• simona cosetta (8/5): Ampi spazi in zona tranquilla, in un complesso di case vacanze. Qualche minore aspetto da migliorar - Gli spazi ampi, interni ed esterni, anche se fuori non siamo stati mai per pioggia e vento. La cucina molto ben equipaggiata con microonde, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ampio frigo. Stranamente mancavano cose essenziali come i piatti e piattini, insufficienti per cinque persone. Poi segnalato e parzialmente risolto. Grande salotto con mega schermo TV. Zona molto tranquilla, vicina a supermercati e alla capitale Arrecife, ma meno caotica. Non so se comoda da raggiungere con mezzi pubblici, noi avevamo auto. Asciugamani insufficienti (mancava un set) e decisamente maleodoranti di muffa. Divano letto nella terza camera molto scomodo: segnalato tardi da noi, sono intervenuti subito.

• James (9/5): A great apartment, eveything is clean and tidy with some luxury touches. - A great apartment that has some luxury touches, well looked after and very clean. A little tip. Opposite the complex is a petrol station which isnt a issue, walk behind it to snap a great Lanzarote backdrop sunset family pic as seen in my photo upload. Its about a 25min walk into town, not a issue for us as we like to get our steps in on holiday but might be a issue for some. We alway go to Lanzarote in December and this apartment at that time of year you only really have sunshine on the balcony terrace from 11:30am to 3pm as its blocked by the other buildings, that's the only downside but I feel the price reflects this and December the sun is lower.

• CLEMENTE (9/5): Confortable estancia - Un conjunto perfecto exterior/interior, el conjunto cocina/comedor, la amplia terraza con sillones, mesa amplia y barbacoa. Un limpieza detallada, y lo bien cuidado que estaba todo.
• Ramon (9/5): Muy recomendable cumplio nuestras espectativas. - Espacios confortables y comodos para una familia de 4 personas. Buena calidad de los acabados. Ubicacion tranquila. Que no hubiera persianas o porticones en las ventanas de los dormitorios y tener en alguna estancia aire acondicionado sobretodo en la planta superior.
