• Camille (9/5): Appartement confortable très bien situé - Appartement très bien situé à 2 pas du Prater (ligne S7 directe de/vers l’aéroport), du métro U1 (2 stations du centre-ville). Calme, propre, confortable, très bien équipé. Commerces et restaurants à proximité. Nous avons eu un problème d’eau chaude (eau tiède uniquement dans la douche, chaude aux autres robinets donc nous avons pu nous débrouiller ) qui n’a pas pu être résolu le week-end du 1er mai, la propriétaire a été cependant réactive. Bon à savoir : il n’y a pas de volets, juste des stores occultants peu efficaces donc prévoir un masque si vous êtes sensible à la lumière du jour.

• usuario no disonible (10/5): - El departamento es amplio, luminoso y con buena calefaccion en invierno. Las camas son muy comodas y la decoracion es muy linda. Nos dejaron un dulce de bienvenida. Habia cafetera con granos de cafe, azucar y crema. Habia secador de pelo y plancha. El edificio es viejo pero el departamente esta muy bien modernizado. Ademas tiene ascensor. El barrio tranquilo y cerca de la estacion. Realmente recomendable. -

• Melanie (9/5): - Fabulous place to stay, very clean and well equipped apartment with everything we could possibly need. Close to restaurants and cafes, and the train stations are nearby to get you around the city. Super comfy beds, nice cosy rooms and great wifi. The elevator is temperamental, worked for the first few days we were there but over the weekend it was only intermittently operating.
• Dan (5/5): Mediocru - Locatia Desi in momentul rezervarii scria foarte clar ca "Acest apartament are 2 dormitoare, un living, o bucătărie complet utilată", de fapt are un singur dormitor si un living cu un pat dublu si o canapea. Am anulat o rezervare cu aproape 250-300 euro mai ieftina tot pe Booking facuta pe un apartament cu living si un dormitor in aceeasi zona. (de ex "Lé David City Apartments 1020" la pretul de 449 Euro"). Am cerut special cu doua camere separate si am prmit doar o camera. Usile scartaiau, iar blocul arata foarte vechi in cureta interioara.

• Melanie (8/5): Schöne stylische Wohnung direkt am Prater - Super Lage. Direkt am Prater, Riesenrad, Jahrmarkt. Konnten Wien zu Fuss erkunden, waren vier Nächte hier. 4. Stock! In der Gegend gibt es mega leckere asiatische Restaurants. Am Bahnhof bei Ferhats Döner waren wir natürlich auch. Wien ist einfach eine super schöne Stadt! Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet, die Betten sind super bequem. In der Wohnung ist es sehr ruhig, viel Platz hatten wir auch. Schön, dass es so sauber war, dass eine Waschmaschine und ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden sind. Im Bad riecht es leicht faulig, der Hauseingang ist etwas gruselig, und der Kühlschrank nachts ist laut. Etwas günstiger könnte es auch sein. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir wollen wiederkommen!

• Andrew (5/5): It was okay - It’s a fair size Bad smell from the drains but we believe this was external of the apartment. Toilet and shower very small space. Needs updating the settee was pretty uncomfortable.
• Gabrielle (8/5): Enjoyed our stay - We stayed with two teenage daughters and enjoyed our stay. The apartment is close to a Praterstern train station with a large living space and comfy beds! There are good restaurants around the corner - you can walk into town but otherwise an easy train ride into the city centre. The host was very responsive which was great too. The lock box is not marked so we had to try a number of them to find the right one.

• Saira (1/5): Do not book. - Electricity didnt work the first night after a long trip and arriving in the evening. After asking for a refund because we booked a new hotel, the owners lied about the situation so we didnt get our money back. -
• Anja (8/5): Nettes Apartment in guter Lage - Die Lage des Apartments direkt am Prater und der Haltestelle Praterstern. Von dort kann man Wien bequem erkunden. Auch alle notwendigen Geschäfte befinden sich dort. Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie ausreichend Platz, auch wenn Badezimmer und Toilette etwas knapp bemessen sind. Wir hatten ein paar defekte Glühbirnen, der Haustürgriff fiel häufiger ab und die Schranktür unter der Spüle war leider defekt. Hatten bezüglich des Spülenunterschranks Kontakt aufgenommen, der gestaltete sich freundlich, wurde jedoch in unserer Aufenthaltszeit nicht behoben. Die anderen Themen haben wir dann nicht mehr angesprochen....

• Christiane (8/5): Noble Ferienwohnung mit kleinen Ecken und Kanten - Die zentrale Lage ist toll. Für vier Personen war die Ferienwohnung absolut groß genug. Wir hatten große Hitze und die Räume waren schwer bis gar nicht kühl zu halten. Bei offenem Fenster war es nachts und am frühen Morgen oft sehr laut.

• Lyuboslava (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is great, very clean and equipped with everything you may need. Location is Excellent, just behind the corner you can many find many food shops (Billa is my favorite). Also train station is very close, that is very convenient for the airport transfer even for the early flights. For the visit of Prater this apartment is the best choice! You can reach by walk and for the kids this was great. If we go back some day, definitely I will reserve again and also will recommend to all my friends. Thank you for the perfect care! Only this chip for the elevator. I barely discovered that to work properly you need to go really slow. If you are in a hurry, it just doesn't work.

• Zijun (10/5): Lovely and cozy apartment - Everything is perfect here! We really love this cozy apartment. The host is super friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. The apartment has all the necessary facilities, and the decoration is really nice. We had a great time here.
• Liene (8/5): Very decent stay with excellent location - Bedroom felt luxurious. the location is great if you are used to taking public transport you’re at the best connection spot into the city center and to the airport at only 2mins walking distance from the praterstern station. you have bus, tram, metro and train! appartment was equipped with everyhting you need, coffee milk sugar, perfect blinds to darken the room, good hair dryer, plenty of towels and soap offered recently renovated but only to look good, you can tell the materials won’t last long cause some are loose or already a bit broken. we claimed a repair and the company was very quick to send a repairer, so well handled! temperature was a bit hard to control. one of the beds rolls towards the middle if you sleep by two.

The apartment is on the 4th top floor and it was very warm, but in Vienna it was 32 degrees. It was very warm in apartment. There are no mosquito nets
