• Aseel (9/5): Amazing - The studio was clean and conveniently located—just a short walk from London’s main street. However, considering the location and price, it’s definitely worth it. If your priority is a clean space in an excellent location, this studio is a great choice. I recommend it. ‏It is on the smaller side, with an older kitchen and very narrow stairs, which might be a drawback for some.

If the owner invested 1% of his monthly income in his apartment and replaced two of the three heaters that don't work, replaced the broken sofa set with foldable bed, which, without imagination, is difficult to set up as a comfortable bed, replaced the disgustingly dirty bed matress (full of undefined stains and spots), cleaned the apartment to a minimum level of hygiene, as we are living in the 21st century, repaired the kitchen cabinets, bought at least 4 glasses (there are 4 plastic glasses in the apartment from who knows when)....then this apartment could be just what is described in the title: afordable flat in Fitzrovia.
• Jessica (3/5): You get what you pay for. - The location was great. Probably the worst host I’ve ever had. Simply IGNORED EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY MESSAGES, including about the bathroom ceiling leaking when people in the above flat would shower. It was horrible. No wifi and does not reply when you ask about it. The heaters? Simply do not work. Any of them. Matter of fact, one of them doesn’t even have a socket for it, it’s simply for decoration. It was so cold to sleep that I got a cold. I was okay with the negative points of the previous reviews like noise and the cracking of the floor. But no one said that the walking up the stairs feels like any of the steps can break at any point, hair can come out of the tap when you are washing your face, there’s mold in the windows corners the bed isn’t a bed it’s an unfolded sofa bed and you can feel the hardware (I’m 50kg, so imagine someone heavier). The silence rule is not respect by whoever is in the other flats, 6AM and I could hear everything of their loud convo. The space?? Great for 2 people. The location? Couldn’t be better for the price. So if you plan to only sleep and doesn’t care abt comfort, that’s the place for u. If u need to work remotely, doesn’t wanna stress, doesn’t wannna freeze. Run.

• Dina (7/5): Good - Location is excellent the room area is convenient The sofa bed was broken not suitable for use. Noises from street and footsteps of upper floor were annoying. the wifi did not work for a whole day till the host could fix it on the next day
• Suthini (6/5): Good location. Do not expect too much. It meets the value of what you pay. - I didn't expect much since it is in good price and I know London property quite well. So, I was not disappointed at all. The room is on second floor. There is no lift. Good Location. Good for short stay from 2-3 nights. I stayed for 7 nights so the bed wasn't comfortable enough. However, the property meets what I need. Sounds from upstairs. You can hear clearly when someone wakes up and walks around at 5 am.
• Inarm (9/5): Nice little clean flat in super location. - Don't let the rather drab exterior and front door put you off! A very nice little flat. Full of things that you might need and very clean. Fantastic location. Great communication with the host's representative. A little updating of the bathroom would be good but not complaining.
• Alanna (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, relatively quiet at night even though it’s above several restaurants/bars. We had an issue with the lock the first night and the owner immediately replied to messages and had a handyman rout and the issue fixed within about 2hrs which was brilliant. Would definitely recommend
• Lewis (6/5): Comfortable stay and excellent value for money - The place is very pleasant and okay if you just need a place to stay that is very central. I would say if you are looking for somewhere really cheap and central but not bothered by luxury then this is your place! It needs a major overhaul or refurbishment, there were cracked / uneven floor tiles as an example. With a couple of days of work, I think this place could be a great accommodation!
