• Heather (7/5): We had an enjoyable stay though we were disappointed in the claim to have a sea view. - The property is clean & modern, and most items looked like new. It is located 2 min walk from the marina and has a bus stop located just outside the apartments. Car parking space beneath the apartments easy to access. The view from the balcony was disappointing, the apartment is advertised as having a sea view, this is a stretch, directly opposite is another building and you have to sit in the corner of the balcony to see the view of the marina. It will depend on what apartment you are allocated as some will have a perfect view. There is no microwave or toaster in the kitchen, only a hob.

• Yanezza Louise (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment and would happily return. The location was especially convenient, with a bus stop nearby that made it easy to get to the Old Town, which was perfect for sightseeing. There were also grocery stores within walking distance, making it simple to pick up essentials and feel at home during my stay. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-suited for a relaxing visit. The owner was very accommodating, kindly allowing a late check-out which made our departure much more relaxed. They also provided an iron during our stay, which was a thoughtful and helpful touch. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to both the convenient location and the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an accessible, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. None.
• Nadja (9/5): Moderne, saubere Wohnung in guter Lage - Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage (Nähe Hafen) in Dubrovnik. Ein bisschen weg vom Altstadt - Trubel, aber trotzdem ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. Bushaltestelle (zum Flughafen, für in die Altstadt, zum Strand, zu Orten in der Umgebung) vor der Haustür. Bäckerei und Supermarkt auch direkt in der Nähe. Restaurants verfügbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber und modern ausgestattet. Es gibt viel Stauraum. Das Bett ist tendenziell eher weich, aber bequem. Der Balkon hat einen seitlichen Blick zum Hafen. Grundausstattung in der Küche vorhanden. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist direkt, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften sogar früher einchecken und länger am letzten Tag bleiben. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen. Es sind nur Optimierungsvorschläge, die unseren Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt haben. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein (z.B. mehr Geschirr, Gläser, Weingläser, Kochutensilien wie Kochlöffel, Pfannenwender, eine Schere, größere Küchenhandtücher...). Es ist sehr minimalistisch. Weiterhin wären noch Handtuchhalter im Bad für die Duschhandtücher sinnvoll (vielleicht auch eine Wäscheleine zum Ausziehen am Balkon).

• S (8/5): - Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Blick auf den Hafen ist sehr schön. Aufzug direkt von der Parkgarage hoch in dem sechsten Stock. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. In die Altstadt kann man den Bus direkt vor der Tür nehmen oder laufen. Die Restaurants in der Gegend sind gut aber generell sehr teuer. Im Badezimmer hat es wirklich eklig gerochen. Ich habe das vorher in den Bewertungen gelesen aber es war schon sehr unangenehm. Die Lüftung im Bad müsste auch Mal gereinigt werden, vielleicht würde es das ein bisschen besser machen... Wenn das behoben wird würden wir auch gerne wieder kommen. Parkplatz lässt sich nur mit Kreditkarte bezahlen. Das hat sich leider ein bisschen schwierig gestaltet weil wir keine haben.

• Madiha (6/5): Decent place to stay - They should send information about accessing the room a day before the check in date, this will help if you're having issues receiving an email on the day. Which is what happened to me. It was great how I was taken to my room, shown the facilities in the room. View was nice, quiet area in Lapad right next to the Boulevard, close to supermarkets too. But it's a bus journey to the old town, which can be quite inconvenient to come back. The room is really nice and clean, had all the facilities that were needed too. Large size room too. Shower floor is really slippery, bed is really low and too soft and it's a shame they don't provide an iron. But no major concerns.
• Wendy (9/5): We loved our stay, and out of the owners control but the resident in the apartment above was very no - Lovely modern apartment, Very Clean and a balcony and air-conditioning was a bonus. More coasters purely so we didnt mark any if your work tops or surfaces. A cloth for drying dishes again didnt want water to mark the work surfaces.

• Speechly (10/5): Great place to stay in Debrovnik - We had another accomodation cancel us at the last minute and were lucky to get a booking at Nunas. The original accommodation was near old town and while I was initially disappointed this worked out so much better. Nunas is a lovely unit, modern and spacious. It is good for bus and boat transfers. We did 2 day trips and the pick up was right outside the building. There is a bus to old town from right outside so easy to get there and old town is so busy it was lovely to come back to Nunas. Easy communication. This is a great place to stay. Nothing

• Jelisejevs (9/5): Great place to stay in Dubrovnik - Location is great. Can easily go to all parts of Dubrovnik. Bus station just outside the building. Parking in bulding is convenient, but costs 25 EUR/day. Overall car is only needed if plan to travel outside of town. Room very nice, clean and spacious and quiet. Only had an issue with bad smell in the bathroom in the mornings - seems some drainage issue that was reported and tried to fix but was still present on last day. Would go away after using the shower. other than that -no issues.
• Shan (10/5): Exceptional - Although the apartment isn’t located right in the ancient town, it’s very convenient and affordable to get there by taxi. The building has a secure keypad entry system, which made us two girls feel safe throughout our stay. The host was incredibly kind and patient, always answering our questions promptly. On our last day, when my suitcase broke and delayed our checkout, the host kindly arranged a late checkout for us—we’re so grateful! If I ever visit again with my family, I’d definitely choose to stay here once more!

• Kerrin (7/5): Comfortable room, close to the ferry terminal. - The room was spacious. The balcony had a good view of the port, though did not get any sun. Close to a bakery and supermarket. Cleaning products and equipment left in the bathroom. Frozen food from previous guests left in the refrigerator. No bath mat for the shower.
• Marisa (9/5): You won’t be disappointed with this studio - Met by host upon arrival. Spacious studio. Very clean. Very comfy bed and linens. Easy 10 min walk from cruise terminal. Close to shops and cafes. Bus at door for old town. Nothing to dislike.
• Paul (8/5): Very good - Clean, spacious, contemporary. Nice balcony, very close to bus stop for Old Town and supermarket. Kitchen is not really "fully functional". There were no utensils (apart from three large knives), no draining board, no microwave. This limited the ability to prepare of food. Really you get hob and sink. No tea towels (which seems to be a common problem), we did ask and were directed to use table napkins.

• Riikka (10/5): Fantastic - We had a lovely stay. The communication with the owner was quick and easy. Apartment was exactly like in the pictures, very spacious and tidy. Location is great in terms of public transportation, there is a buss stop right outside the building with multiple bus options to the old town. Building was very quiet. Nothing to fault really. If anything then kitchen could use a spatula and bathroom could have extra towel hooks for the bath towels.
• Jayme (9/5): Perfect Homebase for Exploring Dubrovnik - Building and apartment are extremely accessible both walking and by bus (you can walk to the port and nearby beaches within 10-15 min). The bus stop is right outside and takes you directly to old town. The apartment felt super clean and was very comfortable. The finishes inside were super cute and on trend. There was a coffee maker with nespresso pods included, a mini fridge, and the full closet to hang our belongings was very nice. We enjoyed the balcony and view of the port. I liked that we were in a little bit quieter area of the city but still super accessible to it. The host was also very responsive and responded to any inquiries I had within 5 minutes. I would recommend staying here again! There was no safe, which we would have liked just to feel a little more secure. We ended up just zipping our suitcase with our valuables inside and locking the zippers together and it wasn't a big deal. The building feels very secure and the apartment is on an upper level so we felt okay about it.
