- Deb (8/5): - Friendly hosts, lovely clean and spacious tent. Extremely comfortable bed with good quality bedding. Lovely big bathtub on the balcony. Nice comfy lounge. Gorgeous cows. I was hoping to be surrounded by more greenery however it looked like a recent harvest so the view from balcony was a dirt paddock. Be prepared for all night long frog moaning in certain seasons.

- Tsai (7/5): The accommodation was very good and the room was clean, but there were communication issues with the - The complimentary bread for breakfast was very delicious. The accommodation environment was very good, but I hope the top of the tent can be reinforced. It was very windy on the day of our stay, and the tent kept blowing in the wind, hitting the metal poles on the ceiling and making a loud noise. I felt very disappointed. When we made the booking, we informed you that we would need a late check-out, and you agreed that we could check out at 11:30. However, at around 11:00, we were interrupted by the cleaning staff and told that the check-out time was 10:00. I explained that we had arranged a late check-out, but they said they had not been informed. I felt very upset and angry about this experience.
- Fletcher (10/5): - My daughter and I booked Willow Wood last minute for one night during the week on a work trip. The owners were super friendly and went above and beyond to get the tent ready at short notice for my self and my daughter. The glamping tents are super clean and well presented. Super easy to get too and only a stones throw from the heart of Busselton. (The owners also let us know that Uber Eats delivers to the property). You are greeted by the cutest highland cows as you enter and leave the property as well as the local kangaroos hanging around. As it was a work trip we were a little rushed and didn’t get to enjoy what the property had to offer, but I will definitely be booking a weekend down there in there near future. I have nothing bad to say about willow wood.

- WAI KEUNG (10/5): - A very good experience staying at Willow Wood Retreat. You’re close to wildlife like camping, but without the hard work of setting up a tent yourself. Instead, you get a luxury bed, hot shower, and even a pantry with a microwave, toaster, coffee machine, and more waiting for you. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. There’s a daily cattle feeding at 9am, such a fun experience! The hosts are very nice, and the stay was interesting, fun, and truly enjoyable.

Bonus point for letting us do some highland cattle feeding in the morning! The staffs were lovely and were so helpful! We absolutely loved the experience would definitely come back again! None

The cooking facilities were handy when making meals and were well kept. The spa was a bonus with its lovely set up and relaxing vibe! - Kristiane (10/5): The perfect weekend away ❤️ - I booked Willow Wood Glamping Retreat as a surprise for my partners birthday (he’s Scottish so it was the highland cows that sealed the deal!) and while I was expecting it to be a lovely stay, it completely surpassed my expectations and was nothing short of amazing. The glamping tent itself felt like a hotel room with such well thought facilities and little details like robes, spa worthy toiletries and freshly baked bread. Beautiful bed linens (and a ridiculously comfy bed) made for such a comfortable and relaxing stay. We sat out on the porch and watched the stars each night which was just surreal, and had our morning coffee out on the deck watching the kangaroos in the distance. The location is so well connected with being 15 mins to Busselton, 30 mins from Margaret River and an hour from Augusta. We visited the Jewel Caves, saw the stingrays at Hamelin Bay, spotted dolphins at Seine Bay, snorkelled at Busselton jetty and made time to enjoy the wonderful facilities at the accommodation - feeding the highland cows, cuddling the micro donkeys and even got to try out the brand new sauna and ice bath - I’ve never been so relaxed! The hosts are so kind and welcoming - you have made such a wonderful oasis here and we will be recommending this stay to our friends! Thank you for a weekend we will always remember, it was just perfect.

- Rebecca (10/5): Excellent staycation! - There was a fresh loaf of bread upon arrival with jam etc which was a lovely touch in addition to the bowl of bath salts beside the bath - the host has thought of every little detail to make the stay special. The tent was spacious, very clean and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The setting was so peaceful, we even had kangaroos on the decking in the morning. Very easy to find the location too!

- Wade (9/5): A cozy and freeing, relaxing, romantic getaway - We loved being surrounded by the animals and wildlife, it brought a sense of peace and quiet for us on our stay. We also had a great level of privacy in tent 10, it was cozy and comfortable and very clean. Staff were very generous in allowing us to join them in feeding there Highland cows. They were also generous with the provisions provided in the tent and we also got to meet there dogs. It’s not so much about the property it’s self but more about the tent that we stayed in. We were informed that there was a fireplace in the tent but it turns out it was a fake fireplace that is there just for show, we also went down at a time that was very windy and unfortunately in tent 10, because it’s set off the ground, we got the full brunt of the wind. Due to the wind the whole tent was rattling and felt like we were about to be blown away.

- Laura (9/5): Nice & peaceful - Location nice & peaceful. Kitchenette had everything we needed to be self sufficient. Bed, super comfy. Rode our bikes every day to Vasse as back roads quieter for this time of year. Bike path goes from Vasse straight through to beach so more direct than car ! Feed the Highland Cows on the property. Hot water came out very weak for shower, really could only have lukewarm for pressure. We boiled water to do dishes.

The shower was very good and has a spacious bathroom. The curtains on the main door let too much light in to get a good night's sleep. Could do with some more cutlery and utensils for cooking and a higher table for eating meals.

- liza (10/5): Perfect weekend - We just had the most wonderful weekend at Willowwood Glamping Retreat for Grace’s birthday, and I can’t say enough good things about it! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The owners were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The setting was so peaceful—imagine strolling through nature, feeding Highland cows every day, and even cuddling with the sweetest little donkeys. The attention to detail in the tents was amazing—the bed was super comfy, and the bath was so relaxing, especially with the lovely Epsom salts they provided. Plus, the fresh jam and bread at breakfast was absolutely delicious. Honestly, it was a 10 out of 10 experience. We’re already planning to come back in the winter to enjoy a different vibe and see the place in a new season. I’d recommend Willowwood to anyone looking for a magical, relaxing getaway. Thanks for an unforgettable stay!

We enjoyed the farm stay, greeted by animal sounds throughout the stay was a good experienced of staying in touch with nature. Animal feeding was a new experienced for us.

This is an active farm and rural setting, breathtaking. Be prepared for some wildlife sounds- crows, kookaburra and more.
