• Fauzani (10/5): Exceptional - Easy check-in. The host answered all my questions diligently, response was quick. Stayed here for my sister's convocation at WTC. Just a few minutes walk from this unit. 10/10 would recommend.
• Nalinee (1/5): Never coming back. - When we entered the apartment, there was a musky and cleaning supply smell that was horrid, but that wasn't the worst thing. In the description, it was stated that there were 2 bathrooms, but to our horror, we found only 1 bathroom. When inquired, the staff insisted that this apartment consisted of 2 bathrooms. We had to record the proof and show it to the staff. When shown the proof, they claimed that the toilet bowl area is considered the 1st bathroom and the 2nd one is the shower area. This was really inconvenient as we specifically wanted a 2 bathroom apartment, so we do not have to wait for each one of us (there were 4 of us) to finish showering. Other than that, the carpets were really worn out, and God knows when's the last they cleaned the windows. The room closest to the bathroom was stained with black fingerprints, and the door didn't close properly. You have to push it till you here a 'click' sound so that it doesn't pop back open. Also, there isn't any fan or circulation in the bathroom except for a window. The hot water, after 5 minutes, is lukewarm even after it turns to the highest setting. In addition to that, this area is FILLED with foreigners (Pakistani especially) so most of the restaurant around there sold Pakistani food which left us with no choice but to travel further away to look for different cuisines. There weren't any mirrors in the rooms but there's a mirror when you entered the apartment. The couch had stains as well. The television was extraordinarily unsatisfactory, with Netflix being our only source of entertainment. Even that didn't work properly, everytime we turn the TV off, the Netflix accounts reset, in which we had to inform the staff the code to connect the TV to the Netflix, in the end we just had to use our personal account. The previous reviewers were extremely misleading. Overall, it was a very unpleasant stay, very underwhelming experience, and very disheartening, to say the least.
• Shelly (9/5): Business Trip - This the 2nd time stay in this property. House is good & comford. Just only TV issue, always need to request the passcode & must be chat to property for confirm it. Please looks for it. Now the washing machine already fix at the place. We love to stay here again in the future.
• Imran (10/5): An amazing stay with amazing location - Everything, location, amenities, pool, apartment was cozy, beds were comfortable, free parking, water filter was the main plus. Because whenever I took home stays or hotel stay water bottles were the main headache. Value for money. Nothing, everything was so perfect. Everything was available.

• Jelinah (10/5): Awesomeeeee & TRUST NAIBNB - NaiBnB always provide comfortable stay. This stay was my second time staying under NaiBnB as the host, one was at Bukit Bintang. I like everything about the stay, the city view from the window, the decorations, and the facilities in the building (there’s gym, swimming pool, hangout spot, etc). The location is great too, it’s near to Sunway Putra Mall where u can walk and get to use the train, near to World Trade Center, and not to mention its near to cafes and the market! Nothing that I don’t like but I think the bedroom could use some space for a mirror 🥺🙏🏻

• Shelly (9/5): Please make sure the floor clean & also check the TV. - Apartment is big, the size is 60sqm, not 91sqm. 2 bedrooms + laundry machine The TV always hang. The floor still dirty, when we check in. Laundry machine they move washroom, so the washroom looks small.
