The apartment is in a newly built building and the furniture is in a great state. There's a nice view in the distance, so we were able to look for the northern lights even from the apartment. There's a private sauna which was great.

There was dangerously broken dishes, small living bugs, broken items, toaster burning with stuff and it made the whole place smell terrible just before going to sleep. O problema foi o stress para acessá-lo. O apartamento nao fica no endereço que aparece aqui no Booking. A dinamica para pegar a chave é extremamente demorada porque depende do proprietario enviar as instruçôes. Ele Demorou muito e consegui entrar no apartamento muito tarde o que prejudicou meu planejamento. Muito confuso. Desorganizado. O apartamento é incrível, mas me senti enganada e prejudicada.

Was via app van booking.com. en niet via mail. Geen enkele reactie ontvangen van viola appartments, bureau aan overkant 'Rovaniemi inside' was heel behulpzaam en kon ons op weg helpen. WiFi code konden we niet vinden, heeft bureau aan overkant ook mee geholpen. Dame kwam zelfs mee om te helpen met zoeken. Zou handig zijn om dit in gebruiksaanwijzing te vermelden. Sauna kon ik niet echt heet krijgen. Geen föhn aanwezig.

Great location in center of town and less than 5minute walk to bus stop to santa claus village,airport etc. No hair drier which would be useful considering how cold it can get. Apartment door handle was tricky to open (couple next door had the same issue).

Wir hatten Probleme, den Schlüssel bzw. die Schlüsselboxen zu finden. Telefonisch konnten wir niemanden erreichen. Über Booking Nachricht ebenso nicht. Auch nach mehreren Nachrichten am nächsten Tag, meldete sich niemand. Auch Anrufe verliefen ins Leere. Wir versuchten dann in der Nähe der Schlüsselboxen nachzufragen und haben jemand Verantwortlichen gefunden. Die konnten uns gut weiterhelfen. Man sollte vielleicht am Booking Nachrichten System arbeiten, sodass jemand erreichbar ist, wenn man schon eine Ankunftszeit mitteilen muss.

Ademas la Tv no funcionó nunca y la sauna cuando le daba la gana… Por otro lado el menaje de cocina bien, parecia todo nuevo pero los suelos de todo el piso sucios…pelusas enormes es armarios y debajo de las camas…No lo recomiendo

• EVA (7/5): - Espacioso para 2 personas, buena iluminación, baño con sauna (para quien la use), cocina completa con menaje y electrodomésticos muy correctos. Salida de agua con buen caudal y caliente al instante. Zona tranquila, muy centrica y con facilidad de aparcamiento. Para coger las llaves fue un poco gymkhana, por estar en una localización, que de noche y nevando, parecía mas un escondite que una recepción de llaves, ¡No seguir al google maps! porque te lleva al punto que indican y se ve escrito en la pared, pero eso es el interior de la "digamos manzana", en realidad es la propia esquina donde en su fachada pone 36 pero sin el nombre de la calle. La comunicación es inexistente a parte de lo mencionado anteriormente, intentamos contactar el día de la marcha porque nos dejamos una bolsa con comida en el interior y tampoco fue posible contactar para ver si nos abrían.

La situació fantàstica a un carrer del centre i a 4 min del passeig del riu, a 2 minuts de la parada de bus que porta a la Vila del pare Noel i aeroport. Recomanació pel propietari: posar instruccions per fer anar la sauna, senzilles i clares, per a no autòctons i, a poder ser en anglès. Per les claus va ser un embolic perquè van insistir amb missatges que calia anar a buscar la clau a un lloc concret, i després va resultar ser pany del pis amb codi numèric.

• Elliot (9/5): You would be silly not to stay here! - A very modern apartment in an amazing location with great amenities. Unbelievable price and very clean and comfortable. What more can you ask for? A couple of criticisms but I have to say, neither would stop me from staying here again. Its obvious it was a brand new rental and so I am sure these were just minor teething issues. I only mention these for the hosts benefit: I did have a few issues getting in through the front door. I was provided one key (for the apartment door not the front door) with no instructions on how to get into the building. The key did not work to get into the apartment building (I tried it several times), the host tried to help but in the end I had to ask someone who lived in the building for the code to the front door. The WIFI details provided also weren't correct, I had to find the router.
• Saskia (7/5): Zentral gelegenes Apartment. - Apartment war an einer sehr guten Lage. Das Apartment ist soweit sauber und hat genügend verstauraum. Kommunikation sehr schlecht. Als ich ankam, war der Schlüssel nicht da und das Apartment nicht ready. Ich habe dann vom Office ein neues Apartment bekommen. Es fehlten aber Infos wie zum Beispiel das WLAN-Passwort ist, kein Abfallsack und keine Bedienungsanleitung für die Sauna. Auch mit Kontaktaufnahme über Booking keine Antwort.

Whenever we try to cook something in the oven or on the hob, the fire alarm is triggered. We weren’t cooking anything for a long time — it was just a pizza — and we had to open the doors because the alarm kept going off.

I didn't like the poor and delay communication with the owner. We actually had an issue with the key for the apartment and couldn't get a hold of the owner for 2 hours before we were able to deal with the issue.

In a new city with freezing cold it was a challenge. Then the apartment was not ready at 4.00 pm. I had to wait for 2 hours. • Agnieszka (9/5): Super pobyt w Rovaniemi wraz z wizytą w wiosce Świętego Mikołaja - Warunki bardzo dobre, pełne wyposażenie, lodówka, pralka, kuchenka, zmywarka, czajnik, ekspres, toster, w łazience papier toaletowy i mydełko, szampony, tabletki do zmywarki i płyny do prania, suszarka do włosów i suszarka na pranie, ręczniki, pościel Do apartamentu można wejść po wybraniu kodu najpierw przy drzwiach do budynku potem przy drzwiach do apartamentu, kody otrzymałam w dniu przyjazdu na maila. Problem jest gdy drzwi do apartamentu zablokują się wtedy kod nie działa i nie można otworzyć drzwi. Dobrze że sytuacja ta wydarzyła się w ciągu dnia, czekaliśmy godzinę pod drzwiami na dostarczenie klucza. Najlepiej w dniu przyjazdu od razu wziąć z biura klucz.
• Stefania (8/5): Appartamento confortevole e centrale - Posizione centrale, appartamento pulito e ben arredato dotato di ogni attrezzatura utile La mail che è arrivata prima del check in ci diceva di ritirare la chiave in un box vicino ad un ufficio. Ma non avevamo né numero della cassetta né codice. Solo entrando a chiedere informazioni nell’ufficio adiacente mi è stato detto che per accedere all’appartamento non era necessaria alcuna chiave, solo un codice. In merito al Wi-Fi hanno indicato nella stessa mail una username inesistente. Ci siamo poi accorti all’interno dell’appartamento di un minuscolo adesivo vicino al quadro elettrico con username e password corrette.

• Alessandra (9/5): Ottimo - L'appartamento è molto bello, struttura nuovissima, al centro di Rovaniemi, pulito, dotato di tutto, molto comodo. Nelle istruzioni che arrivano di default via booking c'è scritto di andare a prendere le chiavi presso un ufficio, ma non è così. Dovete utilizzare solo i codici che vi mandano in seguito per aprire il portone e la porta, è tutto digitale, non ci sono chiavi. In ogni caso, la sera che siamo arrivati ho scritto all'host e mi ha risposto subito via SMS.
• Emilia (6/5): E - Sijainti hyvä ja asunto ok siisti. Asunnossa oli todella kylmä, eikä myöskään saunassa pysynyt lämpö. Esitiedot ja ohjeet olivat puutteelliset. Esimerkiksi sisäänkäynnin sijaitessa eri kadulla, oli asunnolle vaikea löytää. Rakennustyömaa vieressä, todella meluisaa.
