• Maria (8/5): - Location Cleanliness Facilities (the pool is great but small) Reliable WiFi Smart TV There is a deposit of 200€ that is not mentioned when booking through Booking.com The bed is extremely uncomfortable, the mattress in the double bed needs urgently changed There is a bar right opposite that can be loud and goes on until 3am at weekends. It took a bit longer than expected to get the deposit back (I was first wrongly advised it would take no more than 24h and it took almost 48h) and when I checked with the staff, they were very rude about it, which made the experience unpleasant in the end

• Marta (9/5): Pobyt udany. Wschód słońca z okna jest bajeczny - Widok z okna 😻 elegancki apartament i budynek. Przystanek autobusowy naprzeciwko. Łatwe odebranie kluczy. Bliskość plaży. Możliwość rozłożenia ścianki odgradzającej podwójne łóżko. Duży telewizor. Pobyt mieliśmy w lutym. 3 kubki na 3 osoby to trochę mało. Pomimo żaluzji zewnętrznych hałas z baru słychać mocno zwłaszcza z soboty na niedzielę jak większa impreza. W tygodniu mniej. Samemu trzeba śmieci wynieść inaczej naliczą opłaty. Przy meldunku oprócz dokumentów trzeba nawet zrobić selfie: podobno to kwestie bezpieczeństwa i idzie to na policję, ale pierwszy raz się z tym spotkałam.
• Anna (9/5): - Все було супер , квартира находиться близко к автобусной остановке и рядом пляж . Шикарний вид с балкона . Те кто планирует ехать зимой в Аликанте , рекомендую брать тапочки чтоб ходить по квартире , очень холодный пол . Был депозит в 250 евро , при том не где не было сказано , а так все отлично .
• Mike (10/5): Perfect stay. Fantastic location, nearby beach, bus and tram to city centre and shopping centre - Location is perfect. Close to the beach and public transport to Alicante City Centre. Also a shopping centre is nearby with a large super market There is a large bar on the other side of the street that is a bit noisy sometimes

• CHRISTELLE (10/5): Top - Tout était impeccable, l’appartement, l’emplacement Le seul point un peu négatif, c’est dommage qu’il n’y avait pas une séparation entre les « chambres » si vous venez en couple, c’est un peu dérangeant . Attention pas de balcon ni terrasse mais en ouvrant la porte vitrée, c’est très agréable

• Volha (8/5): - Великолепные апартаменты с невероятным видом на море, очень удобное размещение, до моря 2 мин, также было очень чисто, приятно, что хозяин позаботился и оставил пляжный зонтик снизила оценку за то, что нас расстроил момент с заселением, так как нет возможности получить ключи без физической встречи с менеджером и если вы должны учитывать его расписание, о чем мы не знали изначально и опоздав на встречу нам пришлось ждать еще 1,5 часа
• Judith (10/5): - We had a great time! The flat is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need—from a great shower and washing machine to a fully equipped kitchen. Its location is amazing, only a few minutes from the beach, bus stops, and numerous restaurants. We also enjoyed the large, well-maintained pool. I really appreciated the flexible check-in in the morning, which was a huge help after my early flight.
• Miguel (8/5): Bien, con peros - Ubicación muy buena, camas cómodas, Guillermo muy majo y servicial al traer lo que faltaba. Aire acondicionado muy bueno y silencioso. La tele solo va con wifi y no iba muy bien, utensilios de cocina (sartenes) desgastados, tuvimos que pedir vasos ya que no había suficientes, sin jabón de mano en baño
• Christine (10/5): Super Ausblick - Lage war ideal, Zimmer mit den Trennwänden toll gelöst! Mr. G.G. war sehr nett bei der Übergabe, wir sind sehr spät gekommen da unser Flug verspätet war. Pool war sauber und in Ordnung. Etwas schade war dass eine ältere Bewohnerin böse aus dem 1.Stock runter geredet hat u sich beschwert hat dass die Kinder am Nachmittag leise sein sollten. Und ins Wasser springen nicht erlaubt ist. Solange kein anderer Badegast gestört ist, finde ich das übertrieben. Badezimmer, Dusche: das Wasser läuft hinter der Armatur dahinter runter, da wird es bald einen Wasserschaden geben. In der Küche der Wasserhahn ist auch etwas defekt....

• Maureen (9/5): Great location near the beach and tram, with an amazing view from the 11th floor. - The location was great—just a short walk to the beach and close to the tram station—and the view from the 11th floor was absolutely amazing.

• Robbybear82 (9/5): perfect location, recommended! - We had a delay with the flight but the owner was nicee and dropped the keys to on of our friend already in the town. The flat has a very nice view from 11th floor over the beach, it was clean and with all the necessary. Definitely recommended, 5 mins walking from the beach, nice restaurants and pub/clubs where to have a drink. The tram and bus are right in front of the building and bring you to Alicante downtown in 30 mins. all great, maybe a welcome water bottle would be a nice add :)
• Bartosz (8/5): Very good - Location - close to a beautiful beach. The hosts vere nice and helpful. The apartment was equipped with everything you need. The window had a beautiful view of the sea. The air conditioning worked without any problems. Location - above a very loud disco. Apartment is one big openspace it may be uncomfortable. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the ventilation all the time.
• Carina (8/5): Very good - Location was great for the beach, tram access, shops and restaurants. The wide opening doors were great in lieu of a balcony and the air conditioning worked great. The pool and communal areas were very clean and well maintained. There was some noise from the bars below overnight. The shutters were good at reducing the noise levels but could hear the bass until 4am several nights per week. Some kitchen amenities were lacking - would have hoped for some basics such as salt/pepper/oil for cooking etc.

• Iraj (10/5): Great experience in total, the building, the apartment and it’s view and closeness to the beach as well as public transp - The fantastic view and how close it was to a really great beach. Smart solutions in the flat made it possible to create separate bed room for more privacy. Also the pool was nice. Can’t complain of anything.

• Dávid (10/5): "The perfect apartment doesn't exi---" ..well this is - Wonderful view from the room, cleanliness, excellent communication with the host. The shower functions are also very good. Mercadona is 6 minutes by walk, the beach is 2 minutes by walk (great bars on the beach), excellent location, with bus/tram stops nearby making it easy to get into the city. Everything was perfect

• Bart (10/5): Exceptionally nice stay in a good apartament in a great location! - The apartament is on 11th floor in the second line building with great view over the sea. It is big enough to comfortably accomodate 2 persons. Wifi works well. Kudos to William for his great assistance. San Juan is a great location with wide, sandy beaches and long promenade with lots of restaurants and other activities around. Really nothing I could think of (maybe a couple of wine glasses in a kitchen but thats definitely a minor thing).

• Alexandre (10/5): Great Value for Money 1 block away from the beach - Very nice apartment with 2 single beds and 1 couple bed. Very clean with SPA Shower, good heated water, TV with paid channels, Nespresso Coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, comfortable sofas, air conditioning, automatic windows shades. + Great swimming pool and 1 block away from the beach. Extremely good value for money. We Liked everything, really.
