• Athanasios (9/5): Η χρήση του αυτοκινήτου απαραίτητη - Καλή και ήσυχη γειτονιά, εύκολη πρόσβαση στην πόλη. Το πάρκινγκ ήταν πολύ μικρό, με δύσκολη πρόσβαση. Κατάλληλο μόνο για μικρά αυτοκίνητα

• rita (9/5): Firenze è un gioiello...ma quante ZTL! Speriamo che non arrivi qualche multa - Appartamento gradevole e funzionale, in un condominio tranquillo situato in una zona silenziosa. Ho soggiornato due notti con la mia famiglia, consigliato anche per soggiorni più lunghi per coloro che vogliono vivere un soggiorno in piena autonomia. Il box, necessario in una città dove parcheggiare è un problema, è un po' piccolo. Se si possiede una macchina di oltre m. 4,50 si è costretti a lasciare aperta la saracinesca, il box è comunque in un'area chiusa con cancello elettrico

• SANTIAGO (8/5): CONFORTABLE - La comodidad de la habitación, tenía lo que yo requería para mi estancia. Realmente el parqueadero si fue un problema en virtud de que fue muy estrecho.
• ELENA (9/5): - Casa molto bella, spaziosa e ben organizzata. Garage privato Zona tranquilla Nel garage c'erano degli spuntoni non segnalati che possono rovinare la macchina. Inoltre consiglio di indicare le misure per le auto perché avevamo un'auto standard ma che non entrava del tutto.. Zona tranquilla ma per il centro bisogna fare 20 Min di mezzi (ben collegati)

Перед парковкой в гараж зайдите вовнутрь просмотрите заднюю стенку чтобы понять как близко можно подъехать

• luis (8/5): - La amplitud del piso y la limpieza. Cocina amplia y moderna. Si vas en coche no esta muy alejado del centro, andando eso si como a 45 minutos aunque hay transporte público. Siendo el check in a las 14:00 o 15:00 pero el check Out a las 10:00 am. Luego no revisan. No tienes detergente para lavar los platos a mano. Lo compras tu. Ademas el parking muy pequeno. Un coche mediano, casi no entra. Debería dar las dimensiones del mismo. Los vecinos lo tenían de trasteros o para motos.

• Tomáš (8/5): Very good - This accomodation was clear and tidy. Position is also very cool since it's in the quiet part of Florence The garage that is a part of an accomodation is pretty tight and small. It's not possible to park a bigger car like we had Peugeot 3008. So we had to find a parking slot in the streets which is not a big problem, but you have to pay for it.

• Hale (3/5): Officers are not sufficiently accountable - We rented the house because it had its own parking , we paid special attention to the parking lot, the parking lot belonging to the house is opened with a key, we told the house managers many times that the parking key was not in the house, they only said to look here and there, they only responded by e-mail, no one called us and cared, we had to leave the car on the street, if we got a parking ticket, who will pay for it?
• Hadis (10/5): Really beautiful apartment, helpful staff and grrat experience. - Really beautifull apartmint in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Clean and large rooms and bathroom. The bus station is 3min away. 30-40 minutes from bus station to the city center. There is also a private garage and public parking spaces. They sent us all the instructions for self check in prior to our arrival. However we contacted them because we could not understand some instructions and even though it was late they helped us. Garage is to small but they allowed us to park even our car did not fit so it did not cause a problem for us.

We were two of us and the apartment was big enough ( 2 bed rooms ) with open living room and kitchen. Small note that this apartment has a clothing drying machine which is a big advantage compared to other apartments. Some mosquitoes found in the apartment. The car garage was narrow ( hard to keep normal size in place & door was not functioning properly so kept open but in safe place

• Anna (6/5): Good area and good value but would choose somewhere else if air con is important - Good location, quiet away from centre but with bus stop nearby, on street parking usually available. Clean. Responsive managers. The air conditioning kept breaking down, the owners were trying to be helpful in trying to fix it but unfortunately as it was a weekend they said they could not get a technician to look properly. One of the managers came to look at the air con unit and it seemed to be working fine but it stopped working after not very long. Also while it was running it made a very loud noise which was annoying. They told us to reset it by turning off the power in the apartment which did help but only for a couple of hours and then it stopped working so we gave up. We ended up sleeping with windows open which helped a bit but overall we slept terribly which is not ideal when you are meant to be on holiday and have been walking all day in the heat. Also the parking they advertise is in a tiny garage which will only fit a smaller car such as a fiat 500. We had a Nissan quashqai and it was far too short.

• Melinda (8/5): Comfortable and modern - The property was spacious, comfortable and modern. The bedrooms were large as was the bathroom and shower. If accommodated our family of 5 well. It was in a good location and a good walk into a he city centre. There is secure parking available however we were able to park out on the street without an issue. We experienced a few maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. We communicated these issues with staff via WhatsApp and received a quick response.

• Bartosz (7/5): Nice apartament in a good location, hindered a bit by unexpected check-in process - Apartament was spacious and clean. Location is good, bus stop to the city centre is close and it only takes around 15 minutes and if you're feeling like it, you can also take a walk to the city centre. There are a few restaurants within walking distance, grocery store, bakery and a post office. We asked for a kettle as there was none and a new one was provided the next day. It's not stated on the booking page that it is a self check-in. I usually prefer direct human contact. Instead there is a WhatsApp group created with several people. It is required from you to send sensitive information which I really did not like. There was a dishwasher in the kitchen, but there are no tablets provided, so you can't use it! I reported this, but unfortunately they were not provided and we had to clean the dishes ourselves.
