No me gusto nada, el trato pesimo, las instalaciones peor, ni agua caliente habia , una calor insoportable un ventilador viejo , un desastre y nos costo 124 e +2 e de impuesto turistico para dormir . No miramos las reseñas la verdad, os aseguro que no nos va a pasar otra vez. Si no lo hubiera pagado antes de ir no nos quedamos. Estoy sorprendida de que Booking tenga este sitio disponible . Lo tendrian que sacar de la web lo unico que hace es hacer quedar mal a Booking. No dormiria alli ni gratis.

Driss (1/5): TRATO Y PISO HORRIBLES!!! - Nada. Absolutamente todo. En primer lugar, el apartamento es una guarrada, las sabanas sucias, el olor insoportable, el suelo sucio, y la cocina, además de estar toda grasienta, no se podía usar a menos que se pagase por separado; lo peor es que incluso después de pagar 80€ para poderla usar, los propietarios NO me dejaron. Esto por no mencionar que no habia agua caliente, y por la poca que habia que intentamos usar para ducharnos nos gritaron y nos dijeron de todo. He intentado llegar a una solución amistosa con ellos para que me devuelvan mi dinero porque, además, no he finalizado mi estancia; y como no, se NIEGAN a darme ningún reembolso. Tanto el piso como el trato del anfitrion deja mucho que desear, no entiendo como un piso así sigue anunciado, nunca en mi vida me he encontrado en una situación igual.

Judy (1/5): Save your money , sanity , and personal health by not staying here!! - It close to downtown and the port This property is horrendous including the two people who runs/ and I think owns it . At the time of my booking, it was a new property published on Booking with no reviews. I booked it based on its photo (showing clean and neat space), how far it was from the port , and for its pricing . There was not much available at the time (unless I wanted to pay 400€/ night), as I booked it last minute and it was a long holiday weekend. It was completely prepaid for 4 nights. I booked a private room with shared bathroom . The room was so dirty . There were a lot of dead bugs on the surface of tables and floors . The floor was filthy with clumps of dirt pushed to the side . The shared bathroom was gross . They never cleaned the toilet , sink , floor, and tub . Don’t even try to touch the furniture. Even the public bathrooms at gas stations are far cleaner . No toilet paper , soap , towels available in bathroom . They had promised that my room would be switched in a few days . That morning, they called and said the switch would happen . By evening they changed their mind and never WhatsApp the instructions as they had promised. The worst part was on the same night , I returned to my room, very late in evening, to find that the door cannot be unlocked with key (it was a physical key ). As there was a problem with the lock. In summary , they blamed me for having a door that cannot be unlocked . Told me to try to find another room to sleep , but I have no key to another room . All my belongings was in that locked room . Their neighbor arrived , as they were out of town and cannot help me , just to confirm the lock in fact is broken . The entire experience was a horrible nightmare . By now, they have alot of reviews. If these were available at booking , I would rather book at a nearby town if this was the only option . This region is very accessible by train and bus .
