay again however not with the additional fees that were charged after the booking was made. Will have to wait until we are pet free to stay again.

- Kim (5/5): Passable - The location with tram Station nearby is excellent for moving around The check out time at 10am is far too early for travellers. Since there is supposed to have cleaner after staying, disposal of rubbish by the occupiers is deemed unacceptable
