• Birgit (6/5): It would have been absolutely worth recommending if it had been clean - Location was very good. Distance to public transport convenient. Transport duration to city center and airport was only about 20 to 30 minutes. Frequency of busses is high. Gracepark Manor is a gated community and well kept. Apartment itself is spacious and bright. Staff was welcoming and enabled us to get in very early which we highly appreciated. Access to supermarkets within walking distance. Cleanliness needs to be urgently improved. There was not only dust but real dirt. This had nothing to do with our early arrival but it has clearly been there for at least several weeks. Utilities are worn out. Apartment is in desperate need of a thorough basic cleaning and kitchen water faucet needs to be fixed. In one cupboard we found empty tooth paste tube, other litter and debris.
• Wilco (5/5): Voldoende - De bedden. Niet direct gebruik te maken van warm water. Ingewikkeld systeem wat vooraf aangezet moet worden, geen duidelijke instructie vooraf.
• Christiane (8/5): - Le fait qu'il fallait régler la caution avant notre arrivée ( chose que je n'avais pas faite par 'sécurité ') Du coup , à notre arrivée nous avons un peu galéré pour avoir Code du boîtier clés . Perte de temps 45mn Dommage ... Il y a aussi eu 1 petit souci de débit d'eau ( très faible ) Eau froide dans les douches le 3ème jour mais nous avons eu explication pour remédier à cela par le propriétaire ( thermostat sur mur couloir appartement ) Ouf ! Merci ;)

• Philippe (7/5): Appartement - L'espace dans l'appartement, le calme, les 2 grandes chambres et les 2 salles de bain dans un résidence sécurisée avec parking, bien placée. Il manque de la vaisselle, certains aménagements sont à améliorer . Des instructions pour utiliser les équipements pourraient être rajoutées

• Andrée (6/5): - Endroit sécurisé . Près de Dublin. Appartement spacieux. Le propriétaire a été réactif à nos demandes et a envoyé une personne pour un problème de plaque de cuisson qui a été résolu. Un des deux matelas n'était pas confortable. Une des deux salles de bain avec douche était plutôt vétuste. Ça manquait de propreté en général et il n'y avait pas suffisamment d'ustensiles de cuisine.

• Yevheniia (7/5): - The location was good Property was not so clean, the floor was dirty, some dishes needed to be cleaned before using, there was no way to use dishwasher or washer machine without buying dishwasher soap or washer soap, so it is uncomfortable when you renting for two days. The sink was clogged in one of the bathroom, no way to use it . Also were problems to enter the property.

• Vicky (7/5): Acollidor, però li falta carinyo. - Molt còmode, lloc molt tranquil, a 20 minuts del centre amb cotxe, ampli, s'agraeix molt que tingui parking, a més a gebrat totes les nits i ha sigut un avantatge. Els matalassos millorables, li falta manteniment ( endolls, miralls, mobles de cuina) li convindria una actualització, poca pressió d'aigua, pocs utensilis de cuina.
• Daniele (8/5): Casa grande ed in un 'ottima posizione - Posizione ottima, con un solo autobus si arriva in centro città Appartamento grande e con un soggiorno molto bello Letti troppo morbidi, ti alzi con il mal di schiena. La casa era stata pulita e sistema un po' in fretta, c'erano lenzuoli ad asciugare sullo stendino e cose dei precedenti ospiti nel frigo.

• Annina (4/5): Für den Preis - sehr enttäuschend! - Die Nähe zu dem Airport war sehr praktisch. Die Zahlen an der Schlüsselbox waren sehr schlecht zu lesen. Das Gebäude ist unglaublich groß - es ist sehr herausvordernd, sich dort zurecht zu finden. Die Möbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise war es sehr dreckig - auch die Polstermöbel. Das ganze Wohnzimmer hatte keine Vorhänge. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt.

• Shelley (9/5): Buckets Hats on Tour. - We loved our stay at Gracian. If we could pack it up and take it with us to each destination we would be very happy. Modern, spacious apartment with all mod cons. Located in secure and quiet community. Free parking and good communication with hosts. Close to shops and public transport. 20 minutes from city centre by car.
• Sabine (7/5): - L’emplacement, la résidence et la sécurité. La boîte à clef était positionnée trop haut. Le gestionnaire a demandé 50 euros de supplément pour des serviettes, normalement prévues. Il ne les aura pas.
• Zoltán (10/5): - Az apartman gyönyörű, csendes, zárt parkban helyezkedik el. A lakás rendkívül tágas, nagy terasszal rendelkezik. A konyha minden szükséges eszközzel fel van szerelve. Tisztálkodó és tisztító szerek rendelkezésre állnak, valamint van vasaló+állvány, hajszárító. Nagy pozitívum a két fürdőszoba, a nagy nappali, étkező és a tv okos funkciókkal. Közel van a buszmegálló, könnyen elérhető a repülőtér és a belváros(16-os busz). Jó kommunikáció a tulajdonossal, érthető videós instrukciók a bejutáshoz. Ár/érték arányban verhetetlen Lehetne apróságokat említeni(pl.nyikorgó kilincs), de ez nem von le az összességében nagyon pozitív élményből.
• Sara (9/5): Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended - Me and my friends had an amazing experience at this apartment for our stay in Dublin. The host was incredibly nice and always willing to help with anything we needed. The check-in process was quick and smooth with his indication to how reach the place, to easily park and find the keys. The rooms were spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. The bed were super cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail with amenities like complimentary toiletries, a coffee/tea station, and fast Wi-Fi. I also loved the quiet atmosphere of the area outside the busy city. There is also a big living room, complete wit a big tv, two bathrooms and a closet near the entrance. The location is ideal if you have a car, but even if you don't but there is a bus stop close by. The gate at the entrance is activated automatically with a phone call on a whatsapp number. We didin't have any problem going in and out even in strange times, for exemple at 3 in the morning when we had to go to the airport. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good experience.
• Carmen (5/5): Very reasonable price for Dublin. Don't stay here if you need to leave early for the airport. - The apartment is large and spacious. Good distance from the airport. Great for people who want to cook, kitchen has everything you could hope for. Great take away shops nearby with the best kebabs. We loved it. We needed to leave the apartment at 4.45 a.m. as we had an early flight back to Australia. The difficulty in leaving the apartment was due to the convoluted way exiting the apartment has been set up by the host. You need to call a whatsapp number and then he remotely opens the gate for you. This is not a very reliable method, and we were not able to leave in that way yesterday morning. Luckily for us, a young couple were also leaving at that time. They had a code for the gate, and kindly let us out. It would have been better if the host had given us a code. The apartment is great for people who don't need to leave at a particularly awkward time. Also, the floors were quite dirty.

• Emmanuel (9/5): Un havre de paix - L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, superbe, dans une magnifique copropriété calme et aux jardins très jolis. Très bon emplacement grâce aux transports en commun à proximité, place de parking gratuite. On se sent comme chez soi. Une partie du mobilier fatigué (chaise cassée sur le balcon), ménage fait un peu rapidement, draps froissés : l'impression d'entrer chez quelqu'un qui vient juste de partir. En même temps, on se sent très vite chez soi. Manque le badge pour sortir et entrer librement en voiture, nécessite d'appeler l'hôte or parfois pb de réseau.

• Sarah (8/5): - The apartment was a good size and was comfortable. It had everything that you'd need for your stay. The location is quiet and is easy to find with the given instructions. Good and responsive communication. Great parking. Easy to get a bus nearby that takes you into the centre in about 20 mins.

• Modan (9/5): Good price value rate - It was very spacious. We had all the necessary appliances. The property was pretty clean. The area is very safe. There was a rack of washed towels in the living room. We don't know what it was doing there. One of the bedroom doors couldn't be closed.
• Rodrigo (5/5): Ok for a short stay in Dublin City - The location was very central to Dublin City centre and the airport. The cleaning of the place needs plenty of improvements in general. A good deep clean in the whole place will help.additionally the beds were a bit uncomfortable and one of the room doors was already broken. The property request for a damage depósito before check-in, however, this is not very common in other properties we have stayed.

• Frances (4/5): Disappointing accommodation - Size of bedrooms. Couch comfortable. Ensuite had no mirror above sink, no hand towel and no rubbish bin. Flat pillows. Dirty doonah and towels. No tea/coffee. Not great communication from host. No instructions for use of facilities, except for handwritten note on torn paper. Gate remote did not work so exiting and entry had to requested via call to host. TV did not operate properly. Clothes drying rack was broken. Bedroom door handle broken.
• Penelope (2/5): Trapped - Travel cot was provided, the baby at least slept well. Toilet paper in the kitchen was weirdly useful. There was a pile of like 10 wet towels when we arrived. Dry towels in the bathrooms were stained. The wifi didn't work even when the router was reset so the TV was useless. The gate fob didn't work so we were kinda trapped. The "toiletries" provided were super gross, see pics. The trash can was a bucket. The bad reviews in the "guest book" were ripped out and the reviews left over were the same repeated in different hand writing. The baby crib was in the closet which was filled with trash bags and exposed wiring. Exposed wiring on the drying rack. Doors didnt latch. There is duct tape keeping the microwave together. No BBQ grill, porch was covered in trash. There is a picture of a hedgehog covering a massive hole in the wall with wiring inside. The garage spaces available have a leaky sewer pipe above them. Mold on the curtains. Mold in the bathrooms. This was the most expensive room on our Ireland trip and was so disgusting we almost went home early. This would be shut down in an instant in any other country.

• Cheryl (6/5): Pleasant - It was a nice apartment, in a nice area. Spacious, nice living and dining area with a decent kitchen. Checking in and finding location was not clear in the app, and no instructions or codes were sent to us ahead of time - we had to contact through Booking ourselves upon arrival in Dublin. The apartment was supposed to be available at 3 pm, but when we arrived the apartment had not been cleaned and wasn't ready until 9pm. The manager was very apologetic, but it was still very frustrating. He did offer a €30 refund of the cleaning fee, which he said he could do through the Booking app, but so far no refund. He had offered cash but as we were returning to the US the next day , we couldn't really use euros, so he agreed to do with the Booking app. The one of the bathroom's lights did not work and the shower mount was broken off and was left laying on the floor. There was a small fluorescent light above the sink which was on, but no way to turn it off because the pull cord was missing. There were no hand towels for the bathrooms. Also, no coffee maker, which would be a suggestion to improve. We were only there for one night, but if we had been staying longer, I would have expected the maintenance items to be fixed. Another issue was that you could not enter or exit the gated complex without a key, so when we wanted to check out we had to arrange for the manager to meet us to let us out. Not a smooth process! Not a great experience.

Although host offered refund, after contacting customer service host DENIED refund. Seems like fraud! Hands off.
